siddanth rai: It’s a great shopping center. It has market basket, cvs, liquor store, Indian restaurant, Santander bank and a couple of more shops in it. It’s located in between 2 traffic signals and could get hard to enter and exit the complex. Parking is not an issue, they have ample space for at least 60-70 cars. CVS and the bank have drive through as well. During snow, they make sure that the parking space is cleared.

S. “No” SN: It was about 1am when my daughter and I watched a kid try to take another kid's bike (teenagers). The boy started riding the bike down the parking lot and then about 8 others started chasing him. They successfully pulled him off the bike without injuring him or the bike. They must have known him or something.After that, the police parked themselves in the parking lot.Inside CVS, the pharmacist was kind of a jerk. I would not recommend that pharmacy late at night. He couldn't put in a GoodRx card. He wasn't very helpful. Another worker glared at my daughter and me when we were looking at jewelry.Employees are suspicious of everyone there.

Its difficult when you have kids and elders with you.

Chris Aleo: This shopping center is great for your average shopping. It is unfortunately Jim pack most of the time making it hard to find parking and a little frustrating when you are shopping. The variety of stores is not too good but the location makes it a good stop for groceries or prescriptions. I will reiterate once more though good luck finding a good parking spot.

Sharanya Sarkar: Mill no. 5 is an experience, not just a shopping mall! With a unique antique decor, this place hosts cute little shops and supports small businesses, including a cute little movie theater that runs only classic films. This is a paradise for folks into pop culture! Would def visit again for the cafes and other shops!

Anthony M: The stores are great and unique and the Luna Theater is a local treasure. Locking the bathrooms is a major downside though. I suffered a series of strokes two years ago and can never remember the codes by the time I get to the restroom. This makes the bathrooms very inaccessible to me. The restrooms there should be open to everyone in Lowell as they were previously. It makes it feel like a closed off space and is very off putting to me. Many of my friends have mentioned this as a problem as well.

Kathy Santos: This is a fascinating place to spend an hour or 2 - or more, if you take in a movie at Luna. There's a soda fountain, a cafe, an apothecary, and lots of other shops with a very eclectic mix of merchandise. And they sometimes have special events upstairs. We went to an excellent craft show there. Plus Luna shows films you won't see other places - we saw the Oscar-nominated short documentaries, and they were phenomenal.There's a parking garage with very reasonable rates just a block away, and it's easy to get to - not far from the end of the Lowell Connector.
Connor Langkopf: Absolutely amazing atmosphere that you can't find anywhere else. You truly just have to visit to get the full experience. The coffee shop is expensive, but 1000% worth it. I can't recommend this place enough.

The term "streetscape" is used to describe its appearance. You could easily spend a few hours here, more if you catch a movie at the end of the stretch.It's visually captivating. If not for the content, go for the atmosphere and walk a bit.

Susan Walsh: This plaza is where my dentist is Excel dentist. I finally thought I found permanent dentist , don't get me wrong the dentist always did a great job but I won't be back. I went in for a cleaning only ( I had no issues or pain) but was told I needed exrays or he wouldn't clean my teeth ,excuse me but I don't have great dental and I would like to know why I need exrays for a cleaning. There was a gentleman next to me checking in for a regular cleaning and was told he had to have exrays and a deep cleaning or nothing. Needless to say we both left and won't be back
Debbie “Ratmom”: Stopped into this small plaza because Lowell Five bank is there never crowded and they have 2 drive-up Lanes in case you're lazy like me sometimes and don't want to go in they're open till 4 and they're open on Saturdays I think Thursday is there open till 6 but Id call ahead to double check.

Chris Mugford: For beer, prices are usually high and not labeled so difficult to know what you’re paying for until at the register. Some beer items are much higher than other stores, while others are on-par. Just not consistent so it’s annoying with nothing labeled. Can’t comment on liquor or wine.

David Farace: I do not seem to be the first person to come in with an out of state id and be sent away, the only reason I am not giving 1 star (though the policy deserves it) is because the lady was kind to me(kinda) and they seemed to have a decent selection.
