Dleeah: This company left my child without transportation no one came at all they have a mission statement saying they will provide reliable transportation with children for special needs and they did not do that they are rude on the phone cut you off wen speaking and act like you don't have a reason to be upset

Sybil Miller: Two times this week, no show. The driver "totally spaced and went right by", was the excuse I was given. As of 15 mins ago now "someone else in the area will be there in a few minutes." The original time for pickup is 7:30. It's now 8:21. Ridiculous.
Amedia Sharpe: This company sucks ! I have two kids and my 13 yr old takes this bus to school ! They bus came to pick her up the other day I asked her to wait and she drove off today they never even came to my house and with a one year old I was up at six ! I called to see when her bus was coming and was told it was already here 🤨 mind you. I live in a house front door wide open and not once did I hear a bus beep. No other kids get on a bus on my street ! I was told gps said she was here. BS I definitely prefer SPNR and they suck too but this company is worse
Gigi Rivera: I started working with Pridestar student transportation 3 days ago and so far have no complaints they are a very professional , organized and caring organization. They are dedicated to making sure all special needs children of Lowell are transported to and from school safely with new school busses equipped with Cameras, GPS and Child mate system to make sure NO child will ever be left on a bus. They are doing an amazing job considering with what they were given. They treat their employees with the up most respect and care. I want to thank them for all they are doing to help us bus drivers and monitors have a great transition and supporting us all the way.Thank you Pridestar for allowing me to be part of the Pridestar Family. ❤

Christopher Grier: They’re understaffed & won’t admit it. They need help. They never call you if a bus is running late. Dispatch always has a bad attitude. Dispatch always lies. This has been going on for 2+ years — since pre-Covid. Horrible company. Avoid at all costs.

donna bowes: We have one child that goes in a van here at Carter Green Tewksbury. The driver drives too fast for the area of only 8 units. There are other kids here. SLOW DOWN!!!!!!

My kid had to wait in the pouring rain for 20 minutes straight and still the bus never showed up, and the next day the same thing happened but this time it was in the freezing bitter cold, and even on that day the bus never showed up, after calling and getting hanged up on, and no one has a clue of what is even going on!

Misty Blanchette: The absolute WORST bus company and the RUDEST staff at the communication base. They have sent drivers with no car seat for my small child. They have had me and my son standing outside at his bus stop for 1- 1 1/2 hours in the winter claiming a driver was on their way and no one showed up. When you call they are very sarcastic and refuse to give you any sort of assuring answers regarding your child’s transportation. The younger manager Caitlin ? Is the most incompetent person to even try to speak to because she has no idea what is going on and will not give you and answers.Highly DO NOT recommend you let your special needs children use this company.I have only continued to use this company because my son finally has the BEST reliable driver with awesome communication named Victoria but if it wasn’t for her I’d prefer to drive my son to and from school every single day.

Steve A: Child over 45.minutes late no phone number works for the school so we call trombley and ask them to give us the number as the school lines are down. Dispatch refused to give us the number so we could call and find out where exactly.my child is. We have to go based on what she says on the phone as the number is private info.Im sorry when my kid is almost an hour late and we have no exact idea where he is we have every right to get intouch with people who do not to mention they had the wrong bus number and asked the driver about my kid and he had no clue who who was. This is completely unacceptable on both the school system and the bus line. No reason they should not have phone numbers to let us know there's an issue with abuse or a number we can contact directly to find out what's going on with my kid.This will be brought up to the school committee as well as others completely unacceptable and no excuse.
Jay S: I'd be very cautious about using this company's services because their drivers have 0 tolerance if your child does not come out when they arrive to pick them up. I've witnessed the drivers aggressively hit their horn multiple times and even hold their hand down on the horn rudely for lengthy periods. After they've shown how mad they are with their horn and nobody shows up, they go speeding recklessly to their next stop with a bus load of children because now they are behind in picking up the next kid/kids

