California Cryobank: what do users think?
Mason W: stop spamming my spotify ads
Andy Gooding-Call: I'm honestly not sure where the low reviews are coming from. We're expecting a child thanks to Cryobank (6 IUIs - average for success is 8 - 12) and have had nothing but good experiences from them in terms of customer service. It's expensive, but we knew it would be going in no matter who we went with. Prompt, accurate shipping, sperm was always fine, we got the donor we wanted - we've had an overwhelmingly positive experience.

New England Cryogenic Center: what do users think?
Matthew Kihm: First of all, understand you will have to pay $500 to destroy your specimen and then you will have to pay any storage fees you have. You need to have a notarized contract in order to destroy your specimen. The contract is designed to make money for NE cryogenic, and the office staff are just more bumps in the road on your way to accomplishing that. Terrible staff, terrible experience. spend more money and go somewhere else
Sarah Duncan: If I could give them a minus 10 I would, extremely rude staff answering the phone. Had very important question about genetic testing of their donor, staff does not care about question and answers in a very agressive voice "we test per FDA" which does not mean anything since FDA rules change through times. I then have to beg for them to give me a list of what they test for, I finally am directed to a page on their site (I really have to beg for this?) to discover they test the bare minimum. Avoid at all costs, these people should not be in any kind of medical practice and they do not want your business.
Kelly Sloane: Amazing compared to the other cryobanks they are very cheap I got 2 vials for 3/4 of the price I paid for 1 vial at California cryobank and their staff is just amazing!!
Tasha Raposo: It's a nice place but prices are expensive

Derek grout: It was great
Aleksandra Burger-Roy: This facility is nice, the people are nice, and they are super accepting of LGBTQ+, especially trans women like myself. Just offsetting the "frozen yogurt" reviews

Fertility Centers of New England: what do users think?
Private Private: Threw us out after we tried for a year to have a baby. If you’ve got 30k for IVF Dr. Hill will schmooze and bamboozle you. If you just need IUI or some advice he’ll stick with his angry office manager Sandy and then toss you out for one complaint. This guy cuts the cake for being exactly what many doctors are: Cheap, vindictive, money hungry scam artists.
Private: An old broken down practice with doctors way beyond the time to retire. Can’t produce results, constant testing and rude front end staff. Just go to a decent OB and you’ll get better advice. Essex OBGYN spoke very negatively of this place stating they’d heard many stories. Fertility centers like this are a money grab.
Hannah Olson: I would not recommend FCNE. They have already ruined my trust and confidence in their practices in our first handful of interactions.First, they advertise a free initial consult for individuals without fertility insurance. They then billed me for the visit after both I and their office confirmed prior to my initial visit that my insurance does not cover infertility treatment. When asked, they stated the EOB they received indicated it was covered but deductible not yet met; they would not provide me with a copy of the EOB they received. My insurance confirmed FCNE were sent the same EOB I received, which clearly states it was denied as a non-covered service. FCNE billing just told me basically it's not their problem and to talk to my insurance.Second, when asked how I could file a formal complaint regarding the above, the billing representative first said she didn't know how and I'd just have to search their website, and then outright lied to me (told me to use the contact us option in the website footer and select complaint option from the drop-down; no such option exists).Third, on my very first in person visit to their new Falmouth office for diagnostic testing, their technician was over 2.5 hours late and the only solution offered (after several attempts to reach anyone in the main office) was to drive to their Portsmouth NH office. Another patient waiting with me said this was the second time this has happened (out of two visits). They called us back some 20 minutes later and said the technician would be there after all (2 hrs after the original scheduled appointment time); we went back and waited another 40 minutes before she did arrive. Also, since this office is otherwise unstaffed, we had to wait on the floor in the hallway (currently a construction zone!) The only acknowledgement we received was an apology call later in the day, with no information on any proactive plans made to avoid this happening again.
Tina Bramante: Such a great experience! They were responsive, knowledgeable, kind - our best fertility experience compared to the two big groups around. They don’t treat you like a number and we had a successful cycle!
Bethany Beck: Exceptional care. You are a person and not a number here. It is about the individual experience and not just a mill that is pushing through as many patients as possible.
Kerensarai Reyes: I am sad to see all of the negative comments here. No matter where you go you'll always find someone having a bad day a possibility taking out on you. I'm not going to judge the practice as a whole on what 1 or 2 people did. I love FCNE, staff in general is attentive and considerate. Getting labs done in bedford could be frustrating due to extensive wait times. If you are seeking IVF treatments, patience is of the utmost importance. So if your lacking, cultivate it. I have had great experiences with Dr. Plante and Dr. Vitiello. Dr. Vitiello's bedside manner is second to none. She has made us feel like family from day one. A friend of mine recommended FCNE to me and I haven’t regretted it.
