Federal Carpet & Flooring: what do users think?
IeatyellowSNO: I needed two cheap carpets. Found two that were the perfect sizes, short and long, and I paid less than $50. Going back for 2 more remnants. The owner was friendly.
Keegan Brick: Had a great experience with John and the team in Lowell.Fastest lead times, best price, great array of products in stock , insightful team and lastly great install crew. We had the pleasure of working with the owner John and Bruno the installer, they both went above and beyond to take care of us. We will for sure be using them again for our flooring needs and look forward to our next project we can use them for in the future.I would recommend to anyone looking for a flooring project to go visit with John and his team, they will take care of you and give your home a needed facelift and jolt of new life.
Keri Peters: Federal Carpet was recommended by a coworker of mine. The warehouse has a great selection of carpet and one we fell in love with. Alan was so easy and a pleasure to work with. You can’t beat the prices considering Fed Carpet came in at $4,500 less than what two other carpet companies quoted me at to replace all of the carpets in my house. Bruno and Lee did the installation and we couldn’t be happier with their work, professionalism and killer Spotify playlist.
Neil Shapiro: Very professional...tons of roll stock..Great prices...I bought my whole house there...
Cathy Cove: This is the only carpet company we would ever use they are very professional very knowledgeable and friendly when you go into the showroom the installers that date higher are excellent

Sarah Welch: Everyone was a pleasure to work with. We walked into the showroom on a Saturday and by Thursday afternoon, we had our old carpet ripped out and replaced. Just incredible speed and I was amazed they were able to schedule us so quickly.

