John Kelly: Juan and his team just took down a huge, unsightly pine in our backyard. Can't say enough good things about Juan. A genuinely great guy. They took down a small tree as well to give us an open backyard. We're thrilled with how much larger it feels. They did a great job cleaning up and even took branches it had lost during the winter. Some lilac bushes were damaged but given the proximity to the tree it's understandable. Add in the competitive pricing and we can't help but feel like we made the best choice. If we need any more of their services, we will definitely call them again.

Jack Erickson: Had a giant pine tree branch come down in my yard after a snow storm. Submitted a request for estimate online, and they replied almost immediately, scheduling the estimate for the next day. I asked about another branch that looked about to fall, and they suggested taking that down too. They did the work the day after that, taking a couple other small dead branches (while keeping to the initial estimate) and did an impressive job cleaning up my yard. Nancy Nop: Today is 12/17/21 this tree company chucks parked their trucks and cars in front of my house. They were working on my neighbor yard right next door. Mind you its around 7am 8am in the morning. I understand the tree cutting machine is loud already plus the leaf blowing machine , but the workers didn't need to add on the extra noise one worker he was making weird yelling sounds and they talk loud. Knowing its still early some people work 2nd shift and 3rd shift and has babies thats still sleeping !! very inconsiderate. Get the job done but make minimal noise no need to add to it . You be cranky too if you need to rest and woken up to this And I heard all of this from my bedroom. I never write reviews for anything this is my first time. If that dude didn't make weird yelling sounds i wouldn't have.

Raghavender BLN: I had contacted Chuck's sometime back for a quote but had to hold off the project pending some checks with town. They followed up on the status back to me even when I forgot following up myself with town on my tree issues. As soon as I got clearance from the town, Chuck's had me scheduled right away and they arrived as promised. Entire process was seamless and they were very professional. I had 3 trees to cut (2 of them very close to power lines) and 4 more trees that are about 40 feet tall to trim. They did all the jobs perfectly well and also trimmed small branches on 2 more trees in addition. I never had to check on them at anytime while they were doing their job. Sonya Sharova: Worked with Yandi's twice this month. Yandi picked up on the first call and scheduled a walkthrough of the property with me. Based on this, he gave me a price and we worked out a date for the crew to come out. Everything was delivered on time at the agreed upon price and they left my yard as clear as it had been before they arrived. During the work, Yandi spotted a couple of trees that were hit by bark beetles and were at risk of falling down and an oak that was overhanging the house and could potentially damage our roof, which he brought to my attention. I was prepared to have to go out & get all the little twigs & branches after they left, but alas, it was not necessary. They even indulged me in my request for a specific branch to be cut down for a future art project.But here's the part everyone's gotta love...with my checkbook in hand, ready & willing to happily pay the agreed price, the guy tells me one funky tree I wanted removed wasn't nearly as difficult as expected & knocked the price down by almost half.So, you know...hit the back button & just call these guys. This did not stop the folks a TTS from completing the job in an exemplary manner. Some of these trees were very close to and over my house, as well as other ornamental objects in my yard, and nothing was even touched during the tree removal process. They even raked up the area after trees removal, to ensure that nothing was left behind.Their price was reasonable and the quality of their work was outstanding. You would think these would be some basic necessities to run a successful business, but considering I contacted at least five other tree removal services prior to Technical Tree Service who never replied, ghosted me, or gave me a run around, Technical is a shiny penny amongst lackluster customer service.The tree service professionals came out when they said they would and got right to work. They made quick work of taking down a dead, dried tree completely without any damage to the surrounding gardens, driveway, or structures. I watched in awe as they plucked stray branches from the top of a 12+ foot rhododendron bush with a mechanical arm/claw attachment... They left just about nothing behind!In addition, the team really went above and beyond when they saw downed branches from a storm not a couple days prior all over my yard. Emily: I had reached out to a few places for an estimate and wasnt sold on anyone but our final estimate was from Lobel. The prompt email response from Julia, was a good start for us....and once Andrew came out and took a look and had a chat with us about the plan, we were sold. Julia and Andrew are both very nice people to deal with and the price was right.We had one huge tree, which was like 3 trees in one removed, a smaller sized tree, two stumps ground down and also some pruning of our other trees. There was a small waiting list but that wasn't a deal breaker since it wasn't emergency work.They came out did all the tree work, took about a full day. The next day came back and with stump grinder. After we cleaned up a bit, we found in our yard still some stump not ground out. Reached back out to Julia and she was able to get Andrew back to take a look on a Saturday and he was back at our house on Monday to regrind. The weather that date was miserable so we agreed to reschedule.I called a half dozen times just a voice message to leave and call back. The place isn’t far so one day I stopped and nothing. I asked my bud who is a contractor who hires him is he ok, something happen.I got someone else but I’ve never seen anything like this and when I saw that other comment it was what I experienced.

Andrew came out said it was an easy job, gave me a price said he would be back the next week, that was May 30th - He never SHOWED UP. I waited three weeks before calling to see if something happened to delay the job. Over several days, I left three messages and never received a call back. MY 4th call to the office was last Tuesday, Andrew answered, gave no explanation for not returning the calls or for Not doing the job they scheduled to do. He told me he would definitely be at my house on Friday andtake care of the property. Guess what. HE NEVER SHOWED UP.I left two messages as I waited , THEY NEVER RETURNED A CALL AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. How can anyone run a business by scheduling to do work and never doing it?.Terrible experience.

He was able to schedule the job to be done within a week. The crew did the majority of the work in one day, with a minor cleanup on the next day.
