Mass Ear Nose Throat Associates (Mass ENT): what do users think?
Cle Regan: It is always a pleasure to see dr. Lauentano. He is always up to date on my case, friendly, and knowledgable. He has the answers to the questions I ask.
Silvana Goss: The worst office I have ever dealt with. Been waiting for a call back then they call leave no message call them back wait on hold for over half hour. It truly sucks. Love my dr but it's time to move on. Just horrible. Enough to raise your blood pressure
Connor Briggs: I don't understand why they can't return my call or answer their phone, waited on hold for over an hour while in 99th place in line and never moved.
George Koval: Calls go unreturned office closes without even a call back been trying to schedule an appointment for over 2 months and still No return calls can’t imagine the services being any good here if they can’t even call you back
Joe Scholefield: Nice staff but they don’t answer the phone or return messages. Hard to get a same day appointment as requested by the doctor when your kids have an ear infection if you don’t answer the phone.
Virginia Adams: I was seen on time and treated with care and skill.
Mallory S: I would never recommend this company to anyone. They have consistently failed to answer my phone calls, even on their "emergency line", after over 20 attempts and multiple messages over the past couple of weeks. This level of neglect is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of care for their customers.Additionally, they overlooked small details that ended up costing me an entire afternoon of my time. They also proved to be incapable of scheduling appointments properly, causing further frustration and inconvenience. Their lack of organization and attention to detail is extremely disappointing. To make matters worse, they took multiple days to get orders over for a CT scan (which I have still yet to be able to schedule due to their negligence) and I'm not even sure they would have sent the orders if I hadn't taken the initiative to email my doctor. This delay has caused unnecessary stress and anxiety during an already difficult time. Most concerning, I had a terrible allergic reaction to a medication and was extremely ill, but I never even received a phone call from them to check in. This is a basic level of customer service that should be expected from any company, especially one in the healthcare industry!Overall, my experience with this company has been beyond disappointing. Their lack of communication, attention to detail, and basic customer service skills make them COMPLETELY unreliable and untrustworthy. I should be able to call their office and speak to someone, and if not, they at least owe their patients the courtesy of a call back within 24 hours. I sent my doctor a message in the portal on March 16th and still haven't heard back. This is absolutely appalling. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for your healthcare needs.
James Carl: Everyone was friendly, professional, and nice to work with. Dr. Finley is nice, kind and professional.
Charlie Zevitas: I CAN BREATHE AFTER 65 YEARS OF SUFFERINGTHANK YOU DR. LAURENTANO
Paula Brawn: Wonderful staff and physiciansBeautiful office and easily accessible. I highly recommend it.
Kimmiie Mizuno: Dr. Hootnick is awesome! Very patient with me and understanding with my child's needs along with plannkng out the next steps and helping understand why and what will happen.
Dariana Peña: Doctor Finlay always looks for the solution to our problem, very grateful for his care.
Maureen Lally: Excellent service went through all the issues and answered all my questions and provided feedback and suggestions that can be applied at home
Jill Gray: Overall experience everyone was nice. The place was ok....staff nice..I liked the dr manners and personally but he did not help me...same as last time. Just another dr gaslighting and REALLY not listening to what I was saying. As my medical history grows I've seen more and more specialists.. every one of them just sent me on my way with NOTHING to help me...zero explanation...this dr gave me a handout and said if my issue didn't stop THEN we seek options..my issue is rolling on a month now.The dr seemed like a good enough guy..but he really just did what all Dr's do and guess...then send u on ur way. I feel like drs just don't try anymore especially if the issues are not obvious.
Amy Linscott: Dr. K was awesome. Super sweet and attentive. Kept me and my child at ease. I don’t know about the other doctors at this practice but this guy has great “bedside manner”
Kristin Graham: Dr Stephanie Saunders is Amazing! She is extremely bright and warm!
Kenny Fielding: Waited over an hour for my appt for the receptionist to tell me they forgot to add me to the system. Finally saw the doctor for a repeat issue, and was quickly sent on my way and told that I was receive a call to schedule a procedure. That was 1/10/23. I finally called today, 2/1/23 after not hearing anything from the surgical scheduling. Spoke to Lyn, who stated they are extremely understaffed and struggling as a practice. Definitely makes you feel confident as a patient. What a disaster. It’s sad, because I’ve had such positive experiences with them in the past. Things change, I guess
Hemil Patel: I have called them like 4 times, They do not pick up the calls.
