Nick: Came here because I saw the place had good reviews, and I can see why. I believe the man at the counter is the owner, but either way he was incredibly helpful. I needed to get rid of an odor for a school system that a professional cleaning company couldn't get out, and everything suggested has worked. Very fair prices too.
T Walker: Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, Lowell Janitorial had everything I needed and the staff were happy to explain some different methods of cleaning and alternative products for me (which saved me so much time and money). Overall a good friendly service. Definitely recommend!

Not only did George the owner/ mngr. Assist us, take time with us, train us on methods and all of the above but he helped my aunt w/ downsizing my uncle's extra equipment with the grace of someone that could have been family. He was indeed a friend to my uncle and now to us; having supported us the last 6 yrs. also! George is honest and would rather lose a sale vs. Selling you something that won't work for you. From the old family-run mom and pop operations past, till today's larger corporate companies plus all the small businesses in between; Lowell Janitorial Supply (LJS) has built up a good reputation over the past several decades. Starting up a brand new business on my own I made a few assumptions. Like, maybe I wouldn't see any upfront perks such as steeper discounting over bulk rate pricing or other B2B value add-ons instantly extended on first purchases. Having had only tomention a past family history buying their products and services I was pleasantly surprised to see those discount perks and included advice when asking for help. I've come to rely on the advice of Lowell Janitorial Supply for the best cost savings and value whenever I find myself in a big mess.
