He said he couldn’t fix it! Brought it to a certified bernina technician, she said he ruined the machine by taking it apart! So it has to be completely rebuilt by bernina!Be careful if you take your machine to him!!!!

Not only was his pricing lower than the manufacturer's local service department who also gave me a 2-3 week time period to learn if it could be fixed. The owner showed me how my sewing machine was now operating as it had when I bought it. He offered tips that would extend the life of machine. He said that this servicing would last for years.
