Lauren Chiampa: Best place to rent a car in MA. I had to rent a car while shopping for a new car and what should have only been a day or two...turned into a few more. When I called to see if I could keep the rental car longer, the staff told me to keep the car for a week instead of the 5 days I had asked for due to it being less expensive. Being a business owner myself, I never ever take advantage of my clients....I loved the honesty I received! I got my deposit back within a day as well! If I ever need a rental again, this will be my only place I will go to.

Shanika Amazan: I was in a pickle with my car being at the mechanic shop and every car rental place i.e Enterprise, Hertz etc was either booked or charging $3-500 for JUST a deposit. I was referred to Express Rentals and I’m in absolute awe but how professional, fast, and seamless the entire process was. They are not there to grab every last penny. Straight forward, no hidden fees, no surprises. Get in, pay, get out. Cars are brand new with all of the amenities and then some. I totally recommend leaving the other car rental places and going to Express Rentals

Katie Facciola: Once posted I was contacted by someone who fixed the problem.Well, this is for the one in Lowell but they don’t have one but I know it’s owned by the same guy so here!I was in an accident that totaled my car. Left without a vehicle my insurance gave me 11 days with a rental car and sent me to xpress.The front desk staff was very nice and the car was clean and barely used. Very nice.But the issue came with what happened after.When discussing with the front desk woman about when I needed to return the car she said “we will call you when your days are up and you can return the car and if you don’t hear from us then the insurance is still covering you”I received a phone call yesterday saying I needed to bring the car back. I told her if I could keep it for one extra day so I could pick my significant other up from the airport. She said not a problem.I dropped the car off this morning with a full tank of gas and she informed me that I was being charged for 4 days of rental since the car was kept passed the amount the insurance would cover. Very upset I told her I didn’t have the 200 plus dollars to cover right now. She told me that it’s not a big deal and she would send a bill in the mail.Well on my return home in my ride, I checked my email and my credit card alerted me (the one the rental company had on file) was attempting to charge me the full amount.Called the place immediately and she told me she didn’t do it and they have no record of the charge. But it could be the owner trying to do it at another location. And she would call me immediately back.Well it’s been close to 4 hours and my card has been alerted again.DONT TRUST THEM. ITS A BIG SCAM!!!!

millcity skater: I tried to rent from them here and was told yesterday that all they needed to do was clean the car and they would call me back.i tried calling a few time with no answer.then I call the following day for them to tell me they are all sold out. Would have just been nice to be told they couldn't help and not just give me the run around.
Henry Barker: There isn't a rental car office here. You call ahead and reserve a car to pick up at the gas station. Both Bargain-Rent-a-Car and the gas station employees are easy to work with and accommodating. An overall easy and hassle free rental experience for a good price.
Julie Farman: I wanted to rent a small car at the last minute but unfortunately there were none available. The five stars are for their service; as opposed to other rental car companies, they were amazingly responsive, followed up, and went way out of their way to help me.

Deniz Karakoyunlu: I rented a pop-up camper for the Labor Day weekend in 2022, and had a great experience. They were great in answering my questions. They went through the instructions to set up and use the camper with every detail. I also rented kitchen and linen kits which had all we needed at the camp. Finally small details I noticed in the office (camper toy models everywhere, camping themed calendar on the wall, camping wallpaper on the PC) makes me think they truly value what they do. I hope to keep renting RVs from this business and go on adventures with my family.
Jaime de la Lastra: I've just came back after 10 days around Maine with two RV's (24' and 28') rented with Lance. What a fantastic experience! It was my first time with a RV and Lance and his team made it super easy for us. We had to ask a few questions during the road tríp and Lance was always very quick answering and extremly helpful. I trully recomend his company for RV rentals in New England (easy to get there from Boston Logan Airport) and I will repite 100%. Way to go Lance!!

Was extremely nice, impressive features and had everything that we needed and wanted for the week! They even had additional packages for the linens and pots, pans and everything that you would need for the kitchen area!Overall this was a very good experience and we would definitely do it again with Lance!!

William Mulford: I rented 2 26' travel trailers for myself and a friend. The trailers were very clean and were not worn out. The staff there provided proper weight distribution hitches and walked us through everything in a timely manner. We had no issues with hauling the trailers 4+ hours up to acadia national park and back. The return process was very quick and painless. This was our first non-tent camping, camping experience and it was fantastic. Thank you North Shores for a great vacation rental!

Andy Kaknes: There is a bit of an issue with the website. Getting sent in a loop only to call the 800 number to go around in circles in a loop to then be hung up on. If you call the local number to the local Hertz office near you, you get sent to the same terrible loop that the 800 number leads you to.

Abby Kirshner: Received amazing service from an employee named Kalan. He was the only one working on a Saturday. Despite a long line in front of him he was kind, and professional. He maintained the same energy with each person he served.I am not sure why management would only schedule one employee on a Saturday though, I waited over an hour to get my rental. When I emailed the manager to inform him of the excellent service from his employee and the long wait time I never heard back.The service I received from the employee deserves 5 stars otherwise.

