Chappell Tractor Sales, LLC.: what do users think?
nathan bailey: Very impressed with this store, the staff and inventory. I needed a chainsaw for around the house to clean up after a storm. I had been researching the A Stihl MSA 300c and they had it in stock as well as batteries and a charger. The saw has amazing power , I had several hardwoods that fell and I was able to limb and cut them up in no time.I also grabbed a few items for my trailer, d-rings , tie downs etc. Great store and very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
David Doremus: When I needed a new action track chair Corey was the man to see. Over the top helpful
A J: Clean place!And great customer service.
DAVID MILTON: Twice this winter I've blown hydraulic hoses on my Kubota tractor. Both times I was unable to transport the tractor to Chappelle so I called for roadside assistance they came quickly usually within the hour did a fantastic job courteous kind took care of my problems asked me if there's anything else I needed wonderful wonderful experience
Joao Neto: Infelizmente não consegui o que desejava, mas isso serviu de experiência. Não falam português nem espanhol. Não estão preparados para imigrantes motivo pelo qual perderam um possível cliente.
Reliable Property Management LLC: Here we go again.....This is my 3rd negative experience. I juat had my Tractor in for warranty service (axle seals), additionally turns out there was some sort of recall on the tractor felt they wanted to do. It wasn't really explained to me what they needed to do but when theres a recall even if the tractor is running for the most part flawlessly why not make sure to do any warranty service. Turns out they had to split my tractor in half. I wasn't too concerned until they told me my tractor would now not go forward or reverse after they did the warranty service. It was running great before and bow it doesnt run. NOW One of our snow removal machines was down before a snow storm. They gave me a "loaner". No cab and what turned out to be an already broken tractor. It had a leak that they then tried to and succeeded at blaming me for. Not a bunch of money but when they asked me to pay I lost it. What about the time and money lost my end. I simply drove it from they left from the job site to the house about 1 mile. I've been slowly trading my Kubota equipment for John Deere equipment. I can't wait to trade this tractor in for a John Deere so I dont have to deal with this dealer ever again. I don't have anything against the Brand just not having good luck with service when things go bad.
Jacques LeRow: Brought equipment in for repairs and the service was great and the one of the managers Skip was very helpful and great to work with. Will be bringing everything there for service
David Girard: My BX25's backhoe developed a hose leak. I called Chappell's this past Saturday and the two gents behind the parts counter talked me through what I needed to do to remove it and had me back up and running within the hour.
Mark Cheever: I rushed there during a snow storm that caused power outages. I have a generator and the pull string broke. They stayed open for me and helped me get the right one to use my generator. Not once was I rushed or reminded about store hours. They took the time to help me get what I needed and they made a lifelong customer out of me.I found his card. Scott Knowles was the individual who made this happen for me.Thanks for all that this company does for the community!
Brian Boerner: I’ve had my BX series for a little over six months. I also purchased a snow blower with the tractor. We expecting a sizable storm tomorrow and after dropping the loader I could not get the drive shaft to engage. Panic ensued.I called Andy at Chappell service and he sent a tech right over in about 30 minutes. (I got lucky. One was in the area.)Charlie was amazing. Not only did he show me “the trick”, which really isn’t a trick, to get the shaft attached, he walked me through the whole install and operation. He spent extra time to carefully explain the basic maintenance and care to extend the life of my machine and it’s attachments. We have a lot of choices in Southern NH for tractor sales and service. I wouldn’t trust or choose anyone else. From the moment I walked in for the first time, to the service I received today Chappell has been there for me. If you’re in the market for a machine, big or small, I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed.
Steve Cormier: Bought a 2016 Kubota 080 -4 excavator used and it needed work. They ended up fixing everything it needed to make a happy customer. I would recommend them for making things right.
William Schwaner: Purchased a Tractor and numerous implements. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Fixed minor issues with the tractor immediately. There was a recall on my tractor and Chappell not only notified me right away, they scheduled a technician to come fix it at my home the very next day!