Jason B: I'm writing this with a heavy heart. Many of the staff @ FCNE have been professional and courteous. Unfortunately, the actions of a few have forced my hand.I'm very disappointed in FCNE at the current time. Earlier this year, FCNE withheld blood test results from my wife and I which resulted in panic and potential risk. While it turned out to be a false positive (due to an error, likely by their lab partners), all responsibility was put on my wife and me to get retested (at considerable expense) in order to resume treatment. I am especially disappointed with our physician, who was especially condescending throughout the process. For such a delicate topic / process, some professional behavior would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, my concerns fell on deaf ears and the efforts of many professional nurses / staff were offset by FCNE's "blame the patient for our mistake" attitude. Would recommend seeking treatment elsewhere.
Hedley Stone: we have had an awful experience with FCNE. beyond the disorganization, poor communication, and at times impatient and hostile staff, we experienced acute discrimination as a queer couple seeking to build a family. because of this awful experience we met with another clinic at a public hospital. the experiences were like night and day. at FCNE we were left without a plan or coordination and little information on how to get the care we needed. we were milked for every dollar and treated like an inconvenience when we needed help. there were regular mistakes and oversights by the staff, and no follow up from management when concern were raised. at the new clinic we have already received more information and support and kindness in 20 min than we experienced in over a year with FCNE. everyone and especially if you are a queer family i would recommend to avoid this business.
Mariana Musetti: I'm giving four stars because my husband and I just started on this journey. It can be very overwhelming with all the testing plus paperwork. Sometimes I wish I was lucky enough and just get pregnant naturally, but that's not our case of unexplained infertility (same diagnosed by 3 different specialists). Our Dr is Plante...she has been very supportive and has taken the time to explain every step of the way, we feel like we are getting closer to achieve our most precious dream. Everyone has been very nice to us and understanding, they go through every process making sure we understand it and that they listen to our concerns. We are crossing our fingers that soon we can have the great news of becoming pregnant. I'm sorry for those with bad reviews, I can't share the same bad experienceI wanted to give an update on our amazing journey. We have 10 months old twin boys. Dr. Plante and her team contacted us to give them an update and were super happy that they were part of our dream coming true. Piece of advice, if you really want to become a parent and having issues, don't wait...take the first step and contact Fertility Center of New England
Daniela Ortega: Love this place!, the team is awesome and very caring I have one baby thanks to these amazing doctors and I’m doing my second round for next baby!
Kristin N: The good:I found the initial consultation with Dr. Hill very informative and friendly. I felt very comfortable proceeding with egg freezing after we spoke. Likewise, the nurse who called later that day was very friendly and explained exactly what to expect.During the stimulation, I had several lab and ultrasound appointments. There was one ultrasound lady who was amazing and luckily, she did the majority of my ultrasounds. The nurse anesthetist during both of my retrievals was also wonderful.I ultimately went through two cycles. 17 eggs the first time, 14 the second, which I guess is decent. Although it did seem a little odd that I took significantly more medication the second time and got worse results. The Not-So-Good:Although the nurses followed up through the portal after each lab appointment, they didn't provide much detail regarding lab results. In some cases, they didn't provide any info at all.The first day I was to start my medications the staff instructed me to take a drug that had not been prescribed. I called and told the nurse that this particular medication had not been ordered. She asked what medications I did have and called back a little later to tell me to take one of the other meds that the pharmacy sent. This made me a bit uneasy as it seemed like they were perhaps changing my protocol because they prescribed the wrong meds. Similarly, when it was time for my trigger shot they told me to take a medication that had not been prescribed so I was told to take what the pharmacy had sent instead. In total, they ordered $1,375 dollars worth of medication that I didn't need/use. The first round, they ordered 7 days worth of menopur even though I ended up not using any. For the second round, they ordered it again so I told them that I already had a 7 day supply (unexpired) from the previous round. They told me I would still need more so I got another 7 day supply. Of the 14 doses (which cost $89 EACH), I used 4. I also ended up with 5 leftover doses of Cetrotide, ($97 per dose). If I were to do this again, I would absolutely not fill more than 5-7 days worth of medication up front, and then get refills every 2-3 days as needed. The InexcusableAfter the first retrieval, performed by Dr Plante, they said I might have some cramping and that I could take ibuprofen if needed. That worked fine for the first and second day, but by the third day, I was in so much pain I honestly thought something had ruptured or that I had an infection. I've had major surgery before and never experienced pain anywhere close to that level. The post-op instructions said to call if you were having uncontrolled pain, so I did. The nurse asked me if I was constipated (no) and then said my experience was completely "normal". This did not seem right to me so I called my sister, who is an NP, and she told me to go to the emergency room. Thankfully, nothing was seriously wrong, other than some minor bleeding, and the doctor in the ER was much more sympathetic than the nurse at the clinic. After that, I literally never heard from anyone again. I don't need much coddling, but I would have expected someone to at least follow up and told them as much in a strongly worded message. To his credit, Dr Hill did call after that to discuss my concerns. As a result of that experience, I asked to speak to the doctor about pain control before my second procedure. I asked Dr. Weiss, the physician working that day, if he could prescribe something for me (literally the first time in my life asking for a prescription). He also told me that pain was normal and that "hopefully it will be better this time." That was not reassuring at all and after I persisted in my request, he eventually wrote a prescription for a 8 pills (which equates to a 1.5 day supply). Side bar- when I took it to the pharmacy I was told that by law, that particular medication needed to be sent in electronically. All in all, I unfortunately can't recommend FCNE. The level of care and concern was noticeably different once my check cleared.
