E Mro: It was the first time I contacted Greenwood for service, after moving into a new home. They didn't show up at the appointment (I stayed at home just for that). The lady on the phone apologized when I called to ask where they were. She offered to come the next morning at 9am. Nobody showed up. I called again. The lady said she would call the person on field ("I'm just the accountant"). No call back.
tom woytaszek: Prompt, courteous service. Customer-first attitude. Tom and Jeff(?) explained things and solved the problem quickly. I will use Greenwood again for routine and emergency service.

Elena R.: We have a new septic system that was installed last year by the previous homeowner, so when my toilets started not flushing/draining I couldn't imagine it was a problem with the septic system, but called just in case. They walked me through how to find, access and clean my septic tank filter over the phone so I could do it myself. I had no idea this was a maintenance task I was supposed to be doing, but they were helpful enough to coach me through it and save me the cost of someone coming out. When I eventually do need my system pumped/serviced, I'll definitely call back! Thank you!

Chris Everett: Curtis septic provided great service. My basement sewer pump failed and I needed the septic tank pumped before the system could be replaced due to a backup. Curtis was able to fit me into the schedule on the same day. Adam, the operator, was on time and professional. Adam took the time to talk to me about the clogged filter in the septic tank and how to clear the filter. I highly recommend Curtis septic and Adam!
undistribearnings: I had my septic back up on me for the second time since we bought our house in 1997. I'm a DIY kind of guy so I went to HD and rented the 75ft snake and cleaned out main line. I did this in 2012 and it has been fine since. This time it worked for only a few days. I read some reviews and Curtis Septic looked like a good bet. I called at around 8:30am and the woman was very professional and knew I sounded like I needed fast service. By 12:00 noon Bobby Voyer arrived to pump our system and check things out. He went the extra mile and checked for blockage in the septic and saved the day!!!

Raffaella Tomaselli: My experience was not a positive one. I saw a lack of communication which it should have warned me about the job. A filter was installed which requires maintenance every 6 months. I did not request the filter and is neither needed by the Title V inspector, just and extra cost to you every 6 months... Curtis does not tell you that thought they say it will need cleaning every 2 years, which is completely against what is printed on the top of one of the tanks. I asked them to take the filter out and don't know if they did it or not because the tank is completely covered now. Not professional at all. No communication or phone calls up to the last minute. Sorry.
Braden Golub: I never write reviews online for company's, but I felt as if it was necessary in this specific instance. I made an appointment with Nikki and Christine, both of whom were very nice over the phone. I made the appointment for a home that I am selling in a Weston. I was given a window of 1:00-3:00pm. I had to call them(instead of the other way around) after waiting for two hours and was told they couldn't find the person who was supposed to be coming to do the inspection. After another 15 minutes I got a call from the 'inspector' who said he would need another 30 minutes at the current job he was completing and he was a little more than 15 minutes away so I would have to wait another 45 minutes, at least, until he arrived. This would have pushed it to later than 4:00pm. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable to say the least. Because of this, I wasted a whole day sitting out at a house to complete inspection before a set closing date.Although they may charge an affordable price for the work being done, this is not good business practice in my book. If you are willing to wait around the house for a while, I supposed they would be a good choice...if you have somewhere to be though, I'd suggest going with someone who will be on time.

He was able to make it out within the hour (after5pm!). He quickly diagnosed the problem (Broken hidden septic lid from a truck in our driveway). He offered to return the following day himself to both pump the septic-which was almost due-and replace the cover. By 10 am the following morning, everything was all set. It wasn't long before our tank was purged and a plug was identified consisting of about 3 pounds of toilet paper-stopped right at the inlet of the tank. He educated us to the fact that our one, low-water toilet needed to have a few extra flushes before us going on vacation. He also informed us that our tank seemed to be working fine and checked one of our ports.
