Jennifer DuLong-Tringale: They came out the day after we called, and performed bee removal for $200 less than our other quote. The other company was only going to spray outside and we were going have to tent off part of our basement to prevent the bees from coming in again. Guy sprayed inside and outside, and assurred us the bees should be gone within 2 days (whereas the other company said we could have babies coming in for 3 to 4 weeks). Gregory Rich: I called Guy on a Tuesday morning after finding a large wasp nest had fallen out of a tree right on to the path my dogs use to go into the woods. His price was super competitive, and he gave me advice on how to avoid them, and protect myself and my dogs.He had a spot open the next morning and said he would arrive between 7:30 and 8AM. He arrived promptly at 7:35AM.He and Bob were professional, and had me show them where the nest was, and he promptly suited up and got to work. He was done shortly afterwards, gave me advice on how long to wait, what to look for, and if I had any questions, or saw more hornets, to give him a call straight away.I give Guy, and Bob, my highest recommendations, a local business helping local residents. Ed Lee: We recently encountered a swarm of termites in our home. Even in the midst of the pandemic, Blake from Waltham Services came in the next day and performed a thorough evaluation of the property, inside and out, looking for tunnels that would allow termite access. Fortunately, we did encounter a swarm of termites inside the house with Blake present, and isolated the general area of the location of the colony. Unfortunately, no tunnels were found as we would have had to break down drywall in two of the rooms. Plus, there is a french drain in the area which complicates the situation. We decided to install baits around the periphery of the property. Blake came in the following week to perform the installation. He was knowledgeable, timely, neat, and was very respectful of my family and our property. I would highly recommend Blake and Waltham Services.

Kashka Gammon: I woke up with a couple of bug bites one morning and went right to the worst case scenario, that it could be bed bugs. I called Banner looking for an inspection, and Rick answered. He listened carefully to my situation and offered his services within a day or so, which is very reasonable. After sensing the anxiety in my voice he did ask if I was looking to have somebody check it out sooner, and he was over within 2 hours between jobs. He came, inspected my room, bed frame, and mattress as well as educating me the entire time. After looking he told me that he did not think I had bed bugs, but to follow up via phone call or text within a few weeks if anything new came up. He was incredibly kind and professional! I would highly recommend Banner because of this experience - you can tell when somebody truly cares!

Kendra Martin: We’ve been using Patriot since we moved here from Oklahoma 5 years ago and realized that silverfish are a thing and like to live in basements. Creepy little things and not something I want in my home. So they have been doing the general insect control around my foundation for years. It works, and if I ever have a problem seeing bugs around the house they come right out to spray again. We’ve also had to have them out a couple times to remove some gnarly hornet nests in the trees along the perimeter of our property. We ALSO had an infestation of flying squirrels in our garage and attic (another thing you don’t find in the Midwest). They came out, assessed what the issue was, and had the work done to humanely remove them in a timely fashion. We have had no problems with the interesting little critters since. Efrin is always very kind and communicative and so are the people I’ve spoken to in the office, along with the man who handled the squirrels for us, who also gave me a couple useful tips on startling the local skunks who’ve blasted my dog, along with 2 of my neighbor’s dogs. Their prices are reasonable and we are very happy with their service.
