Shanell Washington: MY DAUGHTER HERE. MOMMY'S LOVE'S YOU & YOUR LiL BROTHER 4~ ETERNITY. 🏾✝️💟♾️ 🏾
Eveline Ho: Old mill building turned student res hall? Super cool. Came here to visit some friends and the suites look so cool on the inside. Well insulated and roomy on the inside. I can't say anything about living here myself, though.
Christine: Safe area. Clean facility.
Kathryn J Brewer: Sad and excited to help my oldest move away but so glad he had such a great place to stay!
Marc: Buildings are fine, upper management is an absolute joke.Save your money and go to a community college.

Fox Hall: what do users think?
Jonathan Berrios: I work there lol 🙃
Susan Harrington: I work here nights dorm security.
anoop kaur: Amazing food options
Chens Chen: Food is so bad
Elyxr: It’s a good place to live as a freshman
Chun Chan: Literally my 4th day on Campus and already had to skip a full day of classes because of food poisoning from this terribly undercooked food. I hate this dining hall I’m applying to Amherst immediately
Sandra Timmons: No students
Behzad Taimur: Big (ugly) building. If size does matter to you, then you'll enjoy this one! But on a more serious note, it has university dining right next door. Plenty of opportunities to hang with your buddies, meet new people and just generally have a great college life. It's a little far from most of the main stuff for UMass. But hey, if you're a college kid who's gotta stay on-campus and in a dorm - There isn't much you can do about it! Enjoy it.
Daniel Allen: Fire alarms sometimes go off frequently, and also can get extremely hot at night.
Zhou Chen (CaboliDeGuy): 高层没空调
Bayoan Martinez-Yung (Bido): I slept on this place on the 7th floor. Also a dining on the 2nd floor.
Christian Franco: Great dining options between roadys roadhouse and the campus dining hall. Dorms are a little lacking but besides that its great!

University Suites: what do users think?
Tracey Forziati: Love this place for my freshman umass lowell student ❤️
Andrew: Probably the best dorm on campus. Has a dining area on the first floor and good sized rooms that are doubles. Most suites house six people in the three rooms and have a hallway connecting them. These have a shower room, a bathroom, and a bathroom with both of those. There are two sinks as well. Together these well accommodate the residents of the suite. While there is no cooking are for individual suites, each floor comes with a cooking area and tv/entertainment area. Given the requirements to get in it is a great choice especially for freshman and sophomores looking for a living experience miles better than the typical freshman triple.
Pooja Mangaonkar: nice
Nicholas Benjamin: This property is home to the Commonwealth Honors LLC (Living Learning Community) for first-year honors students. This building houses over 400 students with three RAs per floor (one on each side of the |_|). While the LLC makes up most of the population, there are rooms for upperclassmen as well. Individual suites have two, three, or four bedrooms for four or six residents. Four bedroom suites have two doubles and two singles. Climate control is one of the obvious benefits of dorming here, however it is not very adjustable ranging from 69 degrees to 73 degrees Fahrenheit. Temperature is controlled suite by suite, so all of bedrooms and the common area will be at the same temperature. If a single window is open in the whole suite, the climate control turns off. As many other reviews have mentioned, there are no power vents in the bathrooms but that is not a huge issue. The water goes from way too hot to way too cold so showering will not be an issue for anyone. The walls are not very durable so be careful moving furniture around. The paint cones off way more easily than it should and your door handle will dent the wall of you are not paying attention. It is a lot harder to make friends with your floor mates in USuites, as the suite style living restricts you to your suite mates most of the time. There are two common areas on each floor with a CONDUCTION stove top (you need special pots), a full size fridge/freezer, an island table, and a microwave/oven combo (the microwave has heating elements hidden within). As a first year student you will likely be housed on the third, fourth, or fifth floor. On the eastern wing, you have a nice view of LeLacher and some of the old mills (rooms x01-x06). The southern wing overlooks the courtyard (x07-x16). The western side looks out towards the East Fields Complex and the Wannalancit Mills (x17+0). In all of these cases, x is the floor number. The first floor only has the western side and the fifth floor only has the eastern and southern sides. Despite drastically higher housing costs, I would recommend l would recommend living in University Suites if you are given the opportunity.
Joel Savitz: Six freshman shared one common room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two showers.
Johnny Melanson: Nice place to live, but could have used a dining hall when I was there.
Zhou Chen (CaboliDeGuy): 环境很不错
jim phillips: For honors students at UML. Excellent quality student housing.
jorge veloz (djkod2012): Apartment looks nice and new.
