After looking for the truck and finding the one I wanted the sales Rep Amine N. help work everything out, if there was something he couldn't answer the Manger Mike Wright was. Mike was also able to get me top dollar for my trade in. So I got to drive away in a new to me 2020 Tacoma TRD Sport. Now let's fast forward to April 2023 where the nicer weather is coming. I noticed a sound coming from loose center caps, that I could not hear with the window up. Mike was able to help me out and get this problem rectified that left me leaving once again happy. Mohammad Zarif Noorzay: I bought a honda civic 2013 from them, these are the issues: the car is very weak when I drive it specially on uphills the car is shaking, the rear gear is very weak I can’t drive the car in rear gear in uphills, they told me that they have serviced the car but after two days of my purchase I had a “service due soon” alarm on my dashboard, the engine start weird noises after driving it a 100 miles. I already told them the issue I will see how they will handle it. Honestly the behavior of the workers was professional and good.

Todd Southard: Sales team was excellent. Acton Toyota always seems to hire like-able, good people, to their staff.Two areas for improvement. Insurance and extended warranty. After agreeing to spend $60k on a new truck (with no floor mats?!?!?), they continued to try and up-sell me with their new insurance business and the standard “you need this extended warranty for a super reliable vehicle” speech. Nickel and dime approach by Toyota on the warranty is nothing short of obnoxious, stand behind your product. The finance lead told me to “stop yelling at him for doing his job” after calmly and quietly telling him I wasn’t interested in an extended warranty. The folks there are clearly under pressure from corporate to deliver above and beyond the sale of a vehicle.The new (45 min) step of also trying to sell me insurance is severely annoying. Just another attempt to get every little penny from me and I’d rather stay with my current insurance company and pay ($20/year) more just to prove a point.The new truck seems great, but a 5 hour experience of beating back the many salesman has left me exhausted. I will definitely be trying other dealerships in the future. The PEOPLE there are great, but what is being asked of them is infuriating and offensive.

Marc Razin: Went in for 60k mile maintenance, understanding that dealerships tend to charge a bit more for service but wanted it to be done right since its a milestone service. Was being offered unneeded services and felt like I was being lied to at times, told my license plate light needed to be replaced for example, when in reality it is not blown out or even dimming.Was told everything in terms of offered services was absolutely necessary before my car was even looked at and fluids assessed. Overall, everything I was hoping to get done was pretty routine car maintenance and for the 2 and a half hours spent waiting, I feel the labor charges were excessive.Would not recommend service at this location.EDIT: Changed to one star due to a less than desirable phone call with the service manager Joe who would rather be confrontational than actually helpful. T F: We had a great experience at Jaffarian Toyota. We called in advance to confirm the vehicle was available for sale which it was. The car was upfront waiting for us to test drive when we arrived. Ronnie was our sales rep who was awesome. He let us take a test drive by ourselves which we thought was great. This allowed us to truly have a pressure free experience. Ronnie made the purchase process pain free and was honest with us. The next step in the car buying process was the finance department. Amy was our finance rep who was awesome. She was friendly and honest with us. She was patient with us as we made decisions that were best for us. We never felt any pressure from Ronnie or Amy. We thank both of them for providing an outstanding experience for car buying and financing. We hope this review gets Ronnie and Amy recognized by the management team at Jaffarian Toyota.

Because he didn't like my comment about the poor trade--in evaluation system they used, he's been emailing me non-stop and harassing me.There trade-in system doesn't account for condition of the vehicle. I have a almost brand new truck to trade and they're offering a value that does not resemble any public trade-in publication value such as KBB, Edmunds, NADA, etc. Then they contact me and ask me if i want to do business!! Ridiculous.For 2 straight days now, this guy has been sending me nasty emails. Tells me i don't know what I'm talking about. I've bought more new vehicles than i care to mention over the last 40+ years. You'd think This guy would have something better to do than to be emailing me for 2 days.Their prehistoric tactics may have worked 83 years ago but not today.I wasn't asking for better than MSRP because I know Toyota thinks they're above discounting vehicles. That's what i have now. What i was asking for was a trade-in value commensurate with the condition of my trade. I know they need to verify its condition but i couldn't even get that far. Not about to attempt to do business with a dealer that has a flawed trade-in system.I'm embarrassed for the organization that a GSM is emailing a customer still, after he's told them he doesn't want their business and provides sarcastic responses.

