Jay's Food Store & Beer N Wine: what do users think?
Lil Guwe: Prime is good
David Allard: Store parking lot was beyond filthy. Trash, bottles and scratch tickets everywhere. Take a little pride in your business.
Leigh Garison: Certain items very cheap other items over priced. Staff is friendly but crowd outside makes it scary to walk into the store sometimes.
Chino Alpa: nice place
Alex Miller: Great place to grab a lady. Of the nightwink wink nod nodThat's why the police are inside. They're waiting to pick up johns. Bad neighborhood unless you have high risk tolerance.
Don Greenwood: Not my first choice for a variety store. Rough neighborhood.
Roy Adams: Always good to grab something you ran out off, fast, friendly, reasonable prices.
Chaitanya Sharma: Decent variety of beer
Tracy Lynne: A little bit of everything here
DraMatik Gonzalez: Not a pleasant place to visit especially at night
Mike Larkin: Nice place to pick up some liquid breakfast!
Milan Colon: Its not the same as back in the days
Chris Howard: Great people work there the best
Esto Ology: Fitty block
Lindsey M: If you ever want to show stop by there as soon as the sun goes down
Luis Reye: Es un been servisio
Shea Trzcienski: Area really sucks. Not the safest.
Christine Travis: It's a bunch of junkies over there all they do is ask you for money real dirty place do not recommend that store

Market Street Market: what do users think?
Leo: I think this markets expensive and I don't like the cashier.
Beth XXX: Has everything I need & very friendly
Ron La Porte Jr.: I actually like this little out-of-the-way market. It's always pretty clear when I visit and the cashier (I've only ever seen 1 guy who works there.) is always super-pleasant. I mean, the prices are a little steep but what do you expect for a convenient store, ya know? But yes, I definitely recommend a stop in. Good job, Market Street Market!
Tristan Dame: Passed by for a drink and also grabbed one of their premade turkey sandwiches. For the price, quality and convenience this place has to offer is spot on. I'm really happy that they offer Boars Head products, much easier to walk down the street for lunch meats then to have to wait at the grocery store deli. I'll be using this store more often and the sandwich was yummy.
Eleanor Angerame: Stopped in for sandwiches on our way North. From the outside it doesn't give you much and looks to be an average bodega, but the gentleman inside was super kind and had great made-to-order and per-made sandwich fixings! Made our drive to the White Mountains much less hangry : )
Jerry drew: The high ramp was very difficult for me to maneuver with my Walker and the isles were way too skinny. The selection of meats was extremely small and I ended up buying nothing.
Brenda Camello: Nice menu
Thomas Anderson: Very helpful ☺️.
Karen Sharpe: The only store I shop at great prices
Steven Barna: Local shop that has most items you need
Fabiola Nicole: Good attention
BJ Jr: Mina runs a GREAT market! The sandwiches are delicious (especially the breakfast sandwiches) and the service is always awesome. They do a great job of serving the downtown residents with essential supplies, food and a great craft beer and wine selection. This place really has it all and is ALWAYS open, including holidays and even the worst snowstorms.
Mary Driscoll: They make great sandwiches. They use Boars head foods .
MzN LeeN: Great place
Jean paul Esquilin: Just do
Milan Colon: Fresh sandwiches all the time
Shannon Lavargna: Bought a bottle of white wine that my husband and I opened that was musty and sour. Turns out it was from 2010, and white wines don't age well. The majority of this "market" consists beer and wine...how is this even a market? Their produce selection mostly contains moldy and out of date fruits and veggies, and a meager selection at that. Clearly, management doesn't pay enough attention to rotate their stock or know when their products spoil.
Erin McNeely: They are great.
Ashley Rose: Great sandwich shop.
Tim Nou: Great place to get good bargains
Leah Volak: Something like a high-end convenience store and then some. They make great sandwiches at their deli and carry some harder to find brands like Deep River chips. There's a little seating area by the window, perfect for when I worked downtown but it was too cold to eat outside.