Richard Sovann Ou: I had visit an MRI in LGH on 01.03.2023 at 8:10am completed but I never get any result from the MRI or Doctor form ENT specialist office at all. Jan 03- Jan 26.2023 never heard anything from themwhat so ever , trying to contact so many time but no luck always heard from voice machine, left messages, no reply back at all.it 23 days pass no respond
Debbie Auger: Dr. Saunders is amazing knows how to help my ears and sinus
Bryn Dews: Dr. Hootnick and her support team provide a good experience. Good bedside manner, friendly and kind (includes MA and front desk staff). In-office ultrasound means one less to to the hospital for tests. They have the whole package.

Bjorn Bie, M.D.: what do users think?
Cornelius D: One of the nicest people you’ll meet, and so is his office staff. I felt so comfortable coming here, and even better when I left!! So thankful I found this place and Dr, now I’m referring friends and family to come here if needed.
PK Greene: Dr Bie is the best ENT in New England, at the very least. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and caring. I had the distinct privilege of working with him many years ago, had personally been a patient and had referred many people to him, including an old friend who had been put on countless antibiotics by another ENT in the area after complaining of continued hearing difficulties. She actually called me a few weeks later to tell me that he had saved her life, after finding a brain tumor that he immediately suspected after his initial examination. She survived, thankfully, because Dr. Bie caught it in time. He is truly remarkable.

Lowell General Hospital: what do users think?
Jason Cross: Came to the ED for a heart issue concern. Was greeted promptly and was kept up to date consistently concerning next steps. Ended up being admitted for tests and observation. Staff was attentive. The Tufts app is convenient and keeps you up to date on your test results. This makes it much easier to be able to ask informed questions with your care providers. The food was far above expectations for hospital food and the service is customized, personal and prompt. For my own health reasons, I hope that I’m not a frequent flyer, but if I have to be in a hospital, this was as good of an experience I could have hoped for. Professional, courteous staff and modern facilities. Would not hesitate to recommend. A+
Noce: Several terrible experiences with the Hospital they are horribly disorganized and overworked. I would rather take the commuter into Boston even for an emergency! I waited 12 hours in the ER to be seen for heart related issues.. had to come back twice because they couldn’t find lab orders for blood another time..
susan santee: The wait time in Beetlejuice was shorter.
Mr. T: Been using this hospital for almost 30 years. Quite reasonable and professional. No serious complaints.
Alex DiPietro: I really wish I could give a ZERO STAR!!! They need to find a better staff I had a heart monitors, oxygen, and blood pressure cuff all attached to me. I pushed the call button in my room and waited for over an hour, and nobody came to check on me so I decided to unhook my self all the machines were going off, and I left down the hall to go to the bathroom, came back to the room and sat in my room and nobody came while I was at the bathroom because my husband was sitting in the room and said nobody showed up yet. We sat there and waited for over 20 minutes longer until i went out to track somebody down to re-hook me back up. There were three nurses sitting directly outside my room the entire time they were there when I went to the bathroom there when I came back and there when I went out to have somebody hook me back up, not even the nurses would come in to hook me back up. An EMT came in and did it instead Because not one of them moved when I ask for help. When I was outside my room there was a light that was flashing and lots of sounds that were going off in and outside my room because I was unhooked and not once did somebody check on me to make sure I was OK. I was extremely surprised considering I was in there because of my heart.
Deakins Keith: Right now the ER waiting hour is plenty for you to drive single trip from Boston to Philadelphia.
moyomie: Workers have an attitude and are in a rush. #badjob 👎👎👎 I rate 1 ☆ go to a better hospital with workers who truly care for you. They forced me to do things on my own while I was in pain #crippled + they gave me a bald emt person (I hate bald people) (he also has no eyebrows) #idontsupportcancerpatients #falopecia
Teerth Patel: Terrible wait times in the ED. There’s not enough doctors.
