big poke lowell: what do users think?
Sbrownwalsh: Best poke around. We drive from Boston to get poke from Big Poke. Never had a bad experience. So so good!!
Sanny Keo: I love this place so I order often. Tonight, however was such a disappointment. Ordered 2 musubis, the luau bowl, a large bowl and the big 3 bowl. The big 3 was missing the shoyu salmon and there was barely any sauce. I was also missing some of the crunchy toppings. It was just bland. My musubis were also smushed in the bag. Not impressed.
Kosal Production: Recommended dishes Jada's Luau, Island Mac, Spam Musubi, Large, Hawaiian SunMore
Brian Kirkpatrick: Awesome poke bowls with big portions! Fish is always fresh and delicious!
Lucas Arts: Visiting Lowell, stopped by here as I wanted to some Poke and this spot had great reviews. The place is somewhat bare bones, but still has a homely feel. They have some tables and a TV playing sports. I got a large bowl with spicy salmon and Volcano shrimp with br rice, mixed greens and a variety of yummy toppings. Price is fair for poke and portions were also good too. Definitely a place that doesn't skimp, but doesn't overload either - the perfect balance. Everything was tasty and excellent, but be careful of the volcano!!! This is spicy, which slowly builds with each bite. However the flavor of it is incredibly addictive which makes it tough to stop, even though you're sweating. Truffle aoli and the island Mac are also amazing too. Highly recommend this place for a meal and props to the owners who work there - super friendly people.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie choices.Kid-friendliness: They have a high chairParking: Street metered parking in front of store.
H2O: Pretty good!
Sean Lobberecht: One of my new favorite places in Lowell. Food is awesome and always fresh! Highly reccomend!
Marylene Ruiz: Yum! So delicious. Got the Poke Bowl today and the spam sushi side just because...
erin deloge: Really, really good. Love the teriyaki chicken. Sometimes out of ingredients but it may be because they are so small. If someone is out, the cooking or ordering probably does not get done. Other than that, it is my favorite lunch place.
Teddy A: The Poke Bowls here are great but I don't understand why it's always closed on Grubhub. Don't put yourself on a delivery app if you are always going to turn off the delivery. Everytime I call and ask why, it's always the excuse of the owner going to pick up the product and that they will turn it on when he comes back and they never do. I have been given that excuse four times now.
Alexa Evensen: So so so yummy! My favorite poke place near Lowell
MMejia: Very surprising considering the reviews, My sister just bought me poke from there today she paid $16 for very little food, not worth the price. Plus she said the kid that work there looks like he doesn’t know what he’s doing he barely put any food in the bowl. If you want poke go to the one in Westford Okipoke. Don’t go here waste of time and money. First and last.
David Gloski: It is not closed, and it is excellent every time I go there!
Pam Andrews: Its closed
Kenneth Chap: The poke bowls were really good and fresh! I usually go here if I need to get something inexpensive but filling for after school. Would recommend
Janice K: Haven't had it in a while. Normally it takes long so wasn't a surprised when we ordered online at 12pm and we had to wait at the store until 1pm. BUT that's not the issue. The issue is that my food is not edible. They forgot my add in item of island Mac in multiple orders but my rice? It's ROCK hard. Not cooked at all. When I called them to try the rock hard rice they said "oh we made new rice right after we opened but gave u the old rice so we can't try it cus we threw it out" so why am I getting old rice thats rock hard. I can't eat it. I dont know if I'll be going back bc I wasted my money Im starving after waiting an hour for my food and the experience eis just so terrible. I called JOSE the manager but it seems he blocked me or avoiding me and the store employees keep telling me to call him and deferring responsibility and noone is giving my money back. I want my refund.Update** called the store multiple times after I basically demanded that he call me back) and the owner (not manager) eventually called (*said he wasn't picking up bc my # was NYC n he gets a lot of spam lol)I told him I'm not making the 20minutes drive back and I just want my refund and he actually ended up driving to my place n dropping off a fresh order! 🙃 he also said he will refund me n explained that he had hired new employees to work on Saturday which he normally doesn't so I'm hoping it's a one time mistake next time hopefully they don't just leave newbies on a Saturday rush. But was Kind enough to explain the situation so updating my review from one star. Customer service to make up was on point. I'll give it 5 stars if they can speed up my order next time cus it's still slow every time I go 😆
Ruuh Moraes: The best restaurant in Lowell! I love it ❤️
Abby Nestel: First time trying poke and it was great! Definitely a hidden gem here it lowell. The service is very friendly. And the food is fresh and flavorful.
Menisha Megnauth: Underrated. This place is AMAZING! Super friendly staff, delicious fresh food, and is something a little different.
Jesse McNamara: Fresh and flavorful!
Matthew Girard: Service was helpful and fast and the food was great.

Peephuptmei Restaurant: what do users think?
Laura Fermin: I’m in town once a month and without fail, I stop by and eat Loc Lac. My family and I love eating here and ordering food from Peephuptmei. I always order multiple Loc Lacs with both white rice and fried rice. We’re obsessed with the taste of the beef and the special oil vinegar sauce you can pour on top. I’ve had multiple items from the menu and enjoyed each one. Personally, I enjoy authentic experiences and this family owned restaurant is worth it.

