rodger vautour: I was looking for the Mazda parts department that used to be in the same building where the Transicold office is located and just stuck my head inside to ask if it was possible to get to the parts department through that door.  The receptionist (in the desk directly in front of the door) could have just said "no it's on the other side of the building" or "it has moved across the street" but instead she immediately got angry and started yelling "It's across the street" over and over.  There was absolutely no need for that.I was very courteous when I asked and was fully ready to hear "No.  It wasn't possible".  Her absurd reaction was completely uncalled for and, for me, is nore than I will ever need to know about that business.As nobody else in the room appeared to have a problem with her behavior, I can just imagine what their customer service is like.  It's ridiculous that people like that are placed in a position in which they even have a chance to interact with the public.I haven't done business with this company (nor will I ever) but based on my experience, I would strongly recommend against it. Obviously, I will be sure to share this info with friends and colleagues.

No overnight parking spaces but they have enough room for what they do.I love everything about this place.
