Rick Lynch: I think that place is the biggest rip off on the Massachusetts turnpike because it was nearly $30 for a couple breakfast sandwiches a couple hash browns and a couple orange juices.. I do not recommend this place as being family friendly.. if it was family-friendly then a hash brown wouldn't cost 3 times what it cost to buy one in the city...

Alexander Rivers: This is a review for the Gulf Express shop inside the rest stop. I'm still not sure what possesses people to do this, but they hired people who don't speak a lick of English to work their stands. There was a black man named Jean working the cash register when I asked if they had USB-C chargers. He said "charger?" and pointed to the pile. I figured I would just find it myself, I asked him what the return policy was in case it didn't work and he just shrugged, clearly signaling that he doesn't speak four words of English. He then promptly answered a personal phone call on his Apple watch and signed the credit card swiper on my behalf, which I'm pretty sure counts as fraud.

Sky Miles: The sanitation and aroma should be nothing but a heavenly smell...they should clean their bathrooms or the food is not edible inside this rest area. The employees should maybe write down all that's wrong in that area and get surveys from customers to make every visit a rememberable and satisfied one for each consumer. Truck drivers need to feel the love and feel they have a safe haven to pull up to so they can rest and be taken care of with a homely atmosphere. It's always safer and better to be clean and tidy, then I'd recommend it!

Tammy Monti: I went on a whim to check it out. REALLY check it out, for personal reasons. It was spotless, bathrooms spotless, I purchased a coffee at honey dew, fresh, I was smiled at and greeted. I wasn’t hungry but did approach the McDonald’s counter to get a breakfast sandwich and was greeted with a smile from a you g kid. The older women were involved in what looked like a personal conversation of sorts…. All in all it was very good. I think in some reviews where the bathrooms are dirty is due to lack of help or janitorial services. It every toilet was immaculately clean. I recommend this rest stop to anyone who needs to rest, eat or freshen up.