Moon Kimoyayinko: Paid $$$ and got my moneys worth. Their dipping sauces tirk kreung and pra hok are not fishy. Everything was marinated as traditional as you would at home. Grand place to introduce to your non fellow Cambodian friends. Also it’s on DoorDash!!! I’ve been ordering them on DoorDash and hope to be seated on their restaurant when I get a chance to dine in.
Logan: Authentic Khmer food.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Rick Rhodes: My meals are always served hot and tasty. So far, I haven't had anything I didn't enjoy, which is a positive. I am also typically a finicky eater, but the meal has been delicious. The portion sizes are also generous! I enjoy that I can take home any leftovers. Additionally, the prices are low. This is a great spot to bring the family when you don't feel like cooking.
D TP: Was told by 2 different wait staff they would be with me in a moment but was still left waiting. Ended up leaving even though there there open seats available.
Somnan Ath: Need good Cambodian foods. Then stop by it's good for dining out with your families or friends.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Tola Sreng: hot wing is the best.
Alex: beef lok lak肉虽然多但是火候和腌制水平不到位有几块有点老嚼不动
Pika Chu: Very good palace, Family owned and clean.
Chayanis Hauswirth: Delicious! Never able to order just 1 or 2 things here as everything looks so good! Curry, noodle soup, chicken wings, beef loc lac, fried fish etc.
Thanh B: Always good!
Samnang Im: Food was alright. Over cooked a little
Faith Chhan: Best Restaurant. Hands Down.Recently moved out of state but this was the first restaurant my man took me to try Cambodian food many years ago. We're still together to this day and have a kid together. No other restaurant compares to here. The quality is out of this world. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. This is a place I wouldn't mind spending any amount of money for. The only place I could see myself tipping far beyond 30% simply for the quality and workers there, the environment is so comforting family owned and you feel like you're apart of the family. Absolutely amazing. I hope this place never gets shut down that will be the day I stop eating food.

Heng Lay Restaurant: what do users think?
Ramfis Brito: Great food and atmosphere
Carine Emmanuel: The food was amazingly good.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Peter Sward: The menu said: "Spicy Chicken Wings /drumpstick" ($13). I read this as you can either order wings or drumsticks. Turn out you get exactly what's written on the menu. Chicken wings and a drumstick! Look at that almost caramelized outside, and they were perfectly cooked. I wouldn't call them SPICY, but they were pleasantly spicy. The wings were fine, but the drumstick was reheated and dried out.
Bonnie Chen: This is my go-to Cambodian restaurant ever! My boyfriend and I make it a point to stop by here whenever we are in North Andover. We only ever order the same two things here - beef stew noodles and the shaken beef! The shaken beef comes with a delicious pork broth soup that is so good. Unfortunately it does not come with the order if you order take out - only dine in I believe. The shaken beef is nice and tender with great flavor. The beef stew noodle soup has a flavor that I never had before and it's quite addicting. It's hard for me to finish a bowl of noodles, but I'm always finishing this one! The staff is always so friendly. I love coming here!
Hannah Elliott: Excellent little find! The cuisine is tasty, fresh, and reasonably priced. We appreciated the meat-filled fried chow foon and the beef noodle soup. The fried calamari and durian shake were exceptional. We will return!

Vy Phan: Quality of traditional Cambodian noodle soup, aka Phnom Penh noodle soup, is phenomenal.
Jonathan Yue: Food was delicious. I ordered the chow fun and its a slightly sweet and savory wet noodle dish and they cook it hot enough to have that wok he flavor. Staff are nice, though there may be a language barrier, be patient because they are a small local restraunt.
Alex: 蛋炒饭可以
Sam Muth: One of the best places to eat khmer food in Lowell

Andrés Ballesteros: Wow, amazing food and experience! While we’re familiar with Vietnamese and Thai food, we hadn’t had Cambodian before. Xavier was an amazing guide and the food was excellent across the board. The papaya salad, the crispy egg rolls, the angkor wings, the bai cha kroeung… Everything was delicious. Again, can’t say enough about the service and how knowledgeable Xavier was about the food and its history. Will be returning!
Michael Luu: Wish they served peanut sauce with the summer roll. The kuy-tiev soup was great. The ankor wings were tasty. Renée Renata Bergan: Delicious food! Similar yet different than Thai (which we love) so, was nice to have a different take. Portions are big, and flavorful, but really it was the staff who immediately made us feel at home which will be what remember. We hit it off with Xavier the owners son, from the get go, chatting it up throughout the night. He made great food suggestions and when the noodles for my dish had run out, made sure I got a nice alternative. And then later, when things slowed down, shared with us his favorite spots from his recent trip to Cambodia. A really lovely family owned and run restaurant. I'm not in Lowell much but when I am, I'll be going back. Worth it! Give them your business!

Sharmin Sultana (Anu): We had a fantastic dining experience at Simply Khemer for lunch today. The vegetable spring rolls and crispy quail wings made for delicious starters, and the lemongrass chicken and loc lac were excellent entrees. The food was flavorful and cooked to perfection. Additionally, the staff and environment were very friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall enjoyable atmosphere. I would love to recommend Simply Khemer to anyone looking for authentic Cambodian cuisine 😍❤️

Megan Jordan: They were fantastic. My sister has a seafood allergy & the chef came out to go over what he could alter for her to ensure she would like it & feel safe eating it. They were kind, patient & took their time to go over everything. All the food came out fantastic! Service was the best I've encountered in years, I think the last time I had service this good was at a Michelin place in Paris.
gwendolyn jones: If I lived closer I'd go all the time. So good.