Bart Lanzillotti: Jeff and the crew at Chappell Tractor have always exceeded my expectations with customer service and competitive pricing. If you need chainsaw parts, service or advise these are the show to beat in the area.
Mark Landry: Actually I visited B&B Chain. Great, speedy service. It is refreshing to do business with a company and staff that know their trade and are friendly performing...
Keith Barnes: Awesome lunch - great service
Billy Quigley: Great place great customer service. 99% of the time they'll have what you need!!!! FANTASTIC COMPANY!!!
Jill K: Excellent customer service
Josh H: Always has what I need.
Adam Wentworth: Great, bought both my tractors there
Ray Coutermarsh: As a loyal Chappell Tractor customer, I wanted to praise our service representative (RYAN) who recently serviced our Lawn Mower and L-Series Tractor. His attention to detail, wonderful interpersonal skills, knowledge of the products he serviced, and his desire to deliver above and beyond our expectations is most notable. There was one nagging issue with our tractor, which upon my description he had an immediate solution to... that alone was worth the price of the entire trip. Quality service, done with a smile is a lost art these days. Chappell (and Ryan) do it right!
Ric Beard: Very friendly staff.

M.B. TRACTOR & EQUIPMENT: what do users think?
Eric Murphy: I can't speak to the products sold by MB Tractor, but there is no doubt that as a business, it is run by a spoiled child. Good service to the local community is the last priority. It's unfortunate too. Many of the people that work for him seem like good people.
Richard Winant: Last year, I spent 13K on a small tractor & then 3K on bucket. I had an issue with the wheels (anti skid) on the mower deck. The issue was it fell off. I didn't understand how, but paid for it to be fixed(should have been covered). They soldered the piece back on. While driving it, I saw it just fall off again. I called, and left a message, then took the time to go in personally (with the broken part). I went up to the service desk and the woman at the desk quickly said "you must have hit something." She took a picture of the broken part and said her boss would call me. That was 2 WEEKS ago. Is this quality customer service????? 16K may not be a large enough amount to get their attention, but it was a LOT TO ME. STILL WAITING.....
Dax Patel: I highly suggest staying away from this place for warranty claims. I brought in a machine for a warranty claim on a broken part and was very quickly brushed off by the servicing agent saying that there is no way the part would break on its own and said that I must've taken the guard off the machine and broken the part myself. The agent did not even bother looking at the machine and the part. I keep my machinery in mint condition and there is no reason I would take the guard off nor is there any way that the part should have broken with the guard on. If this is how business is conducted here, I say don't waste your time coming here, go elsewhere where people will actually hear you out or at least take a look at the issue. Any place that accuses customers of wrong doing without even looking into the matter is not worth dealing with. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
Jon Guido: Bought a new snowblower from Brian and the team and M.B. Tractor. Great guys, super responsive and excellent service!
Sean Galvin: Great as always!
C B: Decent place 👌
bryan andersen: Won’t be spending $30,000 there again I can say that much. Should have went with my gut feeling from the start.
Rosemary Lawrence-Henderson: If you like to spend money it's a great place to go
Jonathan Herbster: Brought my tractor to them for repair a while back. While it took a long time to get it fixed they did it under budget and did communicate with me well. A while later and the repair is still working very well. So they fixed it the first time!
Michael C: I think my salesman needs a performance review... I will say he was no pressure. Mainly because he didn't say anything about the tractor. Zero instruction after purchase. No call backs after sale... Typical bad service dealer. Maybe other salesmen are better than mine was.
Tom Mason: Excellent inventory, helpful staff.
kody zinck: Bunch of people who just punch things in computer and can't really help you in service they need knowledgeable people at service desk and parts desk not someone who runs a computer waste of time
In Vest: Tough to go wrong selling Kubota gear....but this is a great shop.
Dawn Darling: Great customer service. Answered all of our questions on chainsaws.
