Andrew Murphy: This store does not live up to the Tiffany name. Every time I go in the staff seems judgmental and rude. Lucky for me, I had an amazing experience at the flagship store in NYC. Now I just use my sales rep from NYC for everything. If you’re looking for a true Tiffany experience, don’t go to this store.Also, if you’re looking for an incredible sales rep, call the flagship and ask for Phoebe!

Traci Dalton: I frequently shop Tiffany’s at the Natick Mall. Each trip in has been enjoyable, informative and a very lovely experience. The staff has always been courteous, friendly and helpful. I have shopped at Tiffany’s Boston, Providence, NYC and Natick by far is my favorite!
Carlie Muehlbauer: Just save yourself the headache and go to the Tiffany in Boston. Long story short this Tiffany location is BEYOND rude & unhelpful - the managers are just as rude as the sales associates. If you need something & want to enjoy your shopping experience go to the Tiffany on Newbury or in the Prudential :)
Terri Jones: My husband ordered me a beautiful Tiffany bracelet online for my birthday. There was a noticeable gap between the beads on one end. We happened to be in the area, so we took it to the Natick store. The sales associate was wonderful. They had the same bracelet, and sure enough, the one at the store had an extra bead in it. She made the exchange with out any issues. She was so courteous and genuinely wanted me to be happy with my present.I am! Ecstatic!

sravan k: Bought a ring here to gift my partner. Went back to return it in couple of days as she didn’t like it. They were horrible.They said there were micro damages to the ring. How could it happen with wearing it for few hours?. We didn’t play baseball with it. We just wore it for few hours. Although they have a return policy of 1 month apparently they don’t honour it. They should be honest with the return policy that they can’t take it back once it is sold. We had a very traumatic experience trying To talk to the manager and the sales person. They were very adamant and it was not worth arguing as they threatened consequences. I went to another Tiffany location instead and they happily accepted an exchange for a bigger ring. Please do something about your staff if you care at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TIFFANY LOCATION!!

Zhaoling Meng: The manager is extremely rude (I wonder whether she is the same one others complained). I bought a pair of earrings 10 days ago and tried to return it. I was told they cannot take it back as it was not saleable condition as there was a scratch. It is only their excuse for not returning. Also, if there is a scratch after it was simply tried on, it indicated the poor quality of its products. Do not trust it’s return policy. Or you can spend your money buying a better quality brand.

michele lavanga: I just went there with my daughter to return a ring she got for a Christmas present. The ring was too small, and she could not wear it. (clearly not worn) The two people at the front entrance stood stone-faced as I was told we could not return it as it had been past 30 days. Not even an exchange. I explained that we had a significant death in the family on December 26, and I was not thinking of her ring. (i was clearly upset) I couldn’t return it online as I did not know what size she wore. They told me I could purchase a necklace and she could wear it around her neck! I asked to speak to a manager who was of no help. I asked for the customer service number, and she gave it to me. I called while in the store. I explained everything on the phone to her (as the people who worked there looked at me like I was crazy). The customer service lady understood my concerns and allowed for an exchange. She said, given the circumstances and covid (surge in December in New England), she was glad to help. Too bad these people at this “upscale” store didn’t have the heart or compassion to help. It wasn’t a huge ask, just a return for a size up. I feel bad for the people who work there; they genuinely need help in customer service.

Did not take her time to show me much of the merchandise... I felt totally uncomfortable being there despite spending over $700 dollars. The store was very slow, not like they were busy at all!From now on, my purchases at Tiffany’s will be online.HR: please train your employees on how to deliver a decent service that coincides with your prices!

Calvert's Convertibles: Purchased earrings for my girl. Elisabeth was promptly at our side to help with choices, from earrings to rings, keychains, et al. Was very patient, and we loved our experience here. Sounds like it is time for new management at this location! Condescending, aloof service will not win you return customers for generations. It would be heartbreaking to see this All-American icon fade to anything but the status it has enjoyed for many decades. Maybe Elisabeth should be the manager.