I have had problems with this company since my daughter started with the Methuen public schools 3 years ago but today was the day that i will no longer trust these people to drive my daughter. Today was the 5th school day in a row I’ve taken my daughter myself because they are running late. I called like i do every morning now to see if they were going to be late again, Caitlin answered and i very nicely asked what the eta was, she had me on hold for 10 minutes AND THEN HUNG UP! This isn’t even the first time this has happened let alone the multiple times I’ve called and have just been treated rudely like how dare i ask where my child is when they are AN HOUR late dropping her off.Not only that but while i was dropping her off the bus showed up and continued to beep in front of my house until my husband went out and told her i was dropping her off. The driver said VERY RUDELY “WELL TELL HER TO CALL THE OFFICE THEN!” ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Maybe if your sorry excuse for dispatchers actually did their job they would’ve known! They are dangerous, unreliable, rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. SO DONE!
Nichole Baluta: This company picks up and drops off my two special needs children in elementary school. Atleast once a week they forget to come get them or pick one of them back up from school. (They both have seperate start and end times) this company is horrible it’s been this way for the last three years my kids have been being transported by them. The school has had to call and complain about my kids being forgot to get picked up from school and I’ve had to call after school started already to find out where they are only to be told by the driver “sorry not my fault your son was dropped off my schedule/route by mistake by the office again” this happens SO often. Horrible. Nobody calls when they will be very late or very early. I have a 40min window I have to be on alert for the bus because it’s never even nearly the same timeframe without notice.
Christopher Grier: Horrible, horrible company. They’re always late — and for some reason absolutely refuse to call you to let you know. Dispatch always has a bad attitude. They always lie. There’s a lawsuit coming, believe that.
ilana Gilman: This has to be the most disorganized bus company ever! I have had nothing but problems with them for the last couple of years. My son being autistic he goes to a summer program. Today was the first day and they called on Friday with the pick up time of 7:25. This morning I get a call at 6:40 that the bus is waiting outside!!! Like I understand dry runs being off by a few mins but to be off by 45 mins is crazy and he is the first stop so can someone please explain that to Me? Needless to say he wasn’t even up yet so I told them forget it and he is going to miss the first day! Then they proceeded to tell me well if his pick up time is 7:25 then we will be late getting these kids to school as we are picking up 4 kids after him ummm okay but you are the ones who set the pick up time for 7:25 it makes absolutely zero sense!! This is just one of the many incidents over the last couple of years they really need to get it together!

Jackey Moriarty: My son takes a special needs bus, I feel like every 3 months, once the drivers finally get comfortable with their route, they change the drivers route without notice to the parents of their kids their transporting. My 7 year old son, with disabilities (where consistency is definitely a huge help) has had 4 different bus drivers this school year. Last Friday, I was told to have him ready by 7:17 (which I can only assume that they planned on picking him up Monday) Monday comes, completely new driver and aid, who have yet to show up on time! He was picked up today at 8:18 (when his school starts at 8:15) the school is a half hour away, and they still had to pick up one more kid!! Very inconsistent, inconsiderate and EXTREMELY unorganized! Drivers are great, but they're CONSTANTLY being moved around!

Christopher Carr: This bus company had a contract with a camp that our 8 year old daughter attended. They failed to show up one morning and then that evening they showed up to the drop off an hour early and LEFT OUR 8 YEAR OLD WITH A STRANGER. We called to inquire and were stonewalled by their Vice President stone walled us. Terrible customer service, irresponsible, and DANGEROUS.

It is extremely affordable I'm just putting a parking if you do have a car and if you don't have a car just come here places to wait for that specific to him which is always very specific.

Joey: The drivers are pleasant but that's it. Chronically 15-20 minutes late. Update your schedules if you're that slow. "Traffic" is not an excuse. Adjust your schedules to account for traffic so people don't miss connections or trains. Guys, this is a 1st world country? I've been on better buses in eastern Europe. This is just typical Lowell.
Tonisha Bates: I took the number five bus after doing grocery shopping with my young child. When I requested my destination stop the male bus driver employee proceeded to drive two blocks from where I requested to get off at. Then asked if I was getting off, I replied I was not because I requested my stop two blocks up on Westford. This employee made rude remarks and comments about my request. After this we had to wait over forty minutes for the next number five bus to arrive at the station. This is the reasons behind my low rating.
