bob bobbison: Hey your transportation is always there at the correct time. The staff at this facility I always do extremely late night and have a smile on their face. It is extremely affordable I'm just putting a parking if you do have a car and if you don't have a car just come here places to wait for that specific to him which is always very specific.
mala valentin: Critical:ProfessionalismLiterally got kicked off the bus at the end of the line after following the instructions from their site on how to get to the station. I told the driver I needed to get to the station.
Joey: The drivers are pleasant but that's it. Chronically 15-20 minutes late. Update your schedules if you're that slow. "Traffic" is not an excuse. Adjust your schedules to account for traffic so people don't miss connections or trains. Guys, this is a 1st world country? I've been on better buses in eastern Europe. This is just typical Lowell.
Tonisha Bates: I took the number five bus after doing grocery shopping with my young child. When I requested my destination stop the male bus driver employee proceeded to drive two blocks from where I requested to get off at. Then asked if I was getting off, I replied I was not because I requested my stop two blocks up on Westford. This employee made rude remarks and comments about my request. After this we had to wait over forty minutes for the next number five bus to arrive at the station. This is the reasons behind my low rating.

Janine Forest: Needs improvement!!! Needs Sunday and holiday service. Needs to go later at night. Many wonderful drivers, but other s could be kinder. So much potential to improve!!!!
37: Not sure why the bus prices went up, but cheap and reliable means of transportation for those that don't have a vehicle.