Will C: My husband and I went to pick up our rental about 30 mins early, when we entered into the office we were greeted by the customer service rep. There was an older man who was upset because there was a 200$ hold on his car for a deposit, so for whatever reason he felt the need to be very disrespectful and rude to the young female Hertz rep. and she remained calm;polite and respectful. It was sad but comical to witness a grown man act like a child while the complete opposite was the mature adult. We ended up waiting a little past our booked appointment which was not her fault...Ms.Ambrose was very apologetic, she offered us a free upgrade and we did appreciate the offer but had to decline because of personal reasons. We were just happy to see that there is hope for the younger generation.
David dunn: Horrible if i could give it 0 stars i would , wasted hours there after i was told i was all set the day before , next day went in got a call said it was going to be an extra 18 dollars a day . i drove back and doped the car off and went some were else and was treated 100 percent better .. STAY AWAY

Ash: I rented a car from here and about an hour later there was something wrong with it. Called the place and brought it back which was Miles and Miles Away at this point. They made me put gas in it even though I never would have had to travel back that way and then they were going to have me bring it the same time as originally in the morning a week later which at this point picking up the second car it was in the latest afternoon. Luckily I contacted the manager that following Monday and they reimburse me for the gas and also I could bring the car at the time the second car was picked up. The manager also had no idea why the gentleman had me bring it all the way back to that location when the town I was in when the car was having an issue had a Hertz. I give it three stars because the manager did make amends.

Christopher Shannon: The rental car they gave me had an inspection sticker that was expired for 11 MONTHS; I didn’t notice at the time I picked up the car. I actually got pulled over for it, luckily the cop was understanding and didn’t give me a ticket. I call the next morning and leave a message, no call back.I go back in to exchange it the following morning, and they kept me sitting there for over 45 MINUTES for a new car, making me very late for work.The guy working the counter was kind, but that’s the only positive thing I can say about all of this. I’ve rented many cars across the country, and I’ve never seen anything like this. Stay clear of Hertz! Do not rent a car from them. Go with Avis or someone else.

M Z: I’ve been coming to this Enterprise for MONTHS now due to work on the week I have local trips. I had to ask my company if I could use Enterprise since Enterprise isn’t one of our main rental car partners but they’re close to my home. For the last three times I’ve came to this location it’s been heachache after headache. First, I communicated on a Friday that the following Monday I would need to get picked up (since they offer this service) in which I was told “Yeah we can do that”. Monday came and 8:30am rolled around, I call to see if someone was coming… nope. So I Ubered. I get there & mentioned that where I’ll be going there will be a snow storm so I checked if an upgrade was possible.. they were going to charge me for it.. you’d think because of the inconvenience they’d give a comp upgrade.. nope! I let that go and didn’t say anything.What prompted me to write this review? Earlier this week I used my personal card due to losing my corporate card which I was told that I can CALL DURING THE WEEK & switch it.. now it’s Thursday and I’m calling to switch the card only to be told by another associate that I’d have to go in to switch it. They all need to get on the same page with their information because I’m tired of the back and forth. At this point I DON’T RECOMMEND coming here. Somewhere, somehow the ball gets dropped when I do my part and then they don’t resolve anything except with an apology. It doesn’t work. I won’t be coming here anymore.
Wayne Briere: Very bad experience. People work there are rude. Would never return to this location again. Instead of serving customers they were to busy eating breakfast. I waited two hours just to start the process of renting a car with them. Communication skills with their manager and their employees is awful. Did not explain rates rental agreements or anything to me. Would not recommend renting a car from this enterprise . Don't trust Bryce or Peter they will take you for everything that your worth. I asked multiple for information from them I get nothing. They don't call you back. Don't ever go to this location.
Victoria Szetela: I have been renting from this location forever and they are usually really good that is why I am still giving them 5 stars. I like the fact that they pick you up and drop you off. The most recent rental which was the first 2 weeks in August was not a 5 star experience though. They gave me an "upgraded" vehicle that was not even cleaned. The inside was clean enough but you could tell that the vehicle was not recently cleaned as I could still see the imprinst in the windshield from the previous renter and there was also a pillow left in the car. The exterior of the car looked like it had never been washed and the persons that had it before me did not know how to park as the wheels and hubcaps were scuffed up and scratched. One of the keyless entry remotes did not work and the 12v plugs to plug in the GPS did not work. Overall I did not like the vehicle ( Hyundai Veloster). It has one of those fairly new transmissions(Dual Clutch) that basically has no power and the car cannot get out of its own way unless you are already on the highway but don't expect good pick up speeds to actually get on the high way. I did mention the issues I had when I returned the vehicle and they adjusted the bill accordingly.

In the end, I was extremely happy with them and would definitely recommend!

Now, I’ll be back for certain thanks to them and their amazing help.