They checked it and said that There was nothing wrong with it now mind you He's had it for maybe three months we just brought it for an oil change and He mentioned It the last time how can rotor get rusted within a month from them checking it last time. Because He put eleven thousand miles on it which he has to for his work, he has to Drive to different towns for him to fix the people's machines. So they will not pay for it and then they asked him where he bought the vehicle!!! Like are you kidding me he bought it here? I would not buy a truck from this place or a vehicle because if something goes wrong with it they will not fix it for you they will make you pay for it.. we just took off the rotor and it was beyond rusted, there is noway it happened in 11,000 miles unbelievable this does not happen in 3 months of owning a 2020 vehicle.. the rotors where unbelievable rusted and warped.

Matthew Hinsley: Showed up looking to grab a used Camry. After waiting 20 minutes longer than I should have (the doors may open at 9am, but apparently they aren't ready to do business for a while after) I finally got out for a test drive and it was immediately obvious the car had a faulty transmission (VIN 4T1BF1FK9EU354410).Don't pay anything over private sale prices for their used inventory, because it seems they aren't doing honest mechanical vetting on their trade-ins.1 star only because Harvin from sales was nice.

Nick Mauro: They wouldn’t budge on the price of the car. The price was fair though considering what it was worth new was able to get my trade up by $1500 to fair market trade in value when I threatened to walk away. Buyer beware if you are buying certified pre-owned, even if your credit is excellent the interest rate is 9.22%. That’s outrageous. I plan on showing the terms of the loan to my bank after I get the first payment made. I bet they can do better probably in the 6% range. Also if you aren’t planning on buying any extended warranties your payment will be less. They automatically figure one extended warranty into the price of the payment. I declined it and it brought my payment down $16 a month. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because of the quality of the used vehicle I bought. 2021 Toyota Avalon TRD. Less than 5000 miles on the odometer. 2 years old. It was in mint condition. Great car that will probably last me at least 10 years. For certified pre-owned Toyota also offers a great 7 year 100,000 mile powertrain warranty. Big plus for me since I just traded in a different car that I just spent $6000 rebuilding the transmission.

Gina Pelaez: UPDATED REVIEW: My sister and I went in looking to buy a used car last week. We were told this 2014 Toyota Corolla was an LE and being sold well below market value, so we were getting a good deal. The car was not available that day so we went home. While reviewing their website it says under the dealer notes that it is a "2014 Toyota Corolla L 4D Sedan FWD 1.8L I4 DOHC Dual VVT-i Gray," not LE. The VIN lookup comes up as L/LE on multiple websites, after I had to double check since they keep calling my sister asking to take this review down. When they called, they said the description was a "glitch." The mediocre rating I'm giving them now is for not marketing their vehicles with accuracy, now creating confusion and doubt whether or not this dealership can be trusted. Bottom line: do your research, and don't let any salesperson rush you into purchasing a vehicle.
Nicolas Schank: I was working with Chase while I bought my car from Toyota of Watertown, and I couldn't have been happier.I walked in knowing which car I wanted; the car was reasonably priced, but just as importantly, Chase never once tried to upsell me or push me into something else. There was a minor delay of a few days before I could pick up the car [nothing to worry about, something weird with MA reissuing the title], and I was able to put a binding deposit down on the car (phew), then Chase gave me her cell phone number so we could communicate quickly while it was all sorted out. She promptly got back to me once it was ready for pickup, and walked me through all the relevant steps once it was time to get through the rest of the process.All in all, I was really happy with this sale. I usually feel really pressured at car dealerships, and like I need to go out of my way to avoid silly markups for random stuff. This dealership (and Chase in particular) were a refreshing exception; I've only been there once, but if this is their usual level of service, I strongly recommend them.

Really a top-notch group to work with. Highly recommend.

