Benjamin Pirog: I cold-called Stephen looking for help to resize a photo I needed that day for a locket I was giving as a gift. It was out of the range of his typical services, but nonetheless Stephen got me the help I needed within an hour. When I asked him what I should pay for the help he didn’t even ask for a fee. Not only that, he enhanced the image as well. I would recommend him to anyone. He is a genuinely nice person. Thank you Stephen!

R: I called the shop and spoke with Stephen who said I can email him my picture so he could tell me if he is able to restore the photo and give me an estimate of the costs.I never received a call back. I called him twice just to make sure I sent it to the correct email address. No answer, no call back. Now I feel kind of weird that this person who doesn't want to provide this service to me has a copy of my photo. It was a disappointing experience.

The negatives were in poor condition, but Stephen Sylvester worked miracles and produced terrific photos from them. Stephen is a pro, an artisan, and a great guy to work with!
