varshini sridharan: Went here seeing all the good reviews. We ordered mild but it was so damn spicy. Trust me I’m Indian I can handle spice nicely. We couldn’t eat more than 2-3 spoons. That amount of hotness triggered some health issues in me which after a month I’m still facing. So beware and make sure they get your order right!

Joe Welsh: We visited on a Friday night. Busy! We lucked out and snagged a table. We waited maybe 10 minutes, but any later and it would've been a 45 minute wait. Either make a reservation, or try to beat the dinner rush.They offered a good IPA from Bent Water, local. We ordered a Japanese pancake to start. Honestly I could've been satisfied with this for my whole meal - it's that good.I ordered the veggie ramen, mildly spiced. It was spiced for flavor, any more and it would've been too much heat for me.The hostess and server were incredibly friendly and had a great sense of urgency.We'll be back for more apps.

Linh Trinh: All I can say is utter disappointment. I had ramen here a few years ago and it was super salty, not at all enjoyable. This time I decided to give them another chance, but it was yet another bad experience. I really don’t know how this place has consistent good reviews! I had the vegetarian ramen and my boyfriend had the smoked chicken ramen. The vegetarian broth had absolutely no flavor! I had to taste the broth a few times to realize that my tastebuds weren’t lying to me. I stopped eating after a few bites and I really hate wasting food! I lost my appetite altogether. Both of the broths were extremely bland and watered down! The smoked chicken ramen was like old rotisserie chicken with soggy skin in a flavorless broth. We really could only taste the chili oil in the broth. Our marinated eggs were also tasteless. Also they don’t serve appetizers or anything but ramen on Friday nights apparently. That should’ve been a red flag for us to not eat there. My boyfriend also had a mai tai and it basically tasted like bad pineapple juice with a splash of rum and a hint of dirty sink water, topped with a couple fruit garnishes. We’ve had many mai tais in our lives and this was hands down the worst! We sat at a table next to a bar and was sprayed with liquor mid meal and it left my phone and my boyfriend’s arm sticky! Not even an apology from the bartender even though he acknowledged what he has done. Very bad bartending etiquette. Even more points were further deducted from our experience tonight. 0/10 would not recommend and will never go back. I completely regret our decision to come back here tonight.

Adam: For a Ramen bar it’s interesting that the ramen is the worst thing about this place. The waitstaff is pretty nice. Drinks are expensive but strong. Duck bao was pretty decent.Ramen itself had no flavor in the broth. The broth should be the star of the show. All I tasted was the spice. General watery taste in the soup. Noodles were average.I may be back to give this place another try, since I live pretty close. It was a disappointing first visit.

Ivan Elias: Place has great Ramen, (4.5 ⭐️ for ramen) but when they have live music, the volume is so out of control that it makes for a really bad dining experience. I suggest calling before you go to make sure the live music hasn’t started. Of course if you don’t mind not being able to have a conversation during diner, then maybe it would be good for you.

Stephen Burke: Absolutely the worst place I would ever recommend anyone to go can't even tell you what the food tastes like when up there on a Sunday afternoon at 5 o'clock knowing that they close at 7 PM came all the way up from Boston because Phantom gourmet raves about how good this place is I get there the owner of the location who's supposed to give everyone hugs and loves when you go ahead and get there says wear closed you can't do nothing about barbecue it is what it is why not put something on your website saying we may not have food to serve you I cannot believe the nonchalantness of how she just didn't even care so take this however you'd like but I'll never go to this place

Lisa Dellanno: The food was good. Service was slow. I was pretty horrified by the amount of plastic used. Styrofoam plates. Plastic containers instead of bowls, plastic bottles of water instead of glasses, plastic utensils bundled in a plastic wrapper. Yuck! How about reducing waste and being more sustainable? Ban single-use plastic altogether and using biodegradable alternatives such as bamboo cutlery, paper cups, and cardboard packaging.

Tom Bassett: Overall a fine spot to stop at for a quick bite to eat and a drink. The wings we got were definitely good and the loaded fries were the perfect amount of cheesy, pulled pork full without being gross and soggy. The service was very slow and we had to go up to the bar a few times to get someone's attention to come to us, that was the only real downside. Good spot to watch sports and hang out with friends, I'd come back if we're in the mood for a BBQ version of a sports bar.

