Dom Alaimo: Put a deposit on a bike. When I called the next for the vin # to set up insurance, they said someone else came in and paid cash and took the bike that I literally just put a deposit on. I confronted them when I went in and they basically said “yeah deposits are only good for a week” or whatever the timeline is. So I told them it had only been a day and the girl basically said “yeah idk what happened then”. The unprofessionalism was almost impressive. Left 2 stars because they were friendly at the very least :)

Daniel Whitman: Often difficult to find honest customer service recently. Not the case in North Chelmsford. Alexis, Jim, and Eric were straight forward and helpful all the way. Snowchecked a Polaris at a different dealer last year and never heard anything about it until it showed up after the snow had melted. Even with all the service work Polaris dealers are swamped with, these guys made time to keep me updated on the delivery of my new sled over the last 10 months. They did everything they could and more, except make it snow!

Michael K: Went to buy gear for my first motorcycle. The sales guy was only pushing for a sale. Provided false information about helmets and I ended up buying the wrong helmet for my head. Won't take it back as I rode once with it. Without the nhin strap the wind can blow my fullface helmet off.Don't rely on their sales team for good advice on gear.

My sales person was Audra, and she really went above and beyond to keep me in the loop, answer my questions, and make sure I was totally happy with the experience. I ordered way back in August of last year, and along the waiting time she and I kept in touch. I had some specifics I needed around the trailer, and she made sure that my requirements were met. The sales process itself was easy, simple, and quick. The finance team was great too in getting me setup with a local credit union for a small loan. I also worked with parts to get all the things I needed like a cover, bumpers, and other things that are needed to use the PWC. Super happy with the experience, and would recommend all of them without reservation. Great job, I'll definitely be a repeat customer!-Fred

Jason Tambolleo: It was okay staff was decent not much of a selection and then when I was talking to one of the sales people another employee walked up and started a conversation which took about 10-15 minutes but I found that to be frankly quite rude and disrespectful if I am a customer looking to possibly purchase an item I believe the dedication to the customer is far more important than a question from another employee I believe that other employees should have waited until our discussion was done unless it was an emergency which by the way it was not they get paid to be there all day long and they're paid depends on our purchasing their product customer should always come first and your business discussions should take place after the customer's business is completed for that reason I will not do business with them if me being there was not important enough to them they do not need my business
