Rachael Chapline: Dr.Gonzalez is by far one of the best surgeons , so this 2 star review is for the office itself. I would recommend coming here if, you come at 8am, making sure you’re the FIRST patient, or if you have the time and patience to wait an hour or more, for your scheduled appointments. I waited over an hour for my post op appointment and nobody said anything to me until i asked how much longer i would have to wait. He still had 2 patients in front of me, i ended up leaving and having to reschedule..after waiting over an hour! This has happened more than once, and to others. They have great surgeons, but the staff should work on communicating with patients & being more organized with scheduling.

Inaam El Khoury: Arrived on time for apt, place was empty. Saw 4 people enter, get served, and leave and was called after I asked about it. Should at least offer an explanation why since it comes off as preferential treatment. When I was called in took about 5 minutes..Place was clean and organized at least.

Daniel Fermin: I just got here and I'm here to get a consultation on my hernia which I want removed or a mesh put in but this is the place to tell the surgeon at the hospital to do it..but as far as the place itself..its very nice, clean and the staff are very responsible and respectable.. So that's good enough for me .

I forget all of the names but I think there was a Patty, too and she was sweet and funny! The anesthesiologists were both super focused on my comfort and nerves and they really went out of their way to help make it a good experience for me. I highly recommend Northeast Endoscopy Center!

Janelle Drake: Dr. Lin himself was friendly and explained things well during my visit on 5/27, but after a quick exam he didn't have an answer for my incontinence and wanted to refer me to another center. At this point, I was told that the transfer to the new center would be done shortly and I'd hear back from his staff with the info within a week or so. All of this would have been fine, but... I called the office to check in after two weeks (6/10) and was told the info would be coming "soon", and then again on 7/9. In this second call, I was also told the transfer of info to the new center wasn't even started until 6/15, five days after my first call. I called again today (7/16) and still have no confirmation that I'm fully transferred to the new center yet. This time, I was given the information for the doctor I'm being referred to and was basically told to call them directly. It seems that Dr. Lin's office has no intention of following up on the service they originally promised me, a simple follow up to let me know that I've been properly referred elsewhere.
