Paradise Biryani Pointe: what do users think?
Mei: I loved this restaurant! Very authentic and delicious. Would definitely recommend the Manchurian Baby Corn appetizer and the biryani is rich with spices. Everyone was kind. The wait was a bit long (half hour for three dishes), I did go just at the opening, and all the food was fresh and worth it. Would definitely recommend for both vegetarian and nonveg grub!

Warlord Babushka: Their flagship dish is not worth it at all. The contents per serving are way lower as compared to price. You’ll feel you’re not eating biriyani at allFood: 1/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 3/5Recommended dishes Paradise Special Chicken Biryani …More
Inian Parthasarathy: Our go-to favorite!! Just that the fried rice wasn't great last time. Best spot for biriyanis!Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5Recommended dishes Veg Biryani, Paradise Special Chicken Biryani …More
karthik G: Best biryani in Lowell. The place is a bit crowded during weekends which is understandable. My experience here is usually positive except for one time when I had to wait for almost 2 hrs to pick up an order which they said would be ready in 20mins. The worst thing was while I waited for pick up, they were taking new orders and saying they would be ready in 20mins while a bunch of us were already waiting for our orders.
Deepak Shinde: Absolutely amazing food. Take it from a real hyderabadi when I say the food here comes very close to home. The service is also good. They may not smile much but they take care of you respectfully. Try their Hyderabadi goat curry; Biryanis-goat or chicken or special( bone less); Even their Veg biryani is good. Chicken 65 for appetizer is a no-brainer.
Geoffrey Feldman: Excellent food and service. Great spicy foods. Halal meets. A little pricey but worth it. This place is really great.Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian choices. Restaurant is based on Hyderabad India cuisine.Kid-friendliness: Lots of dining spaceParking: Easy and accessible.Wheelchair accessibility: Hassle free from car to dining table.Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian options. Halal meats beautifully prepared and served.
Parth Jogi: I recently ordered the paneer biryani, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the dish. The portion was mostly comprised of plain rice, with only a few small pieces of paneer scattered throughout. Additionally, the flavor was very bland and lacking in the expected aromatic spices and depth of flavors that are typically associated with biryani. Overall, I found the dish to be underwhelming and not worth the cost. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dish to anyone looking for an authentic and flavorful paneer biryani experience
Val Lor-Rosholt: Ordered twice here for their Chicken Tikka Masala and garlic Nan bread. It was sooo good! Good size portions. I had 3-4 meals out of it and their garlic Nan was huge and fresh! I took it to go, the smell of curry was too strong inside the restaurant! You know you've had Indian food when people can smell you a mile away, lol.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level

Saifadam Pathan: I am surprised it took me this long to write a review for these guys.Let me start with the not so good (because they get the most important stuff right) -i) slightly expensive (considering a single entree will cost you approximately $14-$15. (but I still find it worth it!)ii) Crowded on weekends (means they are doing good actually)That's all there is bad there. The FOOD is fresh and simply amazing. You can never go wrong ordering anything there. I have eaten at many indian restaurants in New England and this one happens to be the winner by many a mile. Their taste is consistent too. HIGHLY rated suggestions are :Chicken 65 [appetizer]Chicken Chilly [appetizer]Gobi 65 [vegetarian appetizer]Paradise spcl Chicken biryani [rice entree]Paradise Spcl Chicken Biryani [rice entree]Chicken Kadhai [moderately spiced gravy]Chicken Charminar [moderately spiced gravy]Chicken Pepper fry [spicy gravy]Garlic naan [bread]Double ka meetha [dessert]
siddanth rai: Great food! I like their paradise special chicken biryani, it’s very tasty. I also liked the Apollo fish and gongura chicken. I would recommend dine in rather than take out because the food taste varies. I felt the food was very tasty when had at the restaurant. I’m sure the food will not disappoint you. When it comes to parking, they have ample space available. Service is quick and the staff is friendly.

angel: absolutely disgusting food and bad service. we had to go find the workers, it took over an hour for our food, never brought our drinks, and our food was just overall bad. sad about this service. straight oil

Huma Ghias: Ordered takeout from the Somerville location and the food was decent. The chapli kebabs were really good. But then we went to dine in at their Everett location and it was a complete waste of money. The seating is nice and comfortable because it’s a newly built restaurant. But the service and food was not it. Wouldn’t ever go back.Recommended dishes Chapli Kabab …More
lena odonell: Excellent food regardless of any review. The people working there ae so nice and helpful.
Paul Kernfeld: I love the chicken kebab, butter chicken, chicken nihari, beef nihari, chicken karahi, vegetables (usually eggplant/baingan bhartha), and garlic nan.
Syed Dildar: Food is great!
Driss Andress: Assalamu alaykom wa rahmato lah wa barakatoh. The best restaurant to eat halal food. Also the best customer service.
Syed Naeem: Great food!

