Kelly Maggio: Not sure why places like this are stereotypical but I came in this evening .I was just looking around as I've never been to this location and I've really been wanting a hiking backpack. After just browsing for a bit I was getting ready to leave, I placed 2 pairs of gloves down that I was considering and when I came out a man seeming to be a manager came over to me and asked me where the merchandise I BROUGHT into the bathroom was, I told him I didn't bring anything in I out it down and even brought him over to it, he then still asked me where something else was which I showed him the inside of my purse. He still didn't apologize for accusing me of theft even though he was wrong, and actually told me he didn't accuse me of anything which is in fact completely false. People make mistakes if he handled it better after the fact instead he insulted me again by claiming he didn't accuse me of anything. Will never go here again and considering a corporate complaint at that.

Jennifer Wills: I highly recommend this store to anyone that wants friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. My hiking boots finally kicked the bucket and I was looking for new ones. I had a lot of requirements and some foot issues that didn’t make it easy. Luckily, I went to this EMS because they helped me find the perfect pair and never made me feel bad for returning the ones that didn’t work. He made it seem like it was part of the process and worked with me to keep trying different options. He also recommended a vest that has been amazing for these colder days. I am really impressed and would send anyone looking for good outdoor gear to this store.

Michael Blair: I went to return an item that didn’t perform as designed, but all the salesperson and manager could do was offer excuses to support their refusal to accept the return. The plastic of a water filter didn’t seal correctly in the cooler temperatures outdoors, but since it worked perfectly in the store their argument was “it’s not designed to be used in cooler temperatures”. Seriously? I stopped shopping here long ago and thought I’d give them another chance. Never again. This is one of the reasons they have lost the battle against companies like REI.

patrick R: The workers in this store are awesome and helpful. My black Friday order that was placed online was canceled three days later. After speaking with Customer service, I was informed it was canceled because they didn't have it in stock. And they would not be honoring the pricing. I went to the store and saw that the items I tried to order was in stock. The team working here contacted customer service at a higher level and was able to fulfill my original order which included the price.Thanks again guys, happy skiing
James Brunette: When things go wrong and you really need good customer service, the best come through. We had purchased a Thule cargo box at EMS in Lebanon, NH and were on our way south, fully loaded when a latch failed on our three-day old roof box. This could have meant a major delay in dropping our daughter off for college, but the EMS staff at the Nashua store quickly replaced our faulty Thule and had us on our way. They were quick, skilled and very professional. I highly recommend doing business with EMS, particularly the Nashua location. Many thanks!
