James Thomas: I had hired 360 to install a light system for my basketball court that I self - installed. During management overview we identified the center of the court (rear) and where the light should be installed. We steaked it off and sprayed it. When the job was complete the electrician came back to wire the lights and I noticed it was off about a foot (not centered). I also had to help the electrician mount the light to the base and pull the light into up right position (this was neither of our jobs) but the project was extremely delayed. I asked management to either come fix or offer a partial refund (due to not center) and not what was expected. They promised a resolution even after several emails and 7 months later still no resolution. This was the only project I didn't babysit and wish I did. Their lack of communication, value and quality are not worthy of anything above a 2 star. Their employees earned the stars they are super friendly and pleasant to work with.

The end result was perfect.The owner was very responsive as far as the scheduling was concerned. He followed up a couple of times until we came up with a date that worked for me.I highly recommend them.