J Stevens: Wonderful experience for my wife and I, culminating with our beautiful baby boy born last month! After wasting time with another doctor in Boston at a large IVF center where we felt like a number, we immediately felt at seen and heard with Dr. Plante. She put us completely at ease with her calm demeanor. We did not feel rushed, we asked all the questions we wanted, and we were guided through how the entire process would work (medically, financially, and emotionally). I can't recommend them enough.
Bridgette Phillips: Very frustrating experience. We were basically told we’d get pregnant when it was our time, after not trying to prevent on our own for 10 months, and actively tracking and trying for 8 months. The doctor told us she would just be here for moral support as it would probably happen once they got involved (I don’t feel morally supported in case you were wondering). We had our first contact in early December, had a semen analysis late December. Still haven’t been contacted for results despite me asking about them only to be told the doctor would reach out regarding them as they feel it’s better for the doctor to share the results in person. I also requested the results be sent to a urologist thinking it would prompt someone to, I don’t know, maybe have that doctor reach out. No, nothing.I felt not listened to when I explained I didn’t want to have costly tests done on me for no reason (as I had already been tested before) yet the desk nurse was told to contact me to schedule them anyways. It gave me the impression all they cared about was money. Fertility treatment is expensive, covid is going on, money is tight for everyone. Why would I want to spend money on unnecessary tests when I already have a confirmation of what the issue is and literally just need a doctor to sign off on recommended medications for my husband. I wish I had read reviews before calling here. Would have saved me a lot of lost time. The whacked out thought process that getting a doctor involved will somehow magically make me get pregnant is insane, and here we are almost 3 cycles later and guess what, still not pregnant.
Kat Velazquez: I'm so mad they never have an answer they only play with everyone's feelings
Kristen doyle: False advertising. Website says free consultation. 2 days before my appointment they said it would be going through my insurance and I would have to pay. She charged the insurance A RIDICULOUS price for a 20 minute consult where all she talked about was how I should find new insurance and all the e tra tests she would run on me. I got the feeling she would take as much money from me as possible so I will never go back to this place
Bryan Hoffman: Since the first transaction I felt like nothing more than a checking account for FCNE and it continues all the way to the last. I felt a lack of compassion and a constant money grabbing mentality. The screening tests for surrogates were unnecessarily invasive before asking the just having questions or a simple health screen. They is just 1 small issue there. I would be giving 0 stars and giving a caution to anyone looking to start their family through Fertility Centers of New England!
michelle gagnon: Do your research before coming here. I wish I knew what I did now. Wasted my time coming here and trusting there protocol. They withheld important information from me and had me on a protocol that actually suppressed me from making any eggs. Very confusing going through IVF as a first timer and having no one explain anything to you. Extremely disappointed.
rnp gr: Giving 3 stars to the doctors. I do not have any problem with them. But I would not go back to FCNE again because nurses make sure they give you hard time if you are not going for monitoring at one of their locations (monitoring will be closed by 7:30 AM. Yes, 7:30 in the morning). Once it happened that my results went to State lab and the lab wanted a call from FCNE office to release the results. One of the nurses told me very rudely that they are very busy and they do not call for test results unless it is done at one of their locations. (They did not tell me this in the beginning. They said, I can get monitored near my home and can go to FCNE for egg retrievals and embryo transfers). So, this delayed my cycle by a month. I was extremely upset and thought of giving up my entire IVF process with them even though I had 3 embryos left. Then the doc who referred me to FCNE jumped in and got the situation under control. I hope they learn that Patient experience is equally important as doctor's competency.