K Gal: The Starbucks there is as terrible as the hours are
Taric Alani: Spacious suites, temperature control
Zarius Dubash: Mediocre. No bathroom vents. No water pressure. Terrible mattresses.
Deva Dhotrad: Awesome place.. No words to describe it. Cool security systems cool rooms and best part it's huge.😋😂
Anish Chorghe: Best on campus Suites in UMASS Lowell
Viet Le: UML sure does know how to skimp on bathroom vents
Clayton Smith: It's good

Concordia Hall: what do users think?
Adeline Carter: Very bad. No windows except in dorm rooms. Do not go to UMass Lowell and if you do, do not live on South campus. It is very isolating. Once the power went out for 45 minutes with no explanation, no email, no nothing. In the winter, they crank the heat all winter and you have to open your windows so that the rooms are not stifling. In summer they are even hotter. Such a bad experience but at least they have singles. Also, they leave the lights on in the hallways and on the outside of the building on all of the time so that there is always light coming in around your doorway or in your window. And the shades/curtains are very bad and will knock things on the floor when they blow around because they are so heavy.
Antonia Barroso: Eu acho lindo o prédio.
Saketh Parvataneni: Worst experience
Marcel Damiano: Not a good dorm

EDGE Merrimack River: what do users think?
Tropical Ykay: edge Merrimack is in a great location but is poorly run by the parent company "Vision Properties management", vision Mgmt has about 14 housing lawsuits in different states and edge Merrimack is a testament to their shady business practice.from dec 2022 till Feb 2023 we had no hot water until health officers had to intervene. very recently we had no wi-fi. if you have any other places I recommend staying there than signing this lease!!RENT AT YOUR OWN PERILL!!
kieran: wifi has been out for a week with no explanation or reimbursement 333
Sandra Homem: I have lived here since August and have never had a problem until now. The building is just falling apart and no one answers the phone. Yesterday I got stuck in the elevator and there was no number to call. Dialing the 911 in the elevator didn’t work and neither did the button for help. It just rang. Thank god I had some service and sent a text to a roommate who was able to help. We called the apartment building number and it just rang. I’ve been calling the number today and still just ringing even though it says they open at 9. Also, the parking out front has been happening way too frequent. They send emails out about it but never do anything about it. God forbid I would have needed to call 911 yesterday they wouldn’t have been able to fit down the road due to the extreme amount of cars parked there. There has also been no communication for the WiFi being down. DO NOT LIVE HERE
Dia Danae: awful building
Nadia Uwase: Management needs serious improvement. They say they open at 9am but barely make it at that time, more like 10am. And also they leave early! There has been minimal communication regarding the wifi connection going out. Let’s not forget how we had no hot water for weeks in the WINTER. Also, no security guard??? I never leave reviews but this is so frustrating, given the amount we pay. For a building that’s suppose to be for students, there needs to be serious improvement or reduce the rent!!
Nyasia Armand: DO NOT move here. People are always getting stuck in the elevators and the emergency call button does not work, the office states it hours but they’re never ever open. Packages are constantly stolen and for some reason they can never access the security cameras. We used to have parking but don’t. The water is always dirty and they never fix it. The wifi is always off and they never fix it. Thai worse place to live for students. Very unprofessional and never answers the phone, and again never in the office when they say they are open. All they care about is money they don’t care about the residents. Terrible place to live.
Nate S: Writing this away from home because management has failed to get internet up and running after 48 hours. There is no security anymore. I’ve been locked out of my apartment and been out of luck because the office was empty. The real racket is how trigger happy they are to tow your car. This place has really gone downhill since I moved in. The water still looks dirty. Also, isn’t this supposed to be student housing? My neighbors are constantly screaming at their children.
Dana Maloney: The office staff and maintenance team are friendly and make office interactions pleasant. However, the building itself definitely leaves a lot to be wanted for the fairly high price. This complex used to be a decent value, but over the last year rates have gone up and quality of life has taken a significant downturn.I haven't had working lights in my room for almost two months because of an electrical issue that has yet to be fixed. My roommate's door won't close unless it's locked and that issue has gone unresolved since 2021. There is no shuttle bus to go to campus as advertised (service stopped before the start of 2023, now we're in April and still no transport), they quietly stopped providing cable TV, you're no longer notified of package deliveries via text, and the office is often not open at its stated hours in the mornings and sometimes afternoons. There is no longer security in the building and there hasn't been for several months now, which has led to occasional issues with kids from the local high school and elsewhere coming in to use the amenities as smoke/hangout spots and leaving trash and ash in the building. My roommates and I never received our referral credits to go towards rent when we moved in. As of the time this review was written, the building has had no internet access for 3 days and I can't submit my assignments from my laptop for classes without walking to campus for wifi (have to walk since there's no shuttle anymore...).All of this, and rent went UP this year. At this point living in the UMass Lowell university suites is a similarly priced option that is closer to campus with more reliable services/amenities and less surprises.
