Patriot Woodworking: They are great to work with. Never dealt with a mechanic shop as quick as them. They know you need to get back on the road so they take care of the issue as quick as possible. You can trust they are not going to screw you over. Great company!!!!!

Patrick Stephan: My car was towed from a residential lot by Lowell Fleet- one of the residents told me they saw the tow guy entering my vehicle with the alarm going off. When I got my car from the tow lot the next morning all my personal belongings had been thrown around and a brand new iPhone was stolen out of the glove box, as well as my expensive sunglasses. The doors were locked when I got it out of the lot so it was either the tow driver or the overnight security guy watching the lot. Very shady

On top of that they made me feel very comfortable while I was waiting for a ride. The manger (I think) was really looking out for me and understood my situation. They get a 10/10 from me and I 100% recommend!!Thank you again Lowell fleet, it might not seem like a big deal but it made my entire day

Everyone from the towing guys the front desk was extremely accommodating and helped guide me through the unfamiliar process of being in an accident. They were comforting in a stressful situation and made sure all of my questions were answered - even weeks afterwards. I cannot say enough good things about them. Thank you!!

They are all about money and getting as much of it out of you as possible. *HEADS UP!* I know when people get their car towed they just want to pay the money and get it back asap, but always look over your reciept !! They know you are desperate to get your car back and take advantage of that! Whether it's an "extra strap fee" or extra fuel per mileage. It adds up!

David Settuba: While accident happened Oct 5th, I went to sign over damaged vehicle to Fleet Nov 4th and wound up being addressed by 2 different guys on opposite sides of the room simultaneously- (who looked at me by the way like I had 2 heads when I walked into the office); one of these individuals had towed the car and the other appeared to be like the chief Kahuna of the place. Both guys weren't professional patient or respectful at all in approach or communication at all.. After identifying myself and explaining to the guy in charge that the insurance company was still investigating the accident, one guy then demanded that I give him $1200.00. both guys proceeded to cross-examine me- why it took this long to get there, like I was in court and that he didn't have all day! He asked me what I wanted to do and I said to him that I wanted to sign over the vehicle. One guy is like well sign over the initial cost of the tow while the other guy is like no- $1200. Eventually chief Kahuna is like give me $400 n get outta here. At that point I was so flabbergasted I just walked away! I know these guys are in the business of making money but Its a shame how they treat fellow human beings and I'd be the last guy to gratify their green for money- I mean seriously!!!

Luis: Waited 7 (3pm-10pm) hours for these guys to come check out my Kenworth T680. They charged me at $150 hour rate for them to do the work I needed. They ended up fixing my issue but created another. The mechanic ended up hooking both of my transmission cables on dide, so the truck started but would not go into gear. Scumbags!!
