Bill Brooks: A great place to visit and being Maple Weekend in NH was very busy. The maple evaporator was working away and we were provided with lots of information and clear answers to questions asked by people visiting. The extra equipment for removing water prior to the evaporation process was a first time exposure and the gift shop had samples of the maple syrup and maple cream. Definitely warm and welcoming even on a cold and blustery Sunday I'm March

kim kelly: Folsom’s is the only place I will purchase maple syrup for my family and friends. Don’t buy from stonewall kitchen etc...theirs tastes like metal because it’s stored or transported in metal tanks! Get yours fresh and local, where it’s done right!
