Scott Glick: I drove to Hooksett for an in-stock sewing machine. It turned out to be a terrible product so I brought it to the closest store to my work which is this store, with the receipt. Per their manager Eric who wasnt even there, they said they cannot return sewing machines. I pointed out how this policy is not only not on the receipt, but is not posted anywhere in the store. They still wouldn't return it so now I have to drive all the way backup to Hooksett just to return it. Terribly run store.

Charles Gardella: I was very fortunate to find the correct curtain rods for my new vermont country store curtains. The salesperson was helpful in me finding them. However, I must agree with previous reviews, this location needs a complete renovation! Difficult to find items, not well merchandised at all! Lots of clutter, time for a redo folks, inside and out!

Same decor, lighting, and probably the same inventory.Half of the aisles were empty and when I asked an associate for help finding something, I was told they "may or may not carry that" without even looking up. No further assistance.They ended up having what I needed, but I had to scour the store. Next time, it's off to Michael's.

Emma: Very disappointing trip to this store. I visit a Joanns store several times per week and this was by far the worst experience I have had. The cashier, C.S is beyond rude.she yelled at me for asking questions, rolled her eyes when I asked her to scan my coupons and couldn't be bothered to pass me my bag after my purchase. There was no please, thank you, or any other form of general courtesy. Terrible customer service! I will do my shopping elsewhere until some retraining has been given to this sales clerk.

Daniel Harrison: The JoAnn's near my home in Burlington, MA has been closing at 5 every day due to lack of staff, so it had been a while since I had enjoyed an in store experience (due to my work schedule). Last week I found myself at the JoAnn's in Methuen about an hour before they closed. I had such a lovely experience with an associate named Dana! I had intended to provide an outstanding review using the link on my receipt, but I unfortunately misplaced it. However...a full week later I am still thinking about how helpful and professional Dana was. During this time of workforce shortages it is rare to encounter a person of Dana's caliber, and it made me want to shop at this store exclusively, just on the off chance that she might be there to assist me! She scored a perfect 5.0 in all categories and I so appreciated her extra help in making all my purchases (she even helped me carry my many, many bags out to my car!). Thanks Dana and thanks JoAnn's!

Meredith Beck: Inventory isn't accurate within that day which I mean come on it's 2022. When I asked them to get something off a tall shelf it was like I was asking them to build me a house. Bathrooms were gross. Every shopping cart squeaks but that's classic Michael's.
Chris Davenport: Often understaffed and for whatever reason checkout is very slow, so if there is a line it can take awhile.Shoppers should be aware that Michael's always has a coupon, and they always have sales, and they set their base prices accordingly. The overwhelming majority of items are more than 20% higher than any other store. So even with a coupon it isn't uncommon to pay more than you would elsewhere. Shop around, and know what things should cost before going in.

But the staff was so helpful and knowledgeable, they were able to help me find the perfect machine for my needs.Since then, I've been back to JOANN countless times. I always find something new and exciting to buy. They have a huge selection of fabrics, yarn, beads, and other craft supplies. And their prices are always reasonable.One of my favorite things about JOANN is their fur department. They have a huge selection of furs in all different colors and textures. I love to buy furs to sew into outfits. They're so soft and plush, and they make any outfit look special.I highly recommend JOANN Fabric and Crafts to anyone who loves to sew, craft, or just get creative. They have everything you need to make your projects come to life.
Kathy Bouchard: Joann Fabric and Crafts use to be 5 stars when they had a classroom. I enjoyed taking lessons and the teacher was excellent. She had a lot of patience with people who needed help. Also I noticed they don’t have the help they should anymore. They keep saying the classes will start soon but they never do. It’s really a shame to take away a place to go and learn to sew and shop.

Hannah Davis: I could see that some members of the staff were friendly and helpful but the woman who attempted to assist me was neither. I was given a cold reception when asking for help with a fabric and when she took it for measurement, it was measured incorrectly to the point where I could not use the fabric for my project and she had ruined the rest of the roll. She then proceeded to incorrectly cut and measure my second fabric. I left with fabric, but not what I wanted and the experience took almost an hour for a very simple task.

Michele Delfino: Lots of fabric with themes. Foam for cosplayers, craft side has lots of kid crafts to keep the under 10 crowd busy this summer, and good coupons (you can get them in the mail or on their app.) Staff are all knowledgeable in different areas.
