Kristen: If I could give zero Stars I would. Manager TJ is extremely rude, probably because he has no idea what he's talking about. I bought a phone there a week ago spent $500 and had a great service from a polite young man. TJ on the other hand I asked him questions about how free phones he say work pricing differences he would not leave the counter to show me phones he did not know what phones cost what he was extremely rude. When I asked him if there was a problem, if he was uninterested in helping me, or if someone else could help me, all I was trying to do, get a new phone as well as my husband trying to buy a new iPhone. When I confronted his unprofessionalism rudeness and awful customer service he told me that he had a headache and I can just go. Do not go to the store, I don't know how TJ got hired as a manager never mind goes through life being so rude. He's in the long line of work, zero customer service skills the owner of this store needs to fire him because you are just losing so much business I will tell everyone I know do not go to that T-Mobile because of TJ the so-called manager

Salem: I've gone here twice to get help with my phone or home internet service. Both times I've been completely shut down with any resolution or willingness to help. Workers just seems more focus on sitting around looking at their phones as oppose to helping customers that walks in. Would avoid this particular store in general. I sure hope not all t-mobiles stores are like this one.

Althea Williams: This store has the worst customer service ever ! I wont even go there to pay my phone bill. The customer service manager on duty the day I came and a CSR named Ashley really made me want to change phone companies. Thankfully I went to the next tmobile in the Plaza next to Target and they were more than exceptional. These team members need to be re -trained and/ or maybe fired ! It says a lot for the culture of the company to have individuals that have 0 customer service edicate and who bring no value to the company. These people should not be greeting customers under any circumstances. They should not be eating on the floor in customers faces. Or asking condescending questions when they are supposed to be fixing a problem. I would give this store 0 stars !

Rayshawn Morris: THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This store has the worst customer service. My girlfriend went into this store today to get a SIM card for the phone that I just bought her. She was hysterical. The customer service by sales associate Ashley and the manager on duty was so bad my girl couldn’t stop calling me because she was so frustrated. She said she asked the girl what her attitude was for and the girl said in front of the manager “I’m just reciprocating energy” as she proceeded to keep eating. Never mind the fact that she was eating but to have said that because she didn’t know the other number on the account is disturbing. That is disrespectful and my girl left the store since she already has a T-Mobile account and she just got her phone stolen on Sunday. That kind of behavior was unacceptable from an in store customer service rep at that. I should take our phone service somewhere else. If this is how employees of T-Mobile are allowed to act.
Glorynel Berrios: I recently got new phones at this location(thanks to Michelle and Knoelle) and had some issues with them but went to a different store to see if I could resolve my issue and ended up almost not being able to resolve the issue thanks to that other store but luckily I was told to go back to this store and thanks to Michelle(btw she was awesome) I resolved everything and even ended buying something else. Lol Awesome customer service would definitely recommend it!!!

Socheata Kung: If I give 0 star I would. Mongana is the rep. in Lowell (495 Chelmsford st. ). She promised that we will get $1000 off on the trade in, but checking my bill I get only $500 off. Plus, all the lie of buy one get free on Iphone Pro-Max, when you adding the new lines, end up only $700 off only on the both phones. I ended up cancelling 4 Iphones, and Galaxy S22 Utra. It costs time and MAD, this lying right there. If I have all the time, we can sue them too....wasting our time and money. But we don't have the time for that.We even went to Pheasant Mall to resolve the issues. The Rep there name Trent, was really RUDE and RACIST. Even if we talked to the Manager, Rocco, he was rude too and not helping.T-Mobile, please train your SALE REP. / T-Mobile exsperts ( their title) carefully before they do the sale in the store.I'm a 15 years loyal customer with them.
Mister “Brad” Feola: Miss Katie mobile expert with Mr. Grady the store manager at the Lowell store were Outstanding.There professional, courtesy made my entire experience with them so simple.Thanks to their amazing knowledge on what they do everyday I was in and out with everything in record time. Very thankful and impressed.All while having a constant flow of other customers. They handled each customer flawlessly. What a great team tmobile has with Katie and Grady. I can't thank you enough!!!

omayra santos: An Employee named Madeline that was working today clearly hates her job , from the minute I started to speak to her , she had an attitude problem . Please do better with your employees, people who truly hate customer service shouldnt be working with people . I have been with your company for 7- 8 years . If I have a device issue I should feel welcomed at any time visiting your store . Tonight that was not the case . I wouldn't recommend this location at all , ever .

Jose Rodriguez Cintron: Poor customer service. Went in to return an iPhone within the 14 day policy. By 6-1-1 customer care agent and online policy I was able to return the device at ANY T-Mobile location as the location that I purchased with was far from me at the moment. The "supervisor" or "manager" (Spanish People) said because it wasn't their inventory they were unable to return the device even though social media states I could return it at any T-Mobile. He stated it would mess up their inventory and they would lose money. They just didn't wanted to do the extra work and they aren't welcoming at all.

