Jessica Vin: I ordered $100 worth of items without looking this up (my fault) but i was missing 2 entire items and some of the items that did appear was missing stuff i added in them!the nuggets have zero difference between normal and spicy flavors, and my family was complaining about how bad the burgers looked and how horribly placed everything was on the burgers. the only thing that had any flavor was the spicy chicken sandwich. the drinks themselves were watered down or not mixed properly.none of the items i ordered came with utensils or straws.extremely tasteless, i refunded $20 from that order, and it was not worth it.

Gokouu: I've been to dozens of Wendy's, in fact I used to work at one in High school so I know a bit how a Wendy's should he properly ran.The hours aren't open as what is posted on their websites, so forbid you get there too early. And somehow it's almost Spring 2023 and their lobby is still closed even though you see Employees eating their meals and taking breaks in the lobby. I love the BIG, REAL chicken breast you get at Wendy's vs any other fast food chain.Well not at the Chelmsford st. Location! The last 2 times I've been given a TINY dry piece of chicken. Not a breast and certainly not what I paid for.If you run out that's fine, but not telling the customer and just giving me any chicken isn't ok. Everything else my family gets is usually fine.I only go like once every 6 months as a treat. It's infuriating to have my "treat" continously ruined.I'll take my business to the Middlesex street location thats always on point!

M: I don't usually review McDonald's locations, but this one is exceptional, so I feel compelled to do so. I stop here frequently when I'm in the area. The drive-thru is always fast, efficient, accurate, and friendly. Two-lanes that can handle a crowd. Easy access off and on Interstate 495. Easy access (with a lighted intersection) from busy Rogers Street. Highly recommended.

Chris: Always a terrible experience here. The drive through can never get all of the food right. I am constantly missing items I ordered. I am going to avoid this location in the future. The cost is constantly going up while the quality of food and service goes down.

Ryana Ruest: I visited the drive through today at dinner time, there many people in line and waiting. I got to the first window and then suddenly my new car DIED! It wouldn’t turn back on, all different malfunction lights came on and I was panicking. I felt so bad there was a huge line behind me. The manager told me he would be right out to help, and he came outside in the rain with two other employees to help push my car to a safe area. Ryan, the manager and his team went above and beyond to help me and I am truly appreciative.

Joe H: Driving back from Portland, Maine and stopped for a bite to eat at 2:06am. I'm dead serious when I say this was the best, fresh, and most delicious Double Quarter Pounder I have ever eaten!! I was shocked at how fantastic it was. Amazing drive thru service. Our order was correct, condiments were correct, and the food was hot and fresh! Amazing location and service.