The bartender was super personable and fun to chat with while I waited for my food to be ready. The atmosphere was great. I enjoyed a Moscow mule until my food was ready to go. The parking isn't so great being that it is on a corner downtown, but it's worth it.

NURUL AMIN: Great experience and awesome bbq. Tried the smoked chicken which came as 4 moist, delish chicken legs. Fried chicken came as huge boneless pieces - also moist and terrific. Added the beef brisket to our combo for $7 more - also tremendous. Sides were wonderful, too - baked beans, Mac and cheese, and sweet potato fries light as a feather and dusted with honey. Four sauces to try - Carolina, sweet pineapple, house, and hot and spicy. Great service. Recently moved near Blue Talleh. Parking a bit tough but worth the trip.

Juan Tomás Hiraldo: The food is still good, but the service takes a long time because now they have only one waitress who attends to the delivery of online orders as well as face-to-face customers. The conditions of the restaurant, internally, look somewhat neglected. In April 2022 I went on a Sunday for my birthday, and the restaurant was full of customers. I returned on a Sunday in April 2023, and there were only 5 tables occupied in the almost two hours we were there.

l ER: Food is normally good that’s why I gave it two stars. But today I ordered an appetizer I’ve ordered several times before and it was different. Presentation tried to be fancy but actual food was fried to a crisp. In the past chicken was not in the picada it was pork belly/chicharrón, cheese, sausage and tostones. Now there was more chicken than anything and fried through for a jaw work out or lock jaw chewing event. Waited 45 min for the appetizer to come out. The first one came out about 20 min after the order. People that got there after us got their food first. Not sure if these were regulars being favored. Waitress was MIA. Other people dining were flagging down any waitress/waiter that walked by. Staff looked like they could care less to be there. Hanging out and talking to each other instead of asking us if the food was okay, or did we want/need anything else. Definitely not going back. Small portions for prices on some appetizers like the sweet bacon plantain. Literally one plantain chopped in five pieces $12. Lwigy Collado: Hands down the best dinning experience in the Lowell area! I was amazed by the service and the restaurant’s ambiance. The restaurant is tidy and runs like a well oiled machine. Portions are big, and flavorful, but really it was the staff who immediately made us feel at home which will be what remember. We hit it off with Xavier the owners son, from the get go, chatting it up throughout the night. He made great food suggestions and when the noodles for my dish had run out, made sure I got a nice alternative. And then later, when things slowed down, shared with us his favorite spots from his recent trip to Cambodia. A really lovely family owned and run restaurant. I'm not in Lowell much but when I am, I'll be going back. Worth it! Give them your business!

The vegetable spring rolls and crispy quail wings made for delicious starters, and the lemongrass chicken and loc lac were excellent entrees. The food was flavorful and cooked to perfection. Additionally, the staff and environment were very friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall enjoyable atmosphere. I got the shredded chicken chimichangas, and my friend got a fish dish which was quite big. Portions are quite generous, and they make you full. Their menu has a good amount of gluten free options it’s the only reason we came here, and then we got there and found out about 90% of the menu that says gf is in fact not gf. The small options of food I was able to eat was okay, but they dropped my side of mash potatoes on the floor so my only option was a salad at that point. Food took like an hour minimum and the whole restaurant had maybe 15 people in it. They do make a solid Moscow mule though.

All the toppings didn't marry into anything flavorful and the tuna itself was lost under all of it.It's pricier than it should be and while I'd be willing to try something else from here, it'll be awhile before we return for this reason.

C L: The most general summarization of this place i can give is that everything is mediocre aside from the service. The servers are friendly and the live music is nice, but the food is simply not standout in any way. Three orders of sweet potato fries with a really discordant ketchup (made in-house?).Gruyere tater tots were a mealy, bland mess with very little seasoning, and the only redeeming factor between three burgers and a sub seemed to be the generous helpings of pickles that salvaged some otherwise very milquetoast, lukewarm entrees. The wine list is generous enough, but three draft beer options with Tremontes across the street is embarrassing. Not to mention some very polarizing cocktails to experiment on.Probably would not return unless every option i preferred on the street was closed or busy.
Austin Rush: Kind of disappointing experience. Came in with some friends to grab dinner before a show. Started good, appetizer’s and drinks were fantastic. Dinner was rocky, waitress disappeared the food took forever, then some of the items were over cooked or undercooked and sweet potato fries tasted rancid.