Zeinab Abboud: delicious -- their sandwiches (both the kabab and the tikka) are mouth-watering. Their curries paired with their homemade naan are mouth-wateringly good
Imran Siddiqui: Your Google listing says dine in you should correct it
Tenzin Lodge: Best chicken tikka moist and juicy that would be the highlight. Nihari and karahi is also good. Wait time went from an hour to half an hour. Which is highly appreciated. Always call ahead to see if their open. Only one table seating. Take out is the best option.
Amita Sekar: Absolutely tasteless chicken biryani and cholay which was dal with some chickpeas (no flavour).
manik kawsar: I ordered beef kabab, chicken kabab, chicken karhai, and chicken biriyani. We loved all of the foods except beef kabab, it was bland and dry. Also, it took a long time for them to prepare my order. To sum up, the food is good ( except that beef kabab) but need to work on time management.Dine in: No Outdoor seating: No Takeout: Yes Delivery: Yes Curbside pickup: Yes …More
Harshithaa Rajanna: Are you guys open? Been trying to call them for the past 5 hours. Google says it’s open. Door dash says permanently closed.
Patricia Jibben: They have the best boneless chicken tiki. They are juicy, spicy, and have just enough heat. We ordered that along with the chicken kabob and garlic nan but there are some many items to choose from. Next, I want to try the chicken samosas. The portions were enough to feed both my husband and I. It was really affordable too, under $30 for lunch. The owner is extremely nice and we spoke with several customers who all agree that he has the best kabobs. I’m very glad it’s in my neighborhood and a short walk away. They have a small dining area with limited seating but I think most order for pickup. I highly recommend. I think it’ll be really nice when it’s cool outside. It’s the kind of food that warms you up.
Ali Yawar: The nihari and chapli kababs are absolutely fantastic!
shoffing: This tiny place is really great, always delicious food! A decent amount of spice, seems really authentic. Love their chicken biryani/tikka/kebabs. The portions are pretty generous, we always have leftovers for at least two days afterwards (especially the biryani), and the food reheats well. They also have some Pakistani soda and a few groceries available inside!

Noah B: During my recent dining experience at this restaurant, I found it to be a decent spot that served up some delightful and savory dishes. While it didn't completely exceed my expectations, I was pleased with what I received and left feeling satisfied. The food was well-cooked and packed with flavor, leaving a lasting impression on my taste buds. All in all, if you're looking for a tasty food, this one is worth checking out
Abdoslam Baabbad: Upon my recent visit to the restaurant, I found it to be a decent establishment that offered some tasty and flavorful food options. While it may not have blown me away, the overall experience was satisfactory, and I left feeling content with my meal. The dishes I tried were well-prepared and left a good impression on my palate. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good food.

Muddassir Syed: Went a few times pre-covid, the food was mediocre then. Now as you can see the food is barely edible. The masala (spoces, marinade) was barely even cooked. These were lamb chops btw. No crust raw taste.
Yash Nogja: Recommended dishes Kheer, Kashmiri Chai, Chicken TikkaMore
Shahedul Islam: Awesome food. Probably one of the best beef curry around here. Tried their goat brain dish as well , another masterpiece. I'm coming back for their nihari and lamb chops for sure . Traditional Pakistani meat dishes are usually kind of heavy, so not so heart-friendly, lolz.. a bit of self- control is recommended. Biggest challenge was parking, parked right at the curve side in a low traffic . I would say have a plan for parking.
tooba iqbal: Amazingly delicious food, and good service! Definitely going back again.
Aritra Bhattacherjee (AB): For experience/atmosphere it may feel a little mom-pop. You could also turn that around to think more personal and homely. BUT food is the star. Their kababs, paya (knuckle soup), beef nihari (stew), lamb brain masala are excellent! They have many kinds and shapes of kababs which are all very nice and must try! One day, when I was waiting for a pickup, the owner insisted that I have a bowl of chicken soup, on the house- even that was excellent! I named some exotics above, but they do have all the regular fare that you would want in the cuisine. I have tried some of those, and are also very good like lamb korma etc. They have meat Biryanis and meat polaos. The later is a more aromatic and less spicy rendition. Rather let's say delicate, where you taste the fragrant spices and ghee, besides the meat. The biriyani is a little more rich and equally nice. If type of meat is not a barrier, I would recommend these in goat (or beef if you want instead).Overall, it's a nice little place that is most close to authentic (more Pakistani, I would say than Indian) and one of the best food of its kind in the city!!
T D: Great food, very fresh and full of flavor. I’ve been here twice and will definitely come again.
hasan sheikh: This is one of the best Pakistani food I’ve had. I live in Texas and this restaurant is better than the Pakistani food we have here. The customer service is the best and they treat all their customers very nicely and gives great recommendations. One thing that stood out was the naan, their naan was one of kind it’s better than any other naan I’ve had. I recommend their nihari, saag, and mango lassi. If you’re ever in Boston this place is must try. If you go, ask for the owner to give you his recommendation! The food was so good we went two days in a row!
Shanza Awais: Some food items were from previous day, served as “fresh”. Halwa poori was not up to the par. Owner needs to have better cooks and stop selling old food as new
Sue K: Disappointed!! Service was poor, dirty utensils & water glasses. and food lacked flavor. I don't feel bad leaving a one star because there was no customer service or ambiance at this place. Tandoori fish is 100% waste of money it was tasteless no salt at all (boiled tilapia) with some masala on top. 1 star maybe for the half cooked naans and samosa chat. Won't be returning.