National Carpet & Flooring: what do users think?
Cameron Salamone: 💯💯💯
William Chaloux: We have found that once you find an outstanding business, you stay with it. First, we needed to find honest sales people to deal with. We found that the owner of National Carpet & Flooring in Tyngsboro, MA (i.e. Lynda Cornellier) is not only the owner but also is very honest and will tell you what she thinks and feels if you ask her. That is very refreshing and also you will find that she has a great deal of knowledge of the flooring business and is extremely well versed in the business. She is also very honest, very ethical and someone you can trust. Second, her salesperson and Design Specialist Elaine O'Connell will spend countless hours with you until you have exhausted all of your questions. She is a fountain of knowledge and very hard working who will not stop until you have found what you are looking for. She too is very honest and ethical and will tell you what she thinks.Since we have a fairly new 10 yr old home, we wanted to do business with someone who sells quality products from all major manufacturers of wood flooring, carpeting and backsplash products. Lynda's gigantic warehouse has everything that a homeowner might want.Installers are the key to anyone's business. For wood flooring, we bought Maine Traditions oak flooring and had Al and two co-workers install it. They were true craftsmen and really took pride in their work. They did the work like it was their home. For carpeting, Tom and his assistant Steve did the stairs leading up to the second floor and also did the three bedrooms. What is amazing about the installers is that there is a seam in the master bedroom, however, you cannot find it!For the backsplash in the kitchen, Fabio is the master craftsman. He not only took pride in his work, but he too did amazing work that you cannot hire in this day and age. He is very meticulous and it had to just fit right and look outstanding. It was interesting to see him use a laser to make sure every line was 100% straight. In closing, Lynda and Elaine made sure that every job we paid for was the best on the market. Truly, you will not find a better company or organization to deal with in this area than National Carpet & Flooring in Tyngsboro, MA. No wonder they get a high rating from the Better Business Bureau. Their reputation for excellence in everything they do and sell is a 'cut above the rest' in the field. You will not be disappointed.Sincerely, Bill C.
Dan Bailey: Had a wonderful experience with a large and challenging job replacing old carpet with new porcelain tile. Fabio and his team did truly amazing work, and we will certainly use National Carpet again.
Stephen Pirello: Perfection with speed. This company does it right, fast, and uses fantastic people to run the business. Top notch.
Thyme Lord: I'm very pleased that my spouse and I chose National Carpet. The sales staff and installers were very professional but also fun and friendly. They had a large selection of options to choose from and helped us choose the best option for our needs and modest budget. We would definitely recommend them to others and use them again in the future.
April Weston: Here you will get the attention and knowledge of an expert, thanks Joyce! The customer service and follow-up is exceptional. They also have their own instalation team and they did a wonderful job on my carpets. I highly recommend them!
Sam Silverman: I have now used National Carpet and Flooring to do work in my home twice. Both experiences have been exceptional. My sales person Joyce was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, whenever I had a question she got back to me very quickly. When it came to the actual installation, the team they sent over lead by Fabio was great. They worked quickly and they really paid attention to the details. I could not be happier.
Bonnie Mark: I had a great experience with National Carpet and Flooring! Elaine was the person who helped me and she was fantastic. She showed me a variety or carpet and flooring and helped me pick out the perfect flooring and carpet for my home. The two different crews who did the work were great too. Very professional and finished before the expected time to install. My house looks fantastic!
elizabeth gardner: Save your money, Terrible experience all around. Not true sample color, cheaply made for the $$$ spent.Learn from me and do not be duped,,
Neil Shapiro: Great inventory...professional...lots to choose from..clean..Great rugs
Nicole Choate-DeRosa: Ann Valcourt was VERY helpful. She was handling a few clients at the same time, but she made sure that we were looked after. I am not a great decision maker and she weighed in and made the buying process so simple. When Ann came to measure, she was pleasant, professional, funny and nice to chat with. At one point I wanted to show someone the carpet, I called the store and the gentleman who answered text pictures immediately. I have sent a few friends their way and would continue to. THANK YOU National Carpet Staff!
Brent Enman: Great to deal with, didn't try to upsell us at all. The carpet installation was absolutely incredibly done!
Vikram Shenoy: The store has large selection of carpets. The staff is very helpful. The price is reasonable. We chose the carpet; they installed the carpet on the specified day. The installers are professionals. Overall, very good shopping experience.
Kitty Desharnais: Very helpful and attentive
Chris Marko: In my experience, if you are looking for a vendor that can follow up on their own commitments, you have much better options for both quality and your money in the area.Given how close National Carpet is to me, I have kept looking to do business with them for the past ~15 years. I do enough flooring and site work that every few years, I wonder if I am missing out on something, and go back in. However, each time I have gone in to review a job with the sales team, either the quality of materials recommended hasn’t matched up to some of the other flooring stores or I found some additional charges I could avoid. My most recent experience this summer was negative enough that I felt others deserved the warning. At the end of June, I went in and met with Elaine with a pretty straight forward replacement job to be completed by end of summer. She was telling me how busy they are, but still was patient and spent time showing me options. They took a deposit for a measure, and were good about working me into their “hectic” measure schedule the following week. The follow-up after the “hectic” measure has been unacceptable. After missing the end-of-week from measure to get me quote, I ended up both emailing and calling in later the following week. I received a bunch of apologies from Elaine about how busy they are but was promised I would have “ASAP” that week.5 weeks later, still no quote, email, phone call, smoke signals, text messages, or communications back. I recently called back to speak with the store manager (Linda?) to get a credit back for the measure charge, speaking with both Anne and then Elaine again, and told I would get a call back. Nothing. Linda must be busy. I can say at least they are consistent about this.I just filed a chargeback instead with the credit card company. They can pass that back to National Carpet and they can now take the hit with the transaction processor. The alternative experience – tired of chasing a vendor I am paying, I ended up going up the street into Nashua and met with Greg at FloorMe, where he showed me a few options, picked one, took my rough measurements, and he gave me a preliminary quote all within 20mins of stepping foot in the store. He came out to the job site a few days later, confirmed the measurements, and I had a final quote (no charge for that either). We scheduled the install, no drama. I didn’t get a story about how busy they are each time, which they clearly were, and was quite responsive on both phone and email through-out the process. In my experience with flooring vendors, this is an example for how a normal flooring purchase should go.Don't settle for your money, we have much better options in the area.Good luck to you.
Jay Rashbaum: What nice people, I dealt with Lynda and Ann and they were so friendly, helpful and knowledgable. There prices were more then fair, purchased laminate hardwood and carpet from them. The 2 gentlemen Tom and Steve who came to install our carpets were so caring and paid every attention to detail.I would definitely use them again.
Diana Duffy Wilcox: Easy to look at carpets, information was readily available. The people in the store are knowledgeable and not at all pushy.
Samantha Daehling: They were AMAZING and so easy to work with! They got us in quick and put us right on their schedule as if we were their only customers. They made us feel valued and were willing to work with us on exactly what we wanted.
Jim Considine: We have used National Carpet several times of the years. From new carpeting in our closet, master bedroom and guest bedroom the product and service provided have been exemplary. Recently, we purchased vinyl floor planking for our basement, the finished product is excellent. We will be enjoying our finished basement for years to come.
Cindy Cascio: National Carpet did an amazing job. We are extremely pleased with the product we purchased, the price we paid and the the quality of floor installation. This is not the first time we have used National Carpet and we will use them the next time for our flooring needs.
Leatherman Jams: The whole process from the very beginning to the very end was very simple and easy they showed up when they said they were going to and did a great job Friendly service

Dover Rug & Home: what do users think?
Travis Barbur: Fredy, great guy and very helpful. I disagree with the comment below stating low quality. There are machine made rugs and hand-made. The hand-made rugs are always going to be pricey.
Hossam Samy: Awful, over priced and very low quality
Dave Ekrem: I heard the radio commercials and thought Dover would be an amazing trove of handmade carpets. Maybe there's another location?