Scott Correia: Purchased a brand new B23 tractor. Had it for 2 weeks loader disconnected on it own. Sent it back they blamed me and said that they would fix the damage this time but next time I’m on my own. Took 6 weeks to fix the damage got tractor back to finish my project. Half way through the loader came off again. This time they looked into the problem and found weld slag that was in the way of the swift lock. Now they apologized for my inconvenience but that means nothing. Sales and service very rude. Don’t buy anything from these people they have no idea what they are selling or how to service it.
Matthew Smith: Parts depart lacks the ability to think on their feet can’t get anywhere with out a part number I’ve received more knowledgeable help at auto zone, have to do their research for them and still receive an attitude
James C: Service and Parts department are great to deal with!
steve murphy: Worth the trip to plaistow much better service and customer care than the place in Salem
Penny Mason: I had a appointment for my kabota tractor. (Said 2 days to do it.) It needs a rear axle seal. Now going on 3 weeks. Still not fixed. I use it for my job so every day no money. I called service a guy I talked to was rude. Said I would get a call next day from the women I have been talking to. Nope no call. How long does it take to fix a seal.
scott cooke: Very helpful
David Watts: Yeah I tried to order a replacement part for my chipper and the lady gave me a run around and was too busy to help me. I would say the service is very poor.

The Tractor Place of NH LLC. (formally the Trailer Place of New England): what do users think?
All Dick'd Up (All Dick'd Up): Beware when you're buying a tractor. They are not trained and they will not support you the warranty is basically useless.
Peter Blanchard: I bought a LS from Ed 7 years ago and the post-sale service continues to be excellent. Ed is accessible, extremely knowledgeable and he enjoys passing that knowledge along to the rest of us. I highly recommend the Blue Tractor Guy!
Steve: Called left a Detailed message about a specific tractor And included my phone number, never got call back, which sends a bad message, time to shop elsewhere.
Joe Scotti: Sold my BX2230 and bought an MT122 from Ed. One of the most pleasant sales experiences ever. My 20th diesel tractor over the last 40 years! I have about 20 hours on the little beast right now and I can't believe the power in this little machine. Well built, lots of creature comforts and most of all incredibly dealer support. Converted to QA Loader assembly and Ed thought outside the box in assisting me with a trailer receiver QA plate. Thanks guys!
Peter Edgerly: We had a great, no pressure experience purchasing a brand new LS MT240HE. The transaction was simple and efficient. Ed went over the entire machine before handing it over. I would highly recommend Ed and Bruce to anyone looking for a tractor, trailer, or implement.
phil lord: bought a xr3140 last year with backhoe and bucket great machine first time tractor owner so i have alot of questions ed and bruce always answer the question and explain everything in detail best place to go and i went to the other guy first but no impress thanks the blue tractor guys are the best
Alan Benoit: I just purchased an mt357hc from the Tractor Place! I'm am very happy with my purchase and the service here. Ed was great to deal with and set my tractor up just the way I wanted it!! Great machine I love it!! Highly recommend these guys!!
Ken Galyas: I was treated just like family..
john manning: 5 stars I bought a LS mt122 with backhoe back in August 2021. Ed and Bruce are really nice guys . The tractor is a little beast. Don't bother getting the larger engine it is just a waste of fuel. The mt 122 has more than enough power. I got hooks and a ring on the bucket (use them all the time) and all the filters for the 50 hour service (made it easy). 100 hours with only one small issue the seat plug always gets caught when you are moving the seat to use the backhoe. I added an extension to make it easier to plug and unplug. Very satisfied.