Maddie: Friendly staff but the food was not good at all. The nan was the only thing we liked. We got the chicken kabobs and they tasted old and had a slimy texture. The water container they brought out had mold around the ring.
Hasan: Amazing food... Best Pakistani restaurant in New EnglandFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Butter Chicken, Grilled Chicken Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Biryani, Chicken Tikka Masala, Butter Naan …More
Saad: Garbage Restaurant, 100% DO NOT GO. Food is average at best. Some of there stuff is good like chaat and some kebabs but very inconsistent. Some dishes aren't authentic like biryani which was good a month ago but this time, it had daal in it. I think they reuse rice, curries, and others from one dish to another. The reason not to go is the People and the service. The son who works the front is angry and rude. Always with an airpod in his ear. He goes out of his way to intentionally not acknowledge when someone is talking to him. The father and the son are both super disrespectful and treat us like they are doing us a favor by allowing us to dine at their restaurant. The rude son gave us one plate for the whole meal including appetizers. We had to organize and carry our plates to the counter, get new ones, distribute it amongst our party ourselves. We had to grab our own napkins, had to literally server our own food because the rude son kept piling up food on the corner of the table where it was easier for him to drop it. He didn't even want to make the effort to put the dishes in the center of table or spread them out. Also, this restaurant has no idea what they are doing. The biryani comes before plates and cutlery. The appetizers come after Biryani. 10 minutes after that, we get butter chicken and chicken tikka which are the same dish and the son couldn't even tell them apart when asked. Ten minutes after dropping the curries, comes the bread when the dishes are already cold.Towards the end, I went up and asked for the check to be brought to the table because the son is listening to his tunes at the register and doesn't pay attention when 11 people are trying to call him. The father thinks I don't speak Urdu and tells his son in an angry tone, "make him pay at the counter, don't take the bill to the table. He should come to the counter and pay it!" So not only does the son ignore and completely mess up the atmosphere of the meal, we also have to service ourself and when we go up to ask for check, apparently that is not correct either.I firmly believe this restaurant could be a good restaurant and service the Pakistani Muslim community for years to come but not with such rude/disrespectful owner/operators. The father should realize his customers deserve some curtesy and respect. Not a lot but at least give me customer service that is up to par with a local Dunkin Donuts. Do not berate or insult your customers in your kitchen and act like you are doing us a favor by allowing us to dine at your establishment. We will not dine at this restaurant and will make sure all our friends/families don't either.
Ayesha Latafat: It’s really good in taste and fresh we ordered Chicken pakora and chicken jalfrezi and GarlicNaan it’s really good in taste. 100% Halal and recommended.
Matthew Burch: Excellent, inexpensive, unpretentious Indian food. You can technically eat at the restaurant, but I've never seen anyone do anything but takeout.Food: 5/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 2/5 …More

Rizwan Raja: Great food, excellent service, Generous portions.
Tom Sellers: Awesome food.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
justin perez: Called in for an order pickup guy on the phone was extremely rude. Staff doesn’t know how to communicate in a respectful manner. Food was ok but customer service was extremely disrespectful.
Emma Mehegan: My favorite Chicken Tikka Masala out of anywhere, and such delicious Samosas!Everything else I've tried is great too, but those are my favoritesI have lived nearby for about a year now and this is my go-to place for comfort eats. I order from here all the time, and it is always a great experience!Vegetarian options: Lots of delicious vegetarian options!
Essam Suleiman: Family owned and operated. Food was very good,Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian dishes.
Abu Naser: We all they way from NewYork city , here Really good , fresh and testy food .Thank you for very good service 😊
Sahul Hameed Majid Mohammad: Near to i-93. While returning from White Mountains family was tired. It was a good idea to opt dine in. Clean and nice place . Good taste and place to eat Desi Food. Loved the Kabab and Biryani served hot.
Tariq Ahmad: Food didn't taste great as expected. Haleem was watery and not thick. Goat curry was not great either. Tikka and roast were good as well as chicken nuggets
Sondra Holmes: If you want traditional, authentic Indian and Pakistani food, this little gem is the place to go. Their food is phenomenal.Their karahi gosht is my favorite and they have *the best* samosas I have ever had. They are so well balanced and spiced and they are cooked to absolute perfection. The sauce that comes with them is delicious as well. Their meats are cooked until they are tender and fall apart, but aren't overcooked and dry. Absolutely delicious. If you have a sensitive, baby New England palate, don't bother going here. You won't appreciate it.However, if you actually enjoy food that has flavor and spices and is cooked expertly, this is the place for you.
Heather MacKenzie: Food was good and employees are very friendly.
Nadia Smith: The chicken korma was the most disgusting korma I've ever had. When it arrived the sauce had separated and it was all oily. The chicken tasted pre fab and had a lot of cartilage in it. It was also way too spicy for mild. Worst Indian food I've ever had. Total waste of money. I won't be back.
M Drief: Great food and great customer service! Thank you Brother Tarek!
Tooba Yasser: Excellent service and excellent food
