Robert: Had a tee time for 1348 and didn't start till 1430. They always over book this course (My thrid time experiencing this issue). There were no carts available. Terrible management as they don't know how to properly space tee times. The course it self is nice and why I'm giving it at least two stars.

Mr. Football: Conditions are improving here every week. This summer was tough for a lot of courses in the area but this place is better than most for the price. The new ownership cares and is putting in the effort. If you're looking for a quick 9, go support these folks.

Shawn Connors: ~2300 yard 9-hole course. A good mix of Par 3 and 4's, with some hittable greens for big hitters. Grounds are in good shape for a New England local; the greens play well. Friendly staff and never that hard to find a tee-time.

B: This golf course changed ownership this year and the difference between this season and last season is night and day. The previous owner did not care for the course at all. She was rude and didn’t have the passion to properly maintain the course. The new owners are great! It’s now ran by a sweet family who obviously cares about reviving the course.It seems like a simple course but there are some tricky holes here. It’s a great place to practice your shot selection and different ways to approach a hole.Beware of slower pace of play. Because the previous owners were so lackadaisical, people will show up late to their tee time. Also because it’s a 9 hole course, there are a lot of beginners. For the most part, I don’t really ever have to wait to play. The bunkers need a little bit of work but it’s the new ownerships first season so I will give them leeway there.Keep up the good work!!P.S. Not sure why Christian Collum felt the need to create 4 different google accounts to give this golf course a 1 star rating. Seems a little vindictive and psychotic if you ask me. I’m guessing he didn’t choose his shots carefully

John Moynihan: This may be the single worse golf course in the state of Massachusetts. If you are expecting a good golf course for the price then you are in for a MASSIVE (and I cannot stress this enough) disappointment. The course is poorly maintained, you can play at Far Corners golf course for less money which is a pristine public course in Boxford. The staff was unreasonable with refunding fees (for two golf carts that were paid for online) in which we received only one, for our 10:26 tee time, we tee'd off at 11 AM due to over booking the course which made for a less than fun experience having to continuously wait 30 minutes on each hole. In addition, the staff screamed at our group for not obeying a 'cart path only' rule in which we were not notified of in the clubhouse and in which there were ZERO signs on the course notifying players to remain on the course. Absolute highway robbery. Do not (and I repeat) DO NOT waste your money here.

Phil Norton: For opening weekend and spring conditions, course was great wet in some spots but otherwise great condition for the time of year

Michael Pereira: This course is really good for beginners. Most holes are straight but many par 3's. The greens aren't in best shape here. Not worth the green fees in my opinion for the quality of golf.

Chad Dunn: It's a good little course. Short so you can do a loop pretty quickly. I was there in November 2021 and I felt the fairways and greens were very well maintained. The bunkers are huge, numerous and deviously placed. That offsets the short yardage. The bunkers are very poorly maintained. Lots of weeds and some hard pan. Its late in the season so I can understand it.
