However the website they've developed is so informative and easy to use, I can't remember the last time I called.

Michelle Sanders: Grace Tea was one of the recommendations for breakfast blends when Bob from Tea Trekker retired. The reviews on their site were uniformly high, and they seemed to have good, straightforward teas—none of those silly bits of fruit and flowers. Looking back, I probably should have been tipped off by the review that said this was better than Lipton, but I also wonder if their quality has recently declined.All of the teas I received had barely any aroma or flavor left. They were clearly not fresh and had not been stored properly. When I asked if they track harvest dates/storage length, all they had to say was that the teas they receive from the importers don't stay in their warehouses long. They did not seem to know the age of the teas they were receiving.I also now understand why the reviews on their site are so high. I reviewed the teas I received a week ago but the reviews have remained mysteriously absent from their site. I have to assume they are censoring critical reviews.If you're used to getting teas direct from farms, you will not be happy with Grace Tea. Rishi, Upton, Vibrant, and Yunnan Sourcing will all send you fresh tea that still smells like something. “Better than Lipton” is no longer good enough for a tea company.