Louis Zaczkiewicz: I live nearby and have not had good experiences here. It seems that there is an attitude of the customer not being worthy of Lexington Toyota. There are 4 incidents that we experinced that this is built upon. The latest was that I noticed our Prius (which we bought elsewhere - another long story) needs new tires. I searched tires and found great reviews at TireRack for Yokahama Avid Ascend LX. I called Lexington Toyota and got an all-inclusive quote for $40 higer per tire than TireRack, when coupled with Toyota's buy 3 get 1 for $1, made the price acceptable.I made an appointment with 3 days notice for Good Friday after confirming with the service advisor that it would not be scheduling problem due to the possibility of service personnel not being available. I also made sure that the quoted price was written on the instructions.I brought the car in and was informed that they were backed up with other customers buying tires and wanted me to leave the car overnight. Then the advisor stated that the tire price was $30 per tire higher and did not include installation. I asked the advisor to consult with the service manager, who then brought the price down $20 per tire, but does not include installation. I decided to not leave the car for overnight service, instead rescheduling for 3 days in the future.It seems that they feel appointments are just suggestions, and their time is more valuable than mine.I do not want to inconveniece them with my petty tire installation so I will go elsewhere and save $$.

Also, their business manager: Harley was very helpful with our financing and he advised us in the best possible way. Tasha Lonsdale: Absolute con artists. I was told everything was up to date and they would be replacing the battery as it was fine years old. The battery died two months later, every tire wore down to the point they had to be replaced at different points during the first year, upon going to the mechanic the first time a few months after buying they said none of the required services had been done. They said if the tires hadn't been so poor half most of the damage could've been avoided (tires, alignment). They said they were going to clean the car but it was still dirty, not a big deal but then when it started getting hot it would smell terrible. I asked about a part of the front bumper that didn't look right and they insisted that was fine and how the car comes, the hooks holding onto the bumper were apparently worn and I had to replace those as well.When I called to complain they didn't offer to fulfill their part of the deal and I've put almost more into this car than it cost at this point. This was the first car I ever bought, so I didn't follow up the way I should have and was a little too trusting for being at a car dealership apparently, but taking advantage of that wasn't right. I wouldn't ever go back here and would not suggest it to anyone who isn't very familiar with cars and can do their own due diligence.

Nathan Morse: I took my time to buy a new car, so I was able to coordinate with almost every single Toyota dealership in the state of Massachusetts (and even some in New Hampshire) not just looking for new car stock, but for a sales person to work with that valued the customers needs and desires. I understand the market is tough and new car stock on the lots is almost non-existent, but this isn't a great excuse to be charging well above MSRP especially because everyone else is doing it. I've worked with many sales people charging "after market adjustment fees" as well as unnecessary add-ons like nitrogen inflated tires to ~$1300 finish protectant applications (and refusal to remove them) as an excuse to take more money from the customer.This was not at all the case at Lexington Toyota. I worked with Tim on pre-ordering a Prius Prime and he was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. Jillian and Harley made the day of vehicle purchase go smooth and they were very helpful.This dealership is unlike most others - they value doing pleasurable business, respect the customer, and treat people fairly. No crazy negotiations necessary.I highly recommend doing business here because they will save you not just a lot of money, but also time.

no: Not good service. Prepaid Toyota care plus service - 35k svc ask to check brakes for "whining. They listed all brake lining thickness at 9mm on svc report. 500miles later i bring back due to continued brake "whining" . They charge me $70 to tell me rear pads at 5mm (clearly they barely looked at the pads during routine 35k service. Call back before expiry of 4yr/45k Toyota care plus service to see if 40k svc can be done 3 months after 4yr period since mileage so low during covid and they tell me period of up to a year should be fine. Bring in 3 days later for 40k svc and they tell me "I can't turn back time" and won't honor the service contract. I say goodbye. Went to another dealer. Much more thorough 40k service, honored prepaid svc agreement, and I gave them the brake job work that should have been identified at 35k.

Since their parts are more expensive I'm guessing that their service is also more expensive than other dealers in the area. Very disappointing that there's a price difference between Toyota dealers.