Sarah Estrada: Lo mejor
Marcus Ames: My wife and I have been visiting Dr. Hardy for almost two years to address issues we have been having trying to conceive. We chose to go with IVF this past summer based on his recommendation. We have been working with the nurses and our care team throughout all the blood work, injections, and ultrasounds. We are about to do the trigger shot and just being curious I wanted to see what other people were saying about Fertility Center of New England and after reading the two borderline illiterate (and suspiciously similar reviews) giving them a 1 Star I felt I at least needed to set the record straight. I can't speak to the success of the IVF, as we still have another couple of weeks in our first cycle, but I can speak to the professionalism, integrity, and compassion of Dr. Hardy and his team. Choosing IVF is a huge decision and cannot be made lightly, but Dr. Hardy explains every step and helps you through the process. I turned white when we were first presented with all of the needles and medications we would be using over this month but with the help of the care team and the patient portal the injections just become common place (at least for me, you can ask my wife how she feels about it!). Hopefully everything works out but if not we know we still have what has to be one of the best fertility centers in New England for our second go. Now let me put this in terms the trolls can understand:THIS CENTER THE BEST FOR MAKIN BABIEZZ! MY WIFE WUZ ALL NO I DONT WANT NO NEEDLES BUT THE CENTER WAS ALL NO ITS COOL. SO NOW WE MAKING BABIEZ AND EVERYONE IS COOL TOO AT THE CENTER. CHECK IT OUT

Fertility Solutions: what do users think?
khawla ouidad: The worst. If you care about your self don’t go to fertility solutions in Woburn.
Ivana N.: I've been seeing Dr. Huang at FS for over a year but also got to know 2 other doctors and nurses. They are all amazing, caring and compassionate. The lab results usually come back the same day and the doctors would personally call you to discuss the results. Most of the ultrasounds are performed by the doctors. It is a very well run clinic. Communication can be done via online portal and you get the response the next day. I love FS and will miss them when I leave to see my regular OB. Highly recommended to everyone.

Fertility Centers of New England: what do users think?
Wigzz0316: Update your time. Been to this location 4 days this week and it's locked. Give you thousands of dollars and you can't even be open the times that are listed.
Kelly Sue Rose B: I have had nothing but a great experience so far. They have been extremely responsive and have answered any questions I have had. The Doctor is very thorough in her conversations and she makes me feel very supported. She will go out of her way to call me to make sure I am doing well. I appreciate how important they make me feel and that I am not just a number.
Elizabeth Little: My husband and I had our intake appointment last August. Our doctor promised the center would help us navigate the coming months and we’re there to support us. She then explained I would need to call on the 1st day of my next period and would be scheduled to be seen for tests on day 3. She also explained my husband would need a seamen analysis asap. She also broke the cardinal rule of patient care and promised we would be pregnant in 6 months to a year setting us up for excitement that would be more pain and heartache. We scheduled my husbands analysis and then waited for day 1. On day 1 I called and was told to message in the app so I did. I was then told on the app they couldn’t fit me in. I was extremely confused as I was told what to do and told I would be seen. After sending a follow up message explaining my confusion I was met with cold staff who told me I should have known it doesn’t work that way and it’s not their fault they don’t have time for me. At this point I was told I’d have to try again the following month. While I sat waiting my husband had his analysis. I then had extremely heavy bleeding happening so I again reached out and was told to they couldn’t help and to call my primary care. At this point I was ready to move to another clinic but we still wanted my husbands results. We never heard from them. We are now in April of the next year and starting at a new clinic from scratch. We once again reached out to them to get his results and have to jump through hoops to get them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this clinic and highly suggest you look elsewhere especially if you want to be supported through this journey!
T P: Wasted time and money went did blood work and everything then the just ghosted me do not waste your time
Chad Scott: Without getting into too much detail, or experience with FCNE was frustrating. It was very difficult to get timely or informative responses as we tried to navigate this difficult process, and almost all calls made to FCNE would go to voicemail that would rarely be responded to. They seem to only respond to portal messages, and even then responses were not prompt or helpful. After spending over a year with FCNE we ultimately decided to pursue IVF via a different provider. We were not planning on leaving a review online, but when we began the process of requesting our medical records to facilitate transfer to new provider we were met with appallingly bad and unprofessional customer service by the staff at the main Reading office. FCNE is certainly not a company that that we would recommend to anyone who is beginning the IVF process.
Cindy Charest: I had an amazing experience with Dr.Hill and his team!! After multiple failed attempts over 7 years at another location, they gave me and my husband our little miracle! I would recommend Fertility Centers of NE to anyone!!!
Jenna Fino: I had a great experience but now 2.5 years later they’re trying to send this crazy bill?!? Makes no sense but I’ll be figuring it out with my insurance I hope!!!
Smile More: Miss leading information, same treatment each time never change the cycle to get a pregnancy. Portal Only and they DO NOT give you full daily bloodwork results unless you fight for it. I would save your heartache and go somewheres else.
Kirst Bel: Baby factory. They don’t care about getting you pregnant they only want your money 🤷🏼‍♀️
