Trisha Danforth: I went to this record store 8 years ago (in 2015) and was looking for Buckingham Nicks and I left my information. Well...a couple of weeks ago I got a message from Bob and he said that my record was in! He kept my information for EIGHT YEARS. I told him that I've moved across the country and he offered to mail be the record. I received it in perfect condition today and I am so excited and grateful. Cannot recommend Garnick's enough.

Scott Lewis: Wide selection. Hard to dig through the piles but there could be just what you're looking for hiding in them. Don't expect top dollar if you're selling to them but they aren't the worst.

Kamanawanalea: I'm am extremely dissatisfied customer. I traded some 78's for three albums, I had more 33's i wanted to trade but the man working had told me they were "worthless" and "have no value" okay, but he told me I'd have 10 dollars store credit(a little low but okay, he then told me the only reason he took them was because he liked one of the artists) that then changed to two records, which ended up at three albums for my trade, not bad, huh? Definitely a step in the right direction! However when I went to have a listen, popping in Victims of Love by Sir Elton John, first track being the amaranthine Johnny B. Goode, I was reasonably stoked, as you can imagine. As that record started to spin at that sweet sweet 33 and a third rotations per minute, I had a serious double take moment when i thought i heard a skip! My friend and i glance at one another in bewilderment. I jet out of my chair to set back the record, my ears surely have fooled me the man who worked there had said it himself "no skips.." I place the needle back to the vinyl and wait in insecure apprehension, and there it was, the skip in question. My jaw quite literally hit the floor. I decided I was livid at this point, told to my own face that records that are dirty or scratched are worthless, when there's an album in pristine condition like this pressing of Sir Elton John's "Victim of Love" mind you this is the third lowest charting album released by Sir Elton John in his career, skipping right in my face, i don't know who to believe any longer. These nice and kind Google Reviewers or what is right in front of my in my face. So i decided to spin Al Stewart's "Year of the Cat" to qualm my nerves.It was starting to work it's magic but then I flipped the record. Human language cannot begin to explain my anger upon hearing yet another skip! Seething with rage I removed Sleepwalker from it's sleeve, and what do i see? Visible scratches. Visible. Scratches!!! What is a man to do with such deception laid before him? And as i was going to check out my records I saw The very same Diana Ross album, "Lady sings the blues" that I just ten minutes prior tried to trade in, I'd like to inspect the condition of his, wonder if its scratched..be warned that there are some, shall you say stragglers of the night, tend to wander in at night.

I've purchased hundreds of Cos there but now have switched to back to Vinyl records. Bob is fantastic he's helped me discover Jazz and gives me a great deal on my purchases. Great place for a music and audio enthusiast like me.

Guy, the technician who serviced our appliance, kept us informed of his arrival time on a very snowy day and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable on the issue, made the repair efficiently, upgraded the ice maker and refrigerator with the upgrade kit we had received. Guy was careful and attentive. We had a very positive experience with XP Electronics and will use their service again if/when needed in the future.

Kenny Lussier: I was able to get an appointment within 2 days of my washing machine breaking down. Guy came out and diagnosed the issues quickly. Unfortunately, they had to order the part for replacement. The part arrived 2 days later, and Guy was back to replace the failed pump. He was in and out in less than 40 minutes. The area around the washing machine was clean and dry, and there was hardly a sign that anythings was ever done. Over all, an excellent experience!

marcus cane: To all a warning watch this person. i brought a receiver to him to be repaired i asked on it for about a year and a half or so. Repairman could not lift it to bench to trouble shoot it. . He claimed he would ask owner or other to lift it for him. i offred to do it but he refused and said he had other work before he could get to mine. i should have took it back as a red light warning i wanted to trust him. i lost a samsung all tube receiver. i am so mad and upset. i thought after to auto radios that were rebuilt for me trust was not an issue. i wish i was wrong. i would hope he would restore my trust and return it.

Aod 7246: I searched Google for a specific repair service and came across this shop. I then viewed their website that also stated that they offer the same service. I called the shop and was instantly told "they could but he didn't want to". We hardly got to talking about numbers before it was a glat out "no". I then inquired about another repair and was again talked out of it. Apparently business is so good, they are willing to leave money on the table. I will give them 1 star for answering the phone. That's always a plus!! Now remove the services from your website that you no longer offer.

Michael Doheny: Third time is the charm! Brought my 1976 vintage Marantz 6300 for repair. It was turned around very quickly and professionally. This was the third place to which I brought it, the other two could not fix it. I am extremely plesaed with the service and the condition in which my turntable was returned. Phil P: When moving from CT to NH, the movers stuffed my subwoofer into the box with the cable still attached and broke the input port. Around the same time my 14 year old Onkyo receiver's display panel went out. This place, even though it's an hour drive from where I live in NH, had the best ratings so I gave them a call. I drove down on a weekend and dropped both pieces of equipment off. They had both fixed in a matter of days and I drove down the next weekend to pick them up.Excellent work and extremely reasonable rates. I highly recommend them.

Chris even came in on Sunday when the shop was closed so I could pick up my mom's blu ray player before making the trip to visit her with it. He also noticed the remote wasn't fully functional so had it taken apart and refurbished so it works like new. This is a great local business I'm happy to support!

YiFeng You: even though there's a AV repair shop 5minutes from my house, i still make the 30+ min trek to get all my electronics serviced here. why?these guys actually know what they are doing, grew up in an analog world and can fix mechanical issues like there is no one. most AV shops are always talking about replacing parts... but these guys will actually take electronic board components apart and try to fix it vs. having to replace parts because sometimes the electronics no longer have parts anywhere or available to replace.far as i know there is no one like them in the 50-100mile radius of their shop. the best in the area! well worth the trek!
