earth stone and water: Thank God we found Commonwealth! We use to use Lynn Ladder, but things went downhill there (maybe new management) and service went from brusk to just difficult. Since then we have been using Commonwealth and the entire team is great; very down to earth and friendly! Pat and Mike help plan setups whenever needed and they know their stuff. Pete and Luke, the owners, are around and great guys. Jackie who runs the office and billing is super friendly and even gives us reports on usage whenever needed. Having them all is a win for our company, highly recommend.
Chris Kiely: Rented from Commonwealth for a scaffold setup on a home project. Friendly staff; they were super helpful in telling me what I needed. They usually do bigger customers, but I think they are the best in Boston so I wouldn't go anywhere else for scaffolding, ladders or anything like that.

James Rendon: Lynn Ladder was a pleasure to deal with. I ordered a part to my 15 year old attic stairs. The fact that they were able to get the part was great, but customer service was top notch when i called to get a status of my shipment. Received the part with a couple days of calling. very happy with their company
guitarcoyote: Had a very good experience with ordering scaffolding and accessories. A couple scaffolding planks got damaged in shipping by the shipper, I notified them, and they had the replacement planks shipped to me quickly. There stuff is well made. I recommend them.

Bmiller: They charge way to much for shipping i was going to order an 18" wire reel holder that cost $49.00 and they want $180.00 for shipping so it ends up being $229 for a $49 item

PH: Rented a aluminum ladder with them when I brought it back they said it wasn't in a good condition. I have all the pictures of the ladder before and after. They try to make a buck from the ladder charging you the price of new one. I'm not renting anything else from this guys.

Fernanda M: Well, make sure they will give you all the parts related to the machine you are renting. I rented a strip machine to use overnight, when I noticed there were one part missing and clearly the machine doesn’t work without that specific part. I could return it only on the next day as, when I noticed it, the store was already closed. So they didn’t give me a full refund.
Evan Patten: Rented a machine for spring yard cleanup a week prior as I get 1 day off a week and planned to take care of the yard. I get an email at 915pm on friday night for a saturday morning rental at 9 saying the machine is not available because someone else rented it. What???? I booked it and paid a week in advance. The lady on the phone was screaming and very unprofessional.
Chandra Mallappa: Be careful. Rental center here is the worst. Rented an auger to find it out that it was broken when bought home. When went back immediately to return, I was charged for breaking it. The rental supervisor argued he never rent out broken items... So be careful about this rental place. I will never rent anything here again.

Ronald Budd: My Ariens snow blower was not running a week before the Blizzard of 2013. I had shopped around with the neighboring people who repair snow blowers...I was at the Home Depot in Tewksbury, MA when I noticed an old Ariens it must have been 30-40 years old..I asked who owned it as my mother had a similar machine. An individual by the name of Brad who works there owned the machine. I knew I had the righatr individual to repair my machine. I rented the truck and brought the machine a week before the blizzard. He replaced the points, condenser and muffler but could not get a hold of the belts in time for the blizzard. I then went to a local distributor and brought the belts to him. I had the machine one day before the blizzard for a reasonable cost. The machine worked perfectly....I highly recommend him and the Teweksbury Home Depot for their professionalism and experience in repairing snow blowers