Susan Sweeney: I went to Lowell General after I was sent there by my Doctor because I was passing kidney stones and there was blood in my urine and it hurt to urinate. They kept me overnight and the floor nurse missed my vein therefore the machine kept going off after 3 hours another nurse changed the IV and she missed the vein as well and my machine rang all night and all morning , finally I pulled the needle out of my arm and went home and they said I left against Doctors orders. It was awful because my arm hurt so bad from them missing my vein and even my roommate buzzed them because she could not stand listening to IV machine beeping. And to make matters worse they said they would be in to change out 3x from 9 pm until 2 pm next day. What a nightmare hospital experience. I would go to Saints over Varnum any day. I would never refer anyone to Lowell General on Varnum ever. The lump and bruise after on my arm was horrid
Smerly Reynoso: If I can give a 0 star I will definitely do, If you really want good medical attention, I don't even recommend that you go to this place. I say this from my own experience. Every time I go they make me wait almost the whole night. I was in the hospital since 9:40 pm with pain in my chest and unable to breathe It was 2am and they still haven't seen me, I'm a pregnant person and they really don't give you the treatment you deserve as a patient These staff really don't care about their patients.
bethany laroche: Do yourself a favor....get air-dropped into a tent in an isolated part of very econimically poor or strife-ridden country....you'll get medical care....
Nash Bassey: Terrible terrible services. I was in the lobby for hours for my daughter. She was in so much pain. I had to live after waiting for sooooooooooooooooo long. Other parents were living in frustration with their kids. The management must be revised,
Eddie Quinn: My mom was sent to the ER by her doctor for chest pains, shortness of breath and light headedness with a history of atherosclerosis and diabetes. Her doctor knew it was a heart issue. She went to the ER and sat for 7 hours without seeing anyone. 7 HOURS...with those symptoms. She ended up seeing a cardiologist the next day and was rushed via ambulance into Boston for a triple bypass. We are now on hour two of waiting for post HEART SURGERY shortness of breath and tightness in the ER.This is unacceptable and the state needs to step in here.
Herculean G: The fat lady in the reception is so rude and doesn’t care to answer any of your questions. Painful wait time’s and no staff to deal with patients
Calvin Fritz: Sitting in the ER now for 5 hours waiting to be seen with internal bleeding! Looks like there are still 6 patients still ahead of me!! This place is the worst!!! Now 6 hours and waiting!
Julie Newman: I went to the ED for an eye issue that turned out to be harmless. The tech, nurse, and doctor were all so kind and never made me feel bad for being there. While long waits are expected in ERs nowadays, I really didn't wait that long. The tech who roomed me was very nice, the nurse was professional and kind, and the doctor was encouraging and really made me feel better about something I thought was terrible but was very routine. I thank all the hardworking staff at this hospital.
Mama Bear: Labor and Delivery & Pediatric Unit: Everyone at LGH was amazing from the person who changed my trash all the way up to the doctors. I cannot say enough good things about both this hospital’s L&D dept and pediatric unit. If I could give them 100 stars I would. My baby’s room in the pedi unit had a bed & a shower for me to use which was a huge plus. The doctors are privy to all the most advanced science. Delayed cord clamping is standard. Their lactation help is top notch as well. The only thing I didn’t like was that LGH doesn’t have a photographer who comes in to take baby’s hospital photos but that was no biggie because I did my own photos while we were there lol. I can’t say anything about the rest of the hospital but I can say that LGH is THE place to have your baby at.
Marina Wong: I had an elective test done before I moved down to FL. The doctor and the nurses were very nice and explained the procedures to me in detail.
Zafar Nizami: 6 hours ER wait and counting. The people ahead of me have been waiting literally 12 hours. How is this acceptable? Can you even call this an organization? I also don’t need the LGH rep commenting on this post telling me to call patient relations. Reform your hospital first. Never have I waited several hours to get seen at an ER. Unreal.
Dan Sloan: Great nursing staff. Could get rid of the useless paper mask mandates, but the nurses were very nice
B.Bhargav sreekaR: The worst kind of experience I’ve ever had in a ER. The reason anyone would visit ER is coz of the emergency. And irrespective of the emergency you’ve got the staff here are carefree and doesn’t even have the empathy factor they need when working in a health care. Had to wait more than 5 hours for my friend’s case of severe pain in the chest near heart. Recommended for people with great patience level and if you still got to visit this place better carry your phone charger, and essentials to continue with your sleep. The reviews speaks up for the hospital.
