I don't understand how if you lease 8k worth of equipment the charge you over 8k in charges that they won't itemize because it's a lease and not a loan. Why are we being double taxed on our payments? Why are we also being charged property tax from my county? Will be contacting my county office, state, government, and international revenue services to file complaints. I would suggest every one to do the same. This company really isn't for the working man and we where pushed by the service departments to go this route to benefit our company, but really being charged more on the lease isn't beneficial for us. So please beware when using this company. Also don't reply to call the customer service number and speak to anyone because I already have and you weren't helpful at all and don't care. Also my equipment I leased with a total of over 17k the fair market value at this time I was told 1,100.12

Make sure you READ EVERY LINE in agreement, because they will not lay out the bottom line....Paid 3x value of equipment by the time payoff obtained.This was the way they lied to me by telling me this was a regular contract and it was not. Will be looking to seek a lawyer advice on this. You been warned.

Thomas: Don't waste your time with these people. When you first speak to them starting/finishing your application, they are great! Nice and professional! The follow up people are rude like they hate their jobs! Guess what, you are in the people market, check your attitude! Don't be a penny short or a 1 minute late because they will immediately start harassing you through phone calls and emails threatening collections! This usually takes 30 days, not with this company! I wished I never used them already! I'll be going to my bank to pay this loan off and make payments through my bank instead!

Rod Hafften: Like many others we signed up with promises of saving money but shortly after changing over our card processing units we discovered the issues. They were unable to configure their machines to accept our in house gift cards so we were forced to run with two card processors. A good thing as we soon found out numerous debit/credit cards from customers were not accepted by their system. Calling customer support did little to help as they sent the machines updates that did not fix any of our issues. We had to send them blank gift cards to use to program their systems to accept multiple times as they either lost or didn't receive them and once they did confirm they had them told us it would take time to configure. After two weeks we were still running two processors and when contacted they asked for two more weeks, this happened multiple times. After seven weeks of still running two processors for both gift cards and some debit/credit cards we told them we were calling it quits. We returned their machines and switched back to our old company. We believe we gave them a fair chance to get themselves in order and they fell short. Of course now their calling for a breach of contract. Since switching back we have had no issues. This all happened early 2022 and we're still dealing with it. My suggestion, stay away.

Victor Meyer: Be very, very careful with this outfit. The service is okay, even if the interest rate is a bit high but they report to credit agencies even if the account is overdue by one day. USPS delivered my invoice to a neighbor and so I was two weeks late on the payment. I paid the entire loan balance to be safe but six months later they had reported a 30-day arrears to the credit agencies and my credit score dropped 200 points. Ended up costing me a lot of money. I contacted them but they refused to rescind their report. I'd definitely, definitely avoid if you value your credit score.

Gene Hubert: I recieved funding from quick spark financial, and the the account was canceled, I was refunded my down payment and I never recieved any product or than I item that was returned. why is timepayment still sending me mail with this balance and why is it reporting to the bureaus. this is a huge problem, I have called and requested management resolve this many times with no return communication.Do not trust the people.

However, 2 billing cycles passed before they called to say my account was still active and past due. Most companies notify you shortly after no payment, not this one.

They work with other credit card processors to get you to sign a huge docusign that has a contract with this random company on it that is "non cancelable" even if you dont receive equipment from them or the equipment does not work. You still have to pay. They scam you out of 20K+. I am reporting them to every newspaper to expose them. Do yourself a favor and RUN as fast as you can from this company and Riverside payments. IF I could give them negative ten stars I would.

Emanuel A.Valencia: Horrible company. They sold me an inoperable/broken machine and refused to take it back for repairs or replace it. Literary broken out of the box. Had to bite the bullet or ruin my credit. 3 years later tada!.. they are making me pay for it again...lol! They falsely claimed to sell it to me and then changed the terms without my permission from a purchase to a lease!Can't make it up. These guys are not trustworthy or they have a shady person or two deceiving clients. These people say they help small business owners with rates of interest in the high double digits. I don't think so. If I were still in the military I would push to have this company designated as a predatory lender.

313 Brazilian Jiu-jitsu: Please don't use this company. They are a scam. I have been paying for my mats for 4 years and they have charged me double of what the mats have cost. They have two types of payment they they take out my account. The lease amount and plus a credit card amount. The lease amount is less than the credit card amount which is ridiculous. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE FOR YOUR LEASE!

Shaun Harris: This company took over my loan once the old company that was the lean holder for my trailer closed. Everything was going good with automatic payments coming out until November 2022. That was the last time an automatic payment came out for my trailer. I called them I several times asking what’s wrong and they keep telling me it was a glitch in their system and they don’t know what’s wrong I even spoke to a supervisor, and she also did not have an answer except for it was a glitch in the system and we’re trying to work on it, she said if I wanted to I can make payments on my own , she also claimed it’s not gonna affect my credit score because the issue is on their side. I’m do not have any a late payments or missed payments because it was their issue. It is now January 26, 2023, and I still have no answers. And their system has not been fixed yet. Avoid this company for your loans if at all possible, I will give an update/edit once I hear back from this company and they fix the problem.

This is a long review so tl;dr: we worked with Rich Rosa, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d recommend anyone on his team to my loved ones.Rich was responsive, available, and just an absolute expert in every part of what he does. He never advised us to do anything against our interests, was realistic with us about the current market, and remained optimistic throughout the process. He helped us understand the consistent patterns in the market versus things that really are random at the individual level (like the time we lost a bid to someone putting 60% down). He gave us excellent recommendations for financing, attorney representation, insurance, and inspection without any pressure to choose a particular business. If you’re going to modify anything about the traditional inspection contingency (as many do these days), it’s nice to have an agent who has been on tons of home inspections over the years and can point out potential problems. I learned so, so much about home ownership working with Rich. When the time came, our home inspector confirmed that Rich had helped us find a place with fewer problems than most.We wanted something that didn’t need much work, so we were usually up against 6-12 other bids. We also didn't want to pay an outrageous amount over the actual home value, so we went in knowing the process could take a while. We made five bids before we found our home, after about 3 months of looking. Thanks to Rich, all of our offers were well within reason, and every loss felt like we lost to someone who was just genuinely willing to pay more then we were for that particular property. In the end, we actually ended up under budget, and sacrificed zero of our top priorities. They represent your best interests when all other forces are working against you. I truly believe that they are one of the only forces left providing any balance in this market. If you, like us, have fully burned out on high pressure apartment brokers in Boston or any other metro area, you will love these folks. The experience was so positive, and Rich was such a pleasure to work with, that we kind of missed our house hunting weekends once we won a bid. In this absolutely insane and at times demoralizing market, house hunting with Rich was genuinely fun.
