The truck was ready right at 8AM when I scheduled for pick up. Mileage and gas were in alignment to the pre-moving sheet I was given before hitting the road. So glad I rented the truck for 8 hours because I rolled in with only 10 minutes to spare, thinking that the moving process wouldn't be so long and arduous. I highly underestimated the moving time I would need and failed to factor in that I needed to stop for gas too. From a rookie UHaul renter's perspective, everything went as smoothly as it could, mainly because I was given the low-down from the get-go and abided by the conditions I was provided. Thank you!

Lauren Chiampa: Best place to rent a car in MA. I had to rent a car while shopping for a new car and what should have only been a day or two...turned into a few more. When I called to see if I could keep the rental car longer, the staff told me to keep the car for a week instead of the 5 days I had asked for due to it being less expensive. Being a business owner myself, I never ever take advantage of my clients....I loved the honesty I received! I got my deposit back within a day as well! If I ever need a rental again, this will be my only place I will go to.

Shanika Amazan: I was in a pickle with my car being at the mechanic shop and every car rental place i.e Enterprise, Hertz etc was either booked or charging $3-500 for JUST a deposit. I was referred to Express Rentals and I’m in absolute awe but how professional, fast, and seamless the entire process was. They are not there to grab every last penny. Straight forward, no hidden fees, no surprises. Get in, pay, get out. Cars are brand new with all of the amenities and then some. I totally recommend leaving the other car rental places and going to Express Rentals

Katie Facciola: Once posted I was contacted by someone who fixed the problem.Well, this is for the one in Lowell but they don’t have one but I know it’s owned by the same guy so here!I was in an accident that totaled my car. Left without a vehicle my insurance gave me 11 days with a rental car and sent me to xpress.The front desk staff was very nice and the car was clean and barely used. Very nice.But the issue came with what happened after.When discussing with the front desk woman about when I needed to return the car she said “we will call you when your days are up and you can return the car and if you don’t hear from us then the insurance is still covering you”I received a phone call yesterday saying I needed to bring the car back. I told her if I could keep it for one extra day so I could pick my significant other up from the airport. She said not a problem.I dropped the car off this morning with a full tank of gas and she informed me that I was being charged for 4 days of rental since the car was kept passed the amount the insurance would cover. Very upset I told her I didn’t have the 200 plus dollars to cover right now. She told me that it’s not a big deal and she would send a bill in the mail.Well on my return home in my ride, I checked my email and my credit card alerted me (the one the rental company had on file) was attempting to charge me the full amount.Called the place immediately and she told me she didn’t do it and they have no record of the charge. But it could be the owner trying to do it at another location. And she would call me immediately back.Well it’s been close to 4 hours and my card has been alerted again.DONT TRUST THEM. ITS A BIG SCAM!!!!

Justin Nguyen: This location that we dropped off has either terrible business pracice or very unethical methods of making extra money. We dropped off (overnight) our U-Haul 12 hrs before our due time of 10:37 am 7/27, it was left at the location at 11pm 7/26, the facility opens at 7 am and they did not process our drop off until 11 am! They either unknowingly forgot to check the drop off box for the keys for 4 hours or knowingly waited until 30 minutes after the due time to charge for an extra day. Just awful practice.

Alberto Silva: I rented a truck from here and only put exactly 4 miles. I returned it the next day on time with no issues. When I was driving home the attendant calls me to inform me that the gas was too low and that I needed to add 3 gallons or I would be charged and additional $11. I thought that a truck that had only moved 4 wasting 3 gallons of gas was a bit odd and quite a gas guzzler but I went home anyway filled my gas can and went back to put in the 3 gallons. Well to my surprise I was charged the $11 anyway. This uhaul location is a total scam beware and never rent from them. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Evan Patten: Rented a machine for spring yard cleanup a week prior as I get 1 day off a week and planned to take care of the yard. I get an email at 915pm on friday night for a saturday morning rental at 9 saying the machine is not available because someone else rented it. What???? I booked it and paid a week in advance. The lady on the phone was screaming and very unprofessional.

Chandra Mallappa: Be careful. Rental center here is the worst. Rented an auger to find it out that it was broken when bought home. When went back immediately to return, I was charged for breaking it. The rental supervisor argued he never rent out broken items... So be careful about this rental place. I will never rent anything here again.

Ronald Budd: My Ariens snow blower was not running a week before the Blizzard of 2013. I had shopped around with the neighboring people who repair snow blowers...I was at the Home Depot in Tewksbury, MA when I noticed an old Ariens it must have been 30-40 years old..I asked who owned it as my mother had a similar machine. An individual by the name of Brad who works there owned the machine. I knew I had the righatr individual to repair my machine. I rented the truck and brought the machine a week before the blizzard. He replaced the points, condenser and muffler but could not get a hold of the belts in time for the blizzard. I then went to a local distributor and brought the belts to him. I had the machine one day before the blizzard for a reasonable cost. The machine worked perfectly....I highly recommend him and the Teweksbury Home Depot for their professionalism and experience in repairing snow blowers

Jaclyn Jutras: Do not rent from here. I booked a truck four weeks in advance online for December 14th. I was called the night of the 13th by a man named Mike who told me my truck was given away to a customer whos truck broke down but, that I would be provided a truck in the morning by another Budget rental company a mile down the road.I was given the phone number to call that company which was just "A man named Sal" and a number for "A man named Chris" who was part of this location.On the 14th I called at 9am to make sure everything was set up. Sal, had no trucks. Chris, had no idea what I was talking about but also had no trucks.By 9:30 it was determined there was no truck for me unless I wanted to drive to Arlington, pick up a 26 foot truck (I had reserved a 17 foot truck) and drive it through the city, to Wilmington, to Lowell, and then back to Arlington.What?!Chris said he was sorry and suggested I call Uhual in Wilmington, MA....Oh, and then Budget charged me for the truck rental!Never again! Do not go through this company! Completely unprofessional.