Rita Vazquez-Torres: You can tell the building and facilities have taken a bit of a toll in use. And not a bad thing, because despite the wear and tear, it is very well maintained. Pricey but the location for my River Hawk is great. Even greater? Miss Vanessa and her team. ON THE BALL, ON THE MONEY! Her attitude, professionalism and her deep and honest caring for students and nosy parents exceeds expectations.
Lillian Williams: I can not say enough amazing things about Vanessa, Van and the whole staff here in the leasing office. Vanessa and van worked diligently and quickly with me and found me an apartment within 2 days of messaging with them, I went in on the day they said was available and we signed my lease that afternoon. The process was breezy and I loved talking and chatting with Vanessa, she is smart, knowledgeable and gets things done!! I can’t wait to live here, moving in on the third all thanks to Vanessa and van! I wouldn’t have had it any other way.
Brawly Joseph: Thé current manager Vanessa is doing a great job of making sure everything is under control and making that the residents are well taken care of.
Valerie Louissaint: Vanessa is amazing! She was so helpful and prompt about helping me with any issues relating to moving in. It's also a beautiful building. I cant wait to move in!
Angus Black: Ruined the view of the river that could be seen from the high school before this monstrosity was built. TEAR THIS BUILDING DOWN
Alexa Evensen: UPDATE BECAUSE OF MEW MANAGEMENT!!To start out, I was paired with roommates who have different life styles and we don't even speak. The fire alarms are always going off and they aren’t normal fire alarms they are the extremely loud ones and it’s scary, annoying, definitely is not a normal thing to be happening considering they go off almost every day. The new management will have your car towed if you leave it parked for more than 15 minutes in the circle no matter what your excuse is, The parking is beyond ridiculous and way too expensive for what they charge for rent in this building they need to be reminded that we are in Lowell and not Boston. The Wi-Fi in certain rooms doesn’t work at all and management has been way too lazy to fix it even though they promise Wi-Fi. The new management is disrespectful and awful compared to the old employees that I met when I first moved in. I overheard one of the people who worked in the leasing office disrespecting the man who cleans the hallways and they also started doing apartment and room checks which I think is a complete breach of privacy and I don’t understand why they think this is necessary or ok. If you are looking to live in an over prices dormitory with things that look nice but break within one week of living here then this is the place for you. Do not move here you are wasting your money
Karen Abegunde: Great facilities & lovely place to live, & Yaya was great at explaining everything & made the whole move in process as smooth as possible!
michael mikee: Such a bad place
Michael Ferretti: I live here and it is fantastic for the price!
Jose Vazquez: Katie, Vivian, and Mike are awesome. Aka the staff. Great place. Come meet like minded young professionals and college students.
Carlos Eugene: The Edge Merrimack Rivers is the perfect place to live. It has everything! I visited this property a little over a year ago. I knew immediately that this was my future home. The staff was friendly while giving me the property tour. You really don’t have to leave home for anything. It has the 24 hour gym, lounge and a game room with various entertainments, including shuffle board, foosball, billiards and complimentary stand alone arcade games. It’s all just for your enjoyment. I’ve been living here for a little over a year now. I renewed my lease simply because I now consider this home. The office staff is amazing. They are always ready and willing to assist with anything. Nothing in life is perfect, never the less, to date, there is nothing they haven’t been able to resolve or accommodate in the most seamless and efficient manner. I must tell you "Katie" is a star. When it comes to the maintenance team, they can literally do anything. Every maintenance request I’ve had, has been handled promptly and efficiently. One of the maintenance staff (Paulo), has been very accommodating in adjusting certain fixtures in the apartment to meet my comfort level. He has also been able to install the TV and clock in the room. Like I said they can really do anything.I would encourage anyone who is looking for a peace of mind and a property you can enjoy living in to choose this place. I have never been disappointed since I’ve chosen it. I know you will love it too.
Nick Marola: The edge is a great place to live. Right when I moved in I was treated with extreme kindness from management.
Kingsley Agbedun: I love living here, it’s a wonderful place to stay. The management team are the best, the building manager Katie is an amazing person and very welcoming. Great shout out to their handy man Paulo, he did a wonderful job helping me mount my TV to the wall.
