Brett Gates: Former worker, was hired as a Supervisor to a site but was not told as a Supervisor we would be covering the clients Secretary position when the secretaries called out. Was told would be moved to a site closer and was given a site farther away. Multiple issues with payroll that lead to having to pay over $135 in bank fees because an error on their end and did not help with it. Attempted to nickel and dime my last two paychecks while also telling me during my exit "I did not step up to the plate" when I worked over 40 hour weeks at a site that was almost an hour drive away.Avoid.
Gabe Dubz: I drove 46 miles to west borough MA (round trip 92) to have an interview and I was referred to call the Wilmington location and have a interview set up and they never got back to me. Not worth my time anyways.

The third party ask questions that should never be asked they're extremely unprofessional and it's almost like you're duped into giving a bad reference. The company seems extremely scattered. And they hire all the wrong people. The turnover rate is 100% The people in Wilmington need to get their act together.

We use both armed officers and unarmed officers in our operation and the market is challenging to find quality security officers. We use both officers from their Special Police Officer Division , armed officers and unarmed officers Boston is a tough place and market to find quality security officers. As a Regional Business and Property Manager, I have high demands and expectations for security services. Jeff Dearman: Burlington Mall location is great. Same place they filmed Paul Blart Mall Cop. You walk the mall average about 5-10 miles a shift walking so its good if you're like me, trying to lose a few pounds I can do it at work. - you walk around the Mall keeping the mall safe. You also direct people and such. Sometimes you patrol in the mobile vehicle outside as well reporting anything unusual or suspicious. Overall great crew of people to work with and I look fwd to being here for awhile.

Brett Gates: Employee, have had a good experience with them for over a year and rehired me after leaving to a different employer. Just do your job, and make sure you are following the rules of your job site and you'll have a solid experience.Edit: Left this company some time ago. I arrived at work and was told I could not work until I stopped by the office. I called and asked HR what was going on and was told I needed to go to the office, I informed them I did not have a vehicle anymore at the time and would not be able to go there, and asked if whatever the matter it was to speak of it over the phone. I was refused and told I could not return to work until I went to the office so I essentially had to quit.Poor ending to a good tenure.

Susan Faria: this company held withheld my check illegally for months until I had to sue them. They excuse? They needed the timesheet that was sent SEVERAL times, blamed on my language (my English was good enough to understand everything I said prior to that...) Harassed me less than a business day after I refused to work on meds that makes u drowsy and also on driving under medication to return an used stinky uniform and now is suing me over it charging over 200 dollars on it. ( funny fact they raised the “uniform price” after assuming they owned me money for my work and forced to pay me)The “training” I had was 4 hour walking around the building with “the Sargent” ( the Sargent has no power whatsoever and misleaded me to believe otherwise) showing what I should wright down on my report at clocktower place.I was never properly trained securitywise even to use a fire extinguisher. I don’t understand how any company hires them.Updated went to court with them. After filing for receive my wages (for the work I provided) mark attempted to sue me but the judge dismissed the case since he didn’t have one! Be careful with the fake reviews! They are awful! And mostly like it you will regret, I’m not the only one.

During my work experience with Advanced Security I found that all clients/sites were pleased with our performance. Carl Sampson: I am a property manager for a large office/warehouse/manufacturing site in Mass. For years I figured cameras and alarms were enough to protect my tenants but I found out the hard way that I wasn't protected. Our buildings were ransacked and two of our major commercial tenants left as a result. I called several security companies and Strongbox is who I chose. Their rates were reasonable and I like the fact that most of the managers, including the owner were cops or military. They understood the issues that we were having and developed a solid plan to keep our buildings and our tenants safe. They have been staffing guards at our site since. They are great, respond very quickly, are reasonably priced, and their guards are far superior to some of the "Big Box" companies.
