Said they had them, brought truck in for install didn't put bump stops on, they didn't order them. This spring noticed decals peeling off camper after owning for only 5 months, a brand new camper. Adventurer did send new but have to find someone to remove old and apply new. Received recall a week ago for gas stove, called Polar 3x no reply!

Miguel Burgos: I’m new to the RV world and like most you watch ton’s of videos on Utube to understand what I was getting into. I choose to get a truck camper for many reasons, but was very nervous that I would make the wrong choice of camper, as I’m a newbie. I had gone to a different dealer before I went to Polar RV and it was not a great experiences , in the least of words it was a terrible experiences and almost did not get a camper.( hard sell sales people). I’m so glad that I called Dan from Polar RV and left a massage that I was interested in a truck camper that was listed, not only did he get back to me quickly, but it was the the start of incredible costumer services experiences. I met up with Dan and Nate and they were very through with explaining all the inner and outer working of the camper that I was interested and they made me feel comfortable in what I wanted to buy. I had them add a few upgrades to the camper that I bought from them and it was ready when they said it would be. Three week later and I’m still green with RVing , but i know I made the right choice with my camper and all thanks to Polar RV and its friendly staff. I will end with this, if you want a honest , friendly no hard sell experiences, Polar RV is your places!

Dan Sylvester: Dan is a nice guy but I'm very disappointed that he does not service what he sells. In 2020 I purchased a new Adventurer 80RB truck camper from Polar RV. On our second camping trip the refrigerator died. Polar RV has no service staff to do warranty repair & Dan recommended I visit another dealer to get the warranty repair done. Unfortunately when RV dealerships have a 3 month backlog of service work they put customer who purchased directly from them at the front of the line and guys like me who need warranty repair and didn't purchased from them at low priority in the very back of the line. I'm currently faced with a 3-4 month wait to get my warranty repair done at a certified dealer. Kind of felt like I was left hanging in the wind. With Dan's help I was able to get a warranty replacement refrigerator cooling unit from the manufacturer but now I have to wait 3-4 months for an appointment to get it installed at another dealership. Looks like I'll attempt to install it myself rather than wait for months. Just be aware that this could happen to you.

Marius Zainea: My experience with Dan, Nate, and Donna was great! The sales process was smooth. After -sales service was great as well. Hard to match Dan's knowledge in the field. Repeat customer here for sure! If you're in the market for what they're selling, do yourself a favor and pay them a visit!

David C. Gulliver: Great business, very accommodating. Dan, the owner, was available AND gave freely of his time and knowledge without pressuring us to "buy today". We learned quite a bit about Truck campers in general, and Eagle Cap specifically. Our time was well spent, his 30 years of knowledge & experience- shared freely, and he is a very nice person to boot. I recommend calling for an appointment, and to NOT expect a high pressure sales approach. If you are interested in truck campers, please invest the time to learn from him. I would definitely buy from him when the time arrives.

Dan knows his stuff and we've decided to get it from him (Polar) in the next few months . We're down sizing from a 45' toy hauler. Matt K: Visited Dan at Polar RV after purchasing an older used slide in truck camper. I needed small older parts and general information about how certain features work(i.e. propane driven fridge) While I didn't buy anything from Polar, Dan was still more than happy to take the time to walk around things with me and get me up to speed. It's rare to come across a business that doesn't push a sale or rush through explanations. He did let me check out some of his camper inventory(again without pushing a sale) and when the time comes I'll definitely be buying from Polar!

Nicholas Schedeler: I called in for help finding a truck camper. I was incorrectly informed that the company does not sell truck campers at all, and that there was nothing they could do to help me find one. Even after mentioning that I saw their Ohio branch carries these and asked if they may be able to use the network of dealerships to help me, I was told that they do not sell any truck campers and there is nothing they could do. The Kingston branch was more helpful in directing me to other branches that may be of help, and said depending on the scenario they may be able to transport a camper to sell out of their location, but it would be at my cost and depends on the camper. I do not recommend this dealership location. RV Camping World has been extremely helpful so far in this regard, even going as far as to help search their other dealers so I may find the right fit, although they said they do not transport truck campers, but will be happy to help me locate one. I will likely stick with RV Camping World!