Valentina's Portuguese Market: what do users think?
Julie Wolf: I went to get Portuguese rolls and bread, & chorizo. Got Fava beans. It's easier if you park on the other side
Ricardo Vendrame: O atendimento é dez
Elizabeth Veloso: A great store and store owner. I was getting pasteis de nata and droppped the package and a new package was quickly brought a new package, no questioned asked or asked to pay for them. The employees are kind and helpful.
Esteban Orrego ramirez: Muy amables
Jonathan Belk: Great selection of Portuguese foods, We never miss the opportunity to stop by when we are in the area!
Moradores de Lowell e Região MA: É um bom lugar, tem vários tipos de produtos. Sobremesa de nata é excelente.
diane calhau: Loved it. So many items are carried. Great selection.
Rogerio Barbosa: Excelente atendimento da funcionária Glaucie... vale a pena conhecer o local e as especiarias. Sem falar na educação e cordialidade da atendente
Vau Hackmann: Perfect pastéis de Belém (crispy on the outside, creamy inside).A lot of different Portuguese cheeses, Portuguese nuts, different types of sausages (even Morcella!) and seafood (bacalhau).A good source of coffees and other Portuguese products. There's also some some Portuguese baking products like bread and biscuits.Nice and friendly staff. Thank you, guys!
Jaimee Young: Great Portuguese market
Sandra Burkhardt: The best Portuguese store around, too bad as an hour way from me
Jessie Nokham: The ladies that run this joint are very helpful. I didn’t need to grocery shop but there are lots of Portuguese speciality items stocked. I loved the little deli and bakery section. You can also grab coffee there as well. Lots to try! Parking is limited as it’s only on the street.Every other Saturday, they offer masaladas! I also saw a little old lady drop off baked goods she made to sell there. I live close by and they get deliveries every day.
Edvaldo Dias: Excelente
Dawn Sullivan: Great place for all your Portuguese needs
JOSE SALAVADOR LEAL SALAS: Me encantó el café de esta tienda. Atendido por Portugueses. Conduje más de 15 millas para volver a tomar este café. Gracias
osvaldo Silva Silva: Me faz sentir em Portugal. So falta encontrar carnes e peixes fresquinhos,as dobradas e vinhos (de barril principalmente).O pessoal é simpático e os produtos estão bem acondicionados.Os meus filhos também gostam desta loja.
Dave Rosa: I was looking for Linguica and found it. They have a wide variety of Portuguese and Brazillian style. I didn't catch the Woman's name but she was very helpful in deciding what to purchase. Very clean and friendly store just at the end of the Lowell Connector.
Mike Tur: Nice little Portuguese grocery store.
Jose A. Duarte Barreiros: Very nice supermarket where you can find portuguese and brazilian products.Amazing!
Jennie Yep: The Portuguese egg custard worth the drive here to pick up. The crust is light, flaky, just the right amount of sweetness. It tastes like the napolean crust! And this is all before you get to the egg custard itself. Delicious!
WR Home Renovations W (Navigate the world): Best Portuguese store in Lowell, I travel for miles to get their products.

Hannaford: what do users think?
Cass: The customer service here is always wonderful, specifically the workers who do Hannafords to go. They're always polite and efficiently fast bringing the orders out too! Food wise everything is always great, though can sometimes be lacking in the variety of fruits. Aside from that this is my go to whenever I food shop.
Danny Hebert: Find Almost anything you need food wise and for a little chill time after dinner check out the liquor isle they have a good selection
Sylvia Hackett: In and out shelves well stocked. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Clean great variety both produce and baked goods.
Alice Climent: Fruit like blueberries kept fresh unlike market basket and more variety
Joao Bruno Trindade: Great place with great service and selections.
A. S.: A great place to shop for groceries has an ATM and lottery vending machine and a Coinstar machine, self check out lane and always clean restrooms.
David Prestipino: Only deli around with on the bone Ham! Very clean market also.
Cyrus Burris: Lots of great gluten free options!
John Pyers: It's not a good experience. Overall fair selection, high prices. Dingy. Produce is good though - a little pricey, but good stock very fresh.Very under staffed. One cashier on a Friday afternoon. 15 people trying to check out. Another 20-30 people shopping inn the store. Both self check outs down for simple, fixable reasons. No manager in sight.Another rotten experience.
Lisa St Onge: Nice clean store with plenty of options
Mayra Berrios: Trying to scan baby food using the wic app and a worker starts bothering my husband and me without knowing what we were doing.
Maura Donahue: Friendly deli staff. Great store, good prices on most items.
Michelle McDermott: Better selection of fresh food
Mary MacDonald: Great service
Alison: Our go to option-never feel like they rip us off, great selection even more than other Hannafords, I also like that there's no plastic bags
Mark Provencal: Very expensive supermarket
Rachel O'Brien: Has a Variety of Food, Drinks, and Items that people need at reasonable prices.Recently when my Mom was watching the Dog, and got the food delivered, they forgot the Chocolate Ice Cream. The Manager was Very Nice, Helpful, and Helped Resolved the Issue in the perfect way! Such Good Customer Service.I was able to get my Mom the Chocolate Ice Cream.
Jon Golden: Terrible closing staff
michael ernst: Very clean
Tina Mort: Produce is thevbest in town. Some other products are pricey. Good to comparison shop.
William Miranda: Super friendly and great customer service!

Joseph Mcmullen: Most workers are moody and give an attitude for no reason
Alfred Greene: The price is right
Jimmy Lamarche: Had everything I was there for
Yunus Khan: Including other good things of Market Basket they have lot of check outs so it result less waiting time. Second good thing I noticed and liked that there are no self checkout but they hired so many young students boys & girls. It should be much appreciated.
Jae boogee: I just want my items bagged properly, I don't want my items just thrown in, chemicals in with food items, so stop catching an attitude when I wanna bag my own items, and don't be rushing me, I'm the customer at that moment, who ever is next just has to wait their turn like everyone else. Period.
