Jane Jason: Beautiful jewelry for sale, but over priced. Maybe have your favorite perfume for a bargain! But don't use their loan service, you will regret it when they take your items after allowing you to pay on them extra time. As soon as you go in with the payoff, she will tell you her husband owns it. The male owner tries to be honest, but the wife runs the store and she is shady. Blames her mistakes on "diabetes makes me confused". Told me more than once my item was low gold content while offering to buy it cheap. Also selling sapphire as colored diamonds (I know for a fact, because I sold them a multi colored sapphire ring, she tried to sell to me as diamonds when she forgot I owned it first). Be aware.

Julissa Gonzalez: I have been going to this place for 9 years or so and within the last past couple of years they have changed the staff,the guy that used to work there with the beard light skin had excellent customer service loved coming every time but recently the people that they have working there and not all of them specifically one person in particular always looks like she hates being there from the minute she walks into the door but I went last week to see how much they would pond one of my rings for I wasn’t excited with the price so didn’t decide to pond it at that time went back 1 wk later the price dropped 30$ and the customer service was horrible I left it because I had no other choice but definitely getting both of my rings out sooner than planned and definitely not coming back any more

XRAY Production: I went in a few days ago to look at and purchase some jewelry; I was greeted by a young man with a beard who was extremely helpful and professional. The layout of the store is simple enough that it isn't hard to find anything and there are a lot of Good items here. Overall I was happy with the customer service and the quality of the store. I've already recommended to friends.

On top of that the employees treat you like crap. I wouldn't recommend this place at all to ANYONE! Don't waste your time going there. Also it's funny because outside of their business they have a sign saying "They pay the most than any other pawn shop" HaHa....What a lie! As I said before.. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...

My roommate and I had gone in with a guitar that Joe couldn't find the brand name of anywhere on the internet. It seemingly didn't exist but he knew we were in a bind to pay bills so he offered to purchase it outright for a very reasonable price. Helped my roommate and I out of a few jams during a time that we are both struggling to make ends meet! I honestly don't understand why these (very few) folks had bad things to say about this shop. R Shelby Paynter: Dan is a stand up guy who always provides a fair offer. I have used him to loan me cash when I needed it quick. Like any business you need to build a trust worthy relationship with him. He's not going to loan you a ton of money unless you have proven you can pay back your first couple loans. If for some reason I'm unable to pay it back after a few months he has lowered the interest rate for me so I can pay it off quicker.Love these guys and will be going back soon!

If he bothered to look he would’ve seen a brand new Dewalt drill & Milwaukee palm driver. Idk what the deal is but it feels shady around here.

Jay Dee: Used to love this place. I had pawned some things and gotten them back, gotten extensions, the usual reason for going to a pawn shop! Eventually my Xbox one was outdated but they would still help me out and I pawned it 2 more times to pay some bills, and still have it to this day. Well I went in with A boxed Sega Genesis Mini, and a Super Nintendo Classic. These are the mini remakes with HDMI etc... The guy didn't know what they were, it was clear from the start but he mentions people only wanting ps4's and xbox one "s's" wait., its 2021 and you think people want or cant find trillions of ps4's or xbox one x or s's? he didn't know the right terms or consoles out now.. .. he mentions old outdated, fake checkerboard 4k consoles. plus the s is digital only. Neither of those are popular or worth a much, at all! When these mini's came out they sold out and went for double the price, well check em out now, same thing happened again. They're in stock but the Sega goes for 89.99, you won't find the Super nes classic new though ; ) .... I think he meant the xbox series x or "s" and he meant the ps5, not4 , or he legitimately knows little to nothing about electronics and video games (you want nvidia 20 or 30 series GPUS, any ps5 or series x, not one x or one s, 'series' not 'one', learn your product!). People want these for the man cave thing, or Retro gaming setups (which has been gaining popularity the last few years like crazy! Wonder why they made these consoles and did so in limited runs!!!derp!) Well, I didn't want to lose them for good so figured the cool pawn shop I used to go to would "pawn" them for me. I had some bills I'm gonna be close to missing, and I've gotten some tid-bits from people about this store doing some pretty big judgment when people walk in the door in the last few years and heard of people calling about an item, coming from far and these people turn them away after lying to them about accepting the product.... It's what they're becoming known for and it felt this way.... That's what I.D.'s are for.. I dont need to hear that they have to check each item, keep records etc., I knew that when I was 12 years old, not a thief either... Not sure if he didn't like me or how I looked , or knows nothing about the items I had (WAIT, this part was obvious), but they are popular and will sell FAST, just s*cks that I couldn't pawn them and get them back because the local pawn store doesn't want to help the local community out. Lost my business for good. And you can say what you want NH pawn but the gentleman's lack of knowledge on these, AND the current GEN of consoles shows IT ALL... Goodluck with the limited inventory you have, it looks really stocked in there... Try carrying some popular stuff!

I called at 8:58 a.m. regarding an item they had for sale on Facebook and because it wasn't 9:00 when they answered the phone they refused to answer questions about it. Next thing I know I'm receiving text messages from the employee arguing with me about the attitude I gave her because she wouldn't answer my questions well I'm sorry if you have something posted for sale on a website and people call with questions be prepared to answer questions. Horrible. Then I called back 40 minutes later she refused to answer any of my questions regarding the item posted for sale..just plain terrible customer service!! Again if you are not ready to answer questions about items you post for sale on a website DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE!! And in regards to her claiming I called back again and tried to alter my voice and tried to hide who I was that is completely funny if I wanted to do that I would have blocked my phone number first really you are the one who started sending me text messages so you knew my phone number when it came up on the caller ID I wasn't trying to hide anything lady I understand you're trying to run a small business but if you're not ready to answer questions at 8:58 a.m. don't answer the phone!! Completely UNPROFESSIONAL!!
