It was not only a new look but re-created me on paper to now enable me to find different jobs by identifying my General Skills that could be utilized. I was provided a resume and cover letter in MS Word, Text and PDF files and now realize that it is critical to upload your resume in many cases in Text (.txt) format or it cannot be inserted into databases. Also, my 3-page resume was reduced to 1-page that eliminates duplicate information in a functional and chronological format.
