Brian B Gomes: Drove all 2.5 hrs from CT to pick up an entire interior seat/side panels for my BMW. Pictures looked decent. Rented a van. Go to find out driver seat airbag is deployed and the passenger seat is all bent. Drove all the way and rented a car and they failed to communicate this to me. Unacceptable. The pics were angled to not capture deployed airbag and the bent passenger seat. Wasted my time and money.

Hunter Gasper: Do not recommend this company at all. I purchased two headlights on (8/12) for a 2014 vw Touareg for $875. I was told each headlight would be well packaged and in two separate boxes taped together. When the items arrived 8/19 they were in one box with light packing material. Part of the headlights sticking through the box itself. I immediately open the box to find one of the headlight completely busted out on the backside. I call them 8/19 minutes after receiving to explain the issue. I was told I would receive a call back same day in 20 minutes or so. No one called back that day. I then reached out first thing Monday morning 8/22. Multiple calls no answer. An hour or so later a lady calls me back saying she would review the photos I sent Friday and get back to me. 4 hours later no call back. I then call again. She answers with an attitude as if I am an inconvenience. Her response is she talked to her boss and he was suppose to call me. What she says is basically they were not damaged when they were sent out and i need to file a claim with FedEx because they won’t do anything. I reach out to FedEx and they tell me it’s the sellers responsibility to file the claim as they have all the info. Great. So I submit photos anyways and the claim is denied the next day. FedEx states:“According to the pictures submitted regarding your shipment, we have determined that it was not adequately prepared or packed for safe transportation.”There statement is valid and the items were totally under packaged. All they would have needed to do was spend and extra few minutes to double box and properly wrap the item.It’s clear this company does not care what happens after they have their money. Absolutely the worst experience. Any reputable business would have reimbursed me immediately for the damaged headlight which is a result of their negligence and filed the claim with FedEx themselves. All I asked for was half of the $875 to cover the one damaged headlight.I have now filed a claim with my bank and they will be stepping in to recoup my money.They now ignore calls and will not answer. I expect no response or further assistance from this shady businesses but I will get my money back.

Stefan Reitshamer: Asked what the return policy was. Guy just said "30 days". Picked the part off the car, took it home, discovered it was internally damaged. Brought it back. Guy said "store credit only" and pointed to a sign in the window (there are about 50 signs all over this place -- impossible to read them all, and he never said anything about that when I asked for the policy). They don't have another part that would fit. I'm out $200 because of this misleading behavior. They don't want to do the right thing; they just want to take your money.
