M: I needed to get a pyogenic granuloma removed from my finger. The pyogenic granuloma was quite painful and bled profusely 24/7. The bleeding had been taking place for weeks before a dermatologist diagnosed it and recommended Loreen Ali to remove it.Loreen Ali's schedule was pretty full and I could not get an appointment for 3 weeks. So I knew I was in for a few more weeks of bleeding and pain.As the appointment neared, I called Ali's office to confirm the date and time and to make sure they could perform the procedure to remove the pyogenic granuloma. I was informed that my visit would be a consultation only.I went back and forth with the office manager, Linda Meuse, trying to figure out why Ali could not remove the pyogenic granuloma in my appointment. The only response I got was that it was "policy". No additional time, facility, equipment, or supplies were required that were not available during my appointment.Only issue preventing the removal of the pyogenic granuloma was that Ali has a "policy" in place that would allow her to bill me twice...once for a consultation, and again for the actual procedure.I did not like this "policy" and made it known to Linda Meuse. But since it was so difficult to get the appointment, I told Linda I would proceed with their 2-step process because, at this point, it was the quickest path to addressing my issue.2 days before my appointment, I received a letter from Ali's office (from Linda Meuse) informing me that they would not see me in the office because of my concerns with their 2-step "policy".I now had to start from ground zero finding another doctor that could fit me in for the procedure.Luckily I was able to find a doctor that diagnosed and removed the pyogenic granuloma in the same visit (which took about 30 minutes total).I'm not sure about the skill of Ali as a physician. But her practice is focused more on exploiting billing than treating patients.

Erving Colon: I went for IPL treatments with Ellen at Dr. Eliopoulus and unfortunately it was a disaster for me personally. I was left with 4 small vascular spots ( confirmed by medical doctor this past Monday) on my right cheek for treating redness as well as tiny red veins after my second treatment . My left cheek was left with a very mild darkening of a post pigment spot I received from another place prior.Strangely enough those are things that IPL it's suppose to eliminate not create. Ellen did admit after a follow up technique/setting was done differently without knowing. The famous Melanin reader that ICON IPL advertised had me as a Type 1 skin but it was overided to the belief that it was incorrect and made me a Type 4. My follow up meeting with Ellen was claiming nothing was really there even though I look at myself everyday and got confirmation with another person what those recent spots were. Also said Type 4 is tricky to treat which I didn't know at first and pigments would have to be at a higher setting which gets riskier as well. I am truly bother by what was done to me even if it was something small. So I wanted to share my story with everyone who is thinking about IPL to ask questions and get at least spot treated first and wait a week. Now I am force to pay for another opinion and treatment to address these new areas.

Maura Fitzgerald: I am writing this review about Jenelle (Rice) Colantuoni. Jenelle is an outstanding nurse. She was excellent at reviewing which skin procedures would address my specific needs. I had several older acne scars and skin pigments that I wanted addressed. Jenelle helped me to decide on a treatment course and then educated me about what skin products would continue to improve my skin. Throughout each procedure she was careful to let me know what to expect every step of the way. Besides being an excellent, competent nurse, she is a gentle & nurturing individual that give 110%. I would highly recommend working with Jenelle.

Holly Guaraldi: I had a consultation with Jenelle to discuss issues I had with my skin. She listened to my concerns and then presented options to me. We decided "Three for Me" would address my issues best. After completing the 3 treatments I am very happy with the results. Jenelle was very knowledgable, professional and personable. She was very responsive and supportive when contacting her in between visits when I had questions. I would recommend making an appointment with her as I think she could help you with whatever your needs might be.

Karen Fallon: Less than satisfied 3 weeks after lip injections. My top lip is uneven with a bump on the narrow side.I've had injections by the doctor and was more than pleased in the past.The work the technician did this time was less than satisfactory. Not very good with the botox either.I have changed my rating as they reached out to me and helped solve the majority of my issues. Follow up is very good! Be sure to understand what you are having done and what outcome you want. They will work with you and are very responsible!

Cheri Meuse: I chose to have an abdominoplasty with extensive liposuction after losing a lot of weight and keeping it off for more than 10 years. I had "an apron" that I hated and affected how most clothing fit me and made me extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed. Though an embarrassing process at first, the entire team of woman made me feel as comfortable as possible throughout.

He treats his impressive staff as his peers and does not talk down to them when he needs their help. If you want an excellant result with the best, then look no more, you will find that in Dr. Lee. I had searched far and wide, for years, trying to find a surgeon who could help me with two problems and I found that no one was able to help me in a meaningful way. Some did try, but their treatment did not work. Dr. Lee was able to solve both problems for me immediately. There really are no words that can adequtely describe how skilled and precise he is. His staff members, Carly and Christina, both talented in their own right, have been a pleasure to work with. Dr. Lee's website describes him as a masterful pianist. However, he went one step further and assembled a team to work with him that perform their jobs, along side of him, like a perfectly-tuned orchestra.

Phany Bou: What seemed to be a hopeless lifetime regret was changed instantly when I spoke with Dr. Lee. 5 years ago I underwent breast implants in Miami Florida at a sketchy place called CG cosmetics. Word of advice, if it’s cheap, expect cheap work. My experience there was terrible, I regretted getting them done. I was never given a pre op to talk about what size I want. Instead he gave me a size he thought would look good with my body type. I wanted to removed them the moment I got them. After years, I was told by many doctors it is risky and most felt uncomfortable removing my implants that was placed by someone else. Dr. Lee made me feel so comfortable, and was very knowledgeable about the procedure. He assured me it can be done and he will do his best to make my natural breast look as best as it can be. It was expensive but I trusted him and believed he will do an amazing job, that many others were afraid to do.I booked the same day and was scheduled 2 weeks after. I am now almost 2 months post op and I am pleased with my results. He was able to give me the perfect size and shape. Yes, there’s scarring but I was aware of this prior. Each day they’re healing, shaping and looking better. Thank you to Dr. lee and his very friendly staff. I feel reborn again and actually happy after getting those oversized implants removed. Can’t wait for the final results.
