Janice McGarry: City Mirror & Glass installed a frameless shower door and some mirrors and glass shelves in our master bathroom. I can't say enough good things about them. Chris came out to measure right away and the order actually came in much quicker than we expected. Chris & Ryan came to install and were meticulous. Bonus: their price was more reasonable vs other local places.
Andrew: I had a broken glass for my custom picture frame and they made a replacement quickly and reasonably priced. I initially gave the wrong dimensions and they did not charge me for a correction. I felt well treated and satisfied with the service. Support this local business!

Alison Stevens: I needed the hinges replaced on a glass shower door that had started making a cracking noise every time it opened. I reached out to two or three companies and Mark at City Mirror and Glass responded promptly, asked for pictures of the door and hinges, and gave me quotes based on replacing one or both hinges. A couple weeks later when he received the hinges, he scheduled a time for a couple guys to come out. They replaced both hinges (turns out one had failed and the other was failing) and even replaced the squeegee strip at the bottom. I paid exactly what I was quoted. The team at City Mirror & Glass was professional, responsive, courteous, and they got the job done promptly. I cannot recommend them more highly.

I obtained 3 estimates and selected City Mirror & Glass.I met Nora, first by telephone, to obtain the estimates. Since the dresser was a unique piece, I went to their facility in person to make sure we had measured the dresser correctly. Ramon took the time to review everything and made good recommendations prior to starting the job.In less than a week the glass tops were ready and they fit perfectly. I am pleased with the workmanship as well as the customer service I received from start to finish. I would consider utilizing their services in the future and would recommend them to family and friends.

Fred Palmer: I purchased a sheet of thick glass years ago from City Mirror and Glass to protect my desk top. But over the years I managed to chip two of the corners, which not only detracted from the appearance and but they also created a hazard for our grandkids who visit us frequently. So today I called City Mirror to see if they would be able to cut off two edges to remove the chipped corners. They could and said I would have to leave it for a day and they would charge $5 per cut. This afternoon when I showed up they cut the glass while I waited, beveled the edges and gave me pads for the corners; all for no charge. With this customer service I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

Kimberly Mack: I needed replacement windows (inserts) for basement windows following fieldstone foundation repair. Henry and Miquel came out to do the install. They used aluminum on the outside and finished around the windows with wood (apex?) on the inside. Their work is outstanding, beautiful. On top of that, they are both knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. They both care about their work and it shows. Highly recommend.

Sarah Snell: Banner was the second quote I got for a barn style glass slider with matte black hardware for my downstairs bathroom remodel. They were cheaper by at least $800. The detailed quote was given on the spot and then a professional was sent to measure the space which took less than 15 minutes. Then a month or so later the door was installed quickly and easily and it was exactly what I wanted. It looks fantastic and works well. Pictures shown are before and afters- the prior glass door in the bathroom was over a tub and was the old style slider with frosted glass. The new glass slider was done over a walk-in shower (tub removed) to help make a tiny space feel bigger. Mission accomplished! I would highly recommend Banner Glass they are professional and courteous and the prices are fair.

Maria Capomaccio: If i could give this place a negative rating i would. The owner conducts business after 10 pm at night claiming she called me earlier but she never did. Go in today to get my glass and after giving Vanessa my credit card info i went to get my glass and she put her hands on me. She says there is cameras in her shop. They should clearly show her assaulting me after giving her my credit card information. She refused to give me a paid slip. She also said "we dont need your business". So everyone who is reading this, choose another glass maker because they dont need the business.

Most importantly though, I was getting delivery/install estimates of 6-8 weeks. we would have been unable to use our new shower during that entire period. Marlon fabricated and installed the door within 10 days of us signing the contract! Amazing! Melissa Devane: I had a shower remodeled and had a horrible experience with one of those big name chain glass companies--9 weeks of waiting, 2 failed installs due to incorrect measurements. I called Accurate and Marlon was able to come by for an estimate that afternoon. Within 2 weeks I have a completed shower and I'm so thrilled! They were able to do the sliding door style (which I was previously told was not possible on my specific shower), they got it done in the promised time, and the cost was way lower than the other company I had been working with. Marlon was so great about the whole process and I'm grateful that I gave them a call!

Never call this place and don’t get service from them because you ain’t getting there service. This guy gave bad attitude on the phone but not in my face. It would be a while another situation.