He was understanding, helpful, and went far above the standard sales person! Even after the sale was completed he continue to check in and help us along the way to be sure our needs were met. We had some concerns and issues with another Campers Inn location in my home state and the NH location (Gregg the GM, Lisa in service and of course Dylan) worked hard to make it right and resolve all of our issues and concerns.

Linda Chisholm: 5 stars are not enough to review my experience with Campers Inn at both the Merrimack and the Raynham locations. I just purchased third camper and it was delivered yesterday. Every person I dealt with was absolutely wonderful. My search started in Raynham with Shannon. They didn't have what we were looking for so she actually took the time to check the other locations within driving distance. We found one in Merrimack we liked so she set up an appointment with Ben. He was patient and knowledgeable. He let us take our time with no pressure. We purchased the camper. Everyone we dealt with from that point on was great. Linda did our financing and explained everything to us in detail. Andy B did our walk through and was very thorough. He answered all our questions.I also can't say enough good things about the delivery process.This is were Campers Inn's shining stars are. My dealings with Cici and MIke(towed camper to us) in service were exceptional.Cici went over and above to make this go smoothly and Mike went way above and beyond just leaving the camper. He made sure it was level and let me check the slide outs. Wonderful nice caring people.Raynham is our go to dealership because it is close to us and weare always greeted pleasantly by Nicole who seems to know everything about everything!Highly recommend Camper Inn!!!!!!

Darlene Coutu: We purchased a 2023 Grand Design Momentum at Campers Inn this week. Our “RV Matchmakers”, Bob Tocci and Bernie Culliton were so helpful and patient. On a cold winter day in New Hampshire, Bob showed us several units until we found the one that was perfect for us. Dave helped us with the paperwork and, when our unit was ready to be picked up, John C went through everything demonstrating how it all works and double checking to make sure everything was working properly. He was so helpful answering all our questions and taking the time to make sure we were happy with everything. He was knowledgeable about everything inside and out! We had a fifth-wheel hitch installed in our truck and John stood by until everything was hooked up and ready to go. Danny and Mike R took care of the hitch installation and demo. Great team! Campers Inn of Merrimack has a huge selection, and you are sure to find the unit that’s right for you there.

Margie White: First, I have never left a bad review, ever. Even after several terrible experiences at the Kingston location when bringing in our class C RV that we had purchased there. This, however, is even beyond that as I have been calling to get our brand new Class A Forest River RV looked at for MONTHS. Literally, I have called once or twice a month since we purchased our RV last year in South Carolina out of desperation as our RV broke down on us within half an hour on our trip home. We had issues with the new RV from the moment we drove it off the Campers Inn lot there, and I called this location as it’s the one we were told would be the right one, closest to where we live, that would be able to work on our new RV to get it in when we got home. I have been sent to voicemail in service every single time. I’ve left a message, and not received a call back. Over the last 4-5 months specifically I would hang up on voicemail, call back the main number and would ask to please speak to a person, as I hadn’t received a call back after leaving messages for almost a year. I know the months leading up to spring are very busy, so I was calling in the fall. Nothing. I was told once that they would write a note and bring it back themselves. Other times I would get an apology and told they would try a different line…to still get voicemail. Months. No call back. Ever. This is unacceptable. I have a family of six with four children. We spent a lot of money to enjoy this beautiful RV. That keeps having things break, from the blinds falling off, to the bunk bed cracking without warning, to the pull out bottom bunk falling off its frame completely, cabinet doors falling off hinges, car seat arms falling off…. This is not what we paid for. All of this in less than three full trips out, less than 3 full weeks out on the road. No service to help. I’m heartbroken and frustrated beyond explanation.

At the end of the orientation I felt confident enough to run my rig on my own. Mike R (?) I think was the fellow that put my hitch on. What a beast of a hitch. He explained the operation of the hitch in detail. Again, confident that I could put it on and take it off with confidence.