Ted wroblewski: What a great place to do business, I would recommend The Tractor Place of NH to anyone. We purchased the XR3135H, with a loader, backhoe, pallet forks, and a grapple back in June. The tractor was delivered on June 13th, minus the backhoe. It was on backorder. Completely understandable during these unprecedented times. Shortly after the purchase and delivery of the tractor, I purchased a York Rake from them.Ed and Bruce are great, and very knowledgable of the LS tractor, I would call with questions, and either Ed or Bruce would answer them. One of my most recent purchases, was a plow for the tractor. I called Ed up, and he shipped me a set of quick disconnects. I received them the next day. All Ed needed was a picture of the thread pattern. My backhoe did come in, and I did receive an e-mail from Ed. But… LS sent the wrong subframe, which Ed responded to his other e-mail informing me of this. Remember, these are unprecedented times we are living in, and I’m sharing this part of the story to explain how much Ed was in communication with me. And by no means is this a negative reflection on the The Tractor Place of NH. Now in late October, early November, my tractor is getting the backhoe.I live about 1 hour and 15 minutes from The Tractor Place, and it is well worth the ride to go and see them for an LS Tractor. The XR3135 is definitely more tractor than I need, for now. I am so glad that I did not settle on a smaller tractor, or a different brand. In fact, I drove past the LS dealer to look at the other brand. The day that I bought the York Rake, I brought my dog to pick it up, and Bruce was all over Kona. Giving him treats, and love.
Roy: I went in to price a trailer. The gentleman who I believe is the owner is always friendly and helpful. I met him a few years ago when he helped my daughter with some horse trailer repairs. He gave good advice and his prices were fair
Garry Warren: Love my Blue Tractor and the awesome customer service!
Erin Keef: Wonderful place to do business with!!! Very helpful purchasing a new front loader, showed us all the bells and whistles, and helped my significant other load. We had rented a truck and trailer as our truck was in the shop to bring the front loader home to CT. When leaving the people working there noticed our trailer had an obscenely low tire. They called us immediately and asked us to come back so they could help us. They helped us inflate the tire, lift the trailer, pull the nail causing the issue, and plug the hole allowing us to safely as possible get home. Even offered us cold water to drink as it was almost 90 degrees. Best customer service. Good guys working there. We will continue to do business with them for years and years. It is not often you find such down to earth helpful people! The blue tractor guy is the best!
Chris Steinke: Bought a MT225HE from this shop last year and we couldn't be happier with our decision. The tractor itself has been great, but the service has been incredible. In the first week of ownership, I had a small fuel pump issue (from the factory) so I contacted Ed and by the next day, he had the part shipped overnight to him and he drove to my house to fix it. That is first class service. I have had zero issues since.I like to service my vehicles and equipment myself, but sometimes I like to ask for tips. Ed is only an email or call away, and he never fails to respond quickly and with great detail. When the time comes to buy another tractor, implement, or trailer I am without a doubt going back to The Tractor Place of NH.
nate beadle: Bought multiple trailers from Bruce. Very informative and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend purchasing a trailer from him. I also had him weld some of my heavy machinery that was beginning to crack and separate and can honestly say it’s even better than new now. Thank you Bruce!
Rich Parisi: I have two points to make:1. My experience in purchasing an LS Tractor from Ed and Bruce was fantastic. They went the extra mile when the dealer experienced delays, have addressed every question I've had for them and even took my call on a Sunday even though they were closed. These guys are very down to earth and go above and beyond...which leads me to the following point...2. When it comes to the recent bad reviews (all within the last week), take them with a grain of salt. I looked at the Google review activity of these people and they seem to write poor reviews at the same time consistently, so it would seem they all know each other and are targeting local small businesses. I'd suggest you go in and meet Ed and Bruce and form your own opinion. I think you'll realize quickly that they are being depicted unfairly and are great guys.
Joe Higgins: Working with Ed and Bruce has been amazing. Always professional and always reasonable. Great guys with great personalities made my whole experience really enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone. 10/10
Peter Fogg: Super shotty work. Ed amd bruce will ettempt to blaim you to get out of any repair... they wont put your tractor back together and it will fall apart
justin carleton: Poor service dishonest sales.... repairs are shady tree! Stay clear of Bruce and ed
Lauren Olson: Poor service and dishonest people. Stay far away. They will lie to you if they can! They do super shorty repairs and will blame you. Beware when buying a tractor and don't give them a 5 star review for a discount or something because they will use it againt you later...
Denny Martin: I was a delivery driver here. Fairly simple to manuver a 53' around. Very nice staff to deal with. From the small customer transactions I witnessed, they seemed very helpful and considerate.
