Laura Pula: Gave it three stars because the flavor was good but I’m paying $36 for a bowl and I didn’t like that the amount of salmon was almost nonexistent. There were about 5-7 pieces of salmon like the size or smaller than the picture below. Unacceptable. Won’t be ordering here again.

Dave Madan: I've eaten here a few times, and the food is mediocre in comparison with other poke restaurants. They also advertise a discount on first-time online orders, but then despite nothing in the offer saying so anywhere in the fine print, they insist there is a minimum threshold for the order and refused to honor it. So the food isn't great and they have shady business practices? Good luck.

Alejandro Nuñez-Jimenez: Okay poke bowl, fast and friendly service, moderate prices. Overall, it is an okay value for your money. I really wanted to like it more because two friends recommended it enthusiastically. I had the Poke City special and was a bit disappointed with the sushi rice base. Many people overlook the base, but it is literally the basis for a great poke bowl. Perhaps it was late in the day (8PM), but the rice was too dry. Quantity is okay for the price, taking into account you get three proteins in the special poke, but I could have eaten a bit more. Nothing was particularly good or bad, as I said, it's okay.

Corey Hipps: My spouse and I have been sampling all the pokebars between Kendall Square and Porter Square, as well as Davis Square.This is our second favorite so far.I am not sure what others are on about price, it makes me wonder if they ordered through a delivery service that upcharged.The ingredients and preps are solid. What puts this in second for my spouse and I is that our favorite just tastes a bit better and has a better sauce selection, in our opinion.

The bowls are really small and def not worth it. I used to like this place but the drop in quality, smaller portions and increased prices forces me to avoid them.

My significant other got the the tofu dish and jipped them on the tofu barely had any. Also small portion meal for a 20 $ dinner.......place is not worth it.

Marcus Romero: The food was great, very tasty fish and generous toppings made the bowl taste unique, really allowing it to stand out from other poke places in the area. The prices are raised at this time which made it more expensive than expected but it seems to be temporarily due to economic events. The staff was very helpful and encouraging of our order and I'll be very happy to come back. My wife got the Bomba bowl and wanted to say that she really liked it.

Jamayl Martin: I picked up from here yesterday after work. I ordered two bowls. The staff asked me if I wanted avocado. I said yes, only to find out that I would be charged an extra $1.50 per bowl for it.I told the staff that the person preparing this did not tell me about the cost. The staff person at the register asked me if I still wanted the avocado. I said no. That’s when they took my two bowls, reached into them (with gloves hands), scooped out the avocado, and placed it back inside of the serving tray. The avocado still had bits from my bowls sticking to them. This is unsanitary, and should never happen at a restaurant. I am not a fan of waist, but cross contamination is not okay….

L H: Really tasty pokebowls. If you've never had it, it's essentially a sushi roll deconstructed in a bowl. Very tasty. The spam musubi is good. I wish they gave more protein considering the cost. They have Hawaiian Sun drinks and a can, so far all of the flavors are delicious. I really want to try their pineapple upside-down cake, but they never seem to have it. Will be back again!

I thought they did a good job handling orders and still managed to be organized and efficient. The manager (I believe? by the door) was welcoming and staff was nice and patient.They also had Spam Musubi which I have been wanting to try. I had to take my order to go so I could make it work. Rice was still warm when I got home and fish was soft and melted in my mouth.Excited to return. Happy to have this location! It's been tricky trying to go to Harvard or Longwood because of proximity and ease of commute. I've been waiting for this location to open for 3 years since they announced it's initial open of spring of 2020!!