I spent around 5 hours in Lowell store as instructed by their customer care and they were not able to activate a simple promo for me.The store people did not give me right information on International calling and siphoned away $74 in the name of unlimited calls and data. Not trustworthy at all.They are hesitant to talk to their own customer care. There is never a coordination between Customer support and the store people.I would never recommend t-mobile to anybody for this pathetic feeling and wastage of time.

Lorena Flores: I would like to share my experience with this location in order to prevent others from being a victim of such an expereince as well. First of all, someone went to this T-mobile location and bought phones with a fake ID. I don’t understand how unprofessional and careless the workers at this location can be to sell their products so easily. Especially given that I live in an entirely different state so why would I go to another state to buy phones. There needs to be more strict verification rules to make sure that the people attempting to purchase anything, are who they really claim to be.

Katelyn Brave Hawk: They have false advertisement they said the xfinity pre paid is 35 a month which that's what my husband and I have been paying for 3 months now today my husband went to pay it they tried to charge 45 dollars. Smh they should be ashamed of themselves if you have a set rate why tried to charge people more especially in these times where everyone is struggling threw the pandemic. I will never go to boost for anything ever again very disappointing.

Connor McGrory: I called and asked when they would be open and they said 1pm. I showed up at around 1:05pm and there was no one there. I called again to make sure I had the right location and he said the guy was running late and now wasn't going to open the store until 1:30pm. I was fine with that and walked around a bit and came back then. Still no one. I waited till 2pm and still no one showed up to open the store so I left. I'm not going to throw my day away waiting for the part timer who clearly doesn't give a care in the world about his job.
Usagi Tsukino: The spanish manager there is very rude. He's not helpful at all and seems to be in a rush even though the store has no other customer's around. I've been there a couple times and it's the same. It looks like it's a family business or at least he seems to think so since his wife is the one who's been the only one in the store a couple times talking on the phone ignoring customers.

They're polite helpful and didn't try to sell me something I don't want. I'll be a loyal customer for the rest of my life more than likely.

Megan Patterson: I went in and was totally ignored by the staff. The manager wouldn't get off his phone to help me until somebody else was unsuccessful in helping me for over an hour. I was told my bill would be one thing and then was charged double. Now they tell me I have to pay for my phone in full or $20 a month until paid off when I was told it would only be $4 per month. When I said I might just go to Verizon they told me go. I will not be going back they've lost my business
Jeffrey Morrissette: I was sold on a new plan with 2 lines for 90 dollars. My first bill was 180. My next 3 were 125. When i asked why ,they were very rude and acted like I was a bother. Come to find out they changed my plan and the first month charged me for a 3rd line. So now I have to eat the loss till I can can get to Verizon. I'm not sure how its legal to upgrade my plan without asking me but you live and you learn. I would recommend you stay far away from the t moble on bridge st in lowell. They are scam artests.

Kaleena Machado: After spending numerous hours on the phone chatting with many different people from tmobile, assurant insurance, and samsung, regarding my Galaxy phone that reboots multiple times a day and has become nearly unusable, and getting nowhere.... I call up this store and speak with David, the manager. He was super nice on the phone. I went into the store, he was super nice in person. Had a replacement phone ordered within minutes under my Samsung manufacturers warranty. Why wasn't anyone else able to do this? I don't know. But David just made my week!!! Highly recommend this store on Bridge Street. (On the other hand, when I called up the one in Drum Hill, I could hear what I assume was the manager in the background, making impatient, sarcastic rude remarks about me...I must have been on speaker phone. I told them that my phone wasn't working and they said that the only way they could "help me out" was for me to come in and they could sell me a new phone. Ummm....what???)
Betchela meronnis: This afternoon, I went to the store so someone can help me with my new iPhone 13. I came around 6:30 and gave the phone to the girl. Instead her helping me with my issue, she spent more than one hour talking to a male friend. Finally, I asked her my phone and gave it to another male associate (Nico) who was nice and respectful. I wish I could be like her, being at work, all I do is talking to my friend, no customer service. Please have respect for customers, they work hard to make sure you get a job.Owner of the store, check on your associate, check the cameras. I don’t like to complain but enough is enough. I want that to stop now, value people time and money. U don’t like your job, quit!

Mike Owen: My son went to pickup his replacement phone. The store hours online state 10 a.m.to 8 p.m. when my son arrived at the store at 10:05 the store was still close it didn't open until 11 a.m. finally when my son was able to enter the store he told the t mobile associate about the hours he associate couldn't be bothered then he told the associate that he never received a text that they received the phone the previous Thursday. I had to call tmobile main office to fine out that they received it again the associate couldn't be bothered. My son as the t mobile employee if could transfer all his stuff on his old phone to the new phone and once again the employee was reluctant to help my son. The employee finally did help my son but very disappointed in t mobile customer service very, very poor
