Donald Lupien (Don): The location is perfect. There is plenty of parking. The staff here was excellent. From the start, Kevin and Tad responded to my initial questions almost instantly. My appointment was made a few weeks out, and I brought my bike in when they asked all the right questions. My bike was ready for pick up by the date they said. I was out the door a happy customer.
Elias Hatem: My first time in the shop I come for bike tune-up and some potential parts upgrades. Kevin took the time to understand my goals, researched the required parts, and provided potential options. In addition Kevin indicated there is no need for entire tune-up a minor adjustment to the front derailleur is all what was required. Kevin made the adjustments while I was waiting. That was a great service to say the leastThe bottom line excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, and extremely honest.

Tad and Edward evaluated my bike and all it needed was something minor for my shifters. I was on my way with 30 mins with my bike. Wow! I was pleasantly surprised! You guys are Great! Thank You!
TARUN REDDY: I visited this bike shop for an issue with shift adjust. Anna fixed it very quickly, helped me to understand what the issue is and and showed me how to fix it which is very helpful so I can fix it by myself next time.Friendly staff and would recommend going here.

Michael Cooney: I just brought my hybrid bike into their new shop for a tune-up. This is my third time using the bike shop and am very pleased with their knowledge and service. I ride my bike to work year round and it really takes a beating in the city roads of Lowell but the mechanics at the shop have been able to return it to it'd original condition each time and at very reasonable rate too. I recommend them for all your biking needs and service.
Winnie Chin: Excellent! Oliver, Anish, Eli, Jeremy, and Mike are all fantastic - they know how to have fun while performing repairs and teaching others new skills. I had bought a used bike from the late 80's-90's and with no experience in maintenance, I went in to utilize the open stand-time to save on labor costs. They taught me to (1) re-tire the bike, (2) true the wheels, (3) wrap the handlebars with some new tape, and (4) lubricate it. It took a while, but it was well worth it for the knowledge gained. I also liked that they didn't try to push any products onto the customer - I bought only what I was interested in. I would highly recommend the UML bike shop.
