Sarah Engelken: This office is a disorganized mess. I went to the office today (5/23/22) to pick up a paper copy of all of my medical records so that I can transfer my care to another office (thank god). Upon looking through the paperwork this evening I found personal medical information for 3 different patients mixed in with my paperwork. These papers include full names, dates of birth, and private medical information. Clear HIPPA violation. Complete disregard for patient confidentiality. Makes me wonder if any of my personal information has been distributed to random people. I would highly discourage anyone from going to this office. You can get better care elsewhere.Edit: in response to the reply from the office…I sent an email to the practice supervisor listed on the Diabetes and Endocrine Center website, Dena Fahey, on May 23rd and never received a response.

Gretchen Murray: THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR MEDICATION/DEVICE NEEDS ON WEEKENDS. So save your dialing time. Why do you have an answering service. Just leave a weekend message "screw you, we don't do Sat/Sun. So sorry I haven't found switch to switch off my disease on the weekend. But I'm sure if I were a drunk AA would help me.Don't bother with their fantastic pharmacy group at Lowell swillhole General, they don't believe I have a half hour appt once a mouth with them. We don't have that group here!!

Brian Phan: Center is bad at handling prescription refills and doesn’t handle them unless multiple requests are made. Needed a refill on insulin urgently due to being out of the supply, called during their lunch break and was told to call back later (which is fine), but the person answering gave a bad response and hung up while I was still talking. This needs to be fixed immediately. Considering that this is a Diabetes and Endocrine center, you would think that prescription requests would be handled as fast as possible. People with these conditions do not have time to wait extensive periods to have refills on their medication. They deserve better.

Bill Gist: Update: Perhaps the office had regular staff on vacation, explaining my previous experience with this location, because they have since then done well. I am updating rating to five stars.

Becca Landry: Low quality and impersonal care. Prescription refill was never completed after multiple requests. Blood work was never gone over despite requests. My request to cancel a future appointment has taken 3 separate communications to complete (still not sure if it's actually cancelled). Biggest concern though: without informing me, explaining why, discussing options, or giving me an opportunity to ask questions, voice my concerns, or be part of my own health care decisions - a new prescription for a STATIN drug was put through to my pharmacy and ready for pick up within 24 hours of a 5 minute phone appointment. I found this to be irresponsible, dangerous, and unnecessary for my health. I will never go back here and I will grudgingly pay the copay.
