Jade Thornicroft: This job helped me make the discussion to NEVER work in healthcare again! I thought the training was good at first but when I was told that everything gets sent to the nurse I thought it was absolutely ridiculous. Most days they only have one nurse so of course patients would start calling back wondering why they haven’t heard from our office. This office is filled with bitter overworked women who really hate their jobs (there were a select few who weren’t like that.) Do yourselves a favor don’t become a patient here or work here.

Shad Mulindwa: Dr David shi is the best, seen him three times and would give him 10 stars if I could. And for some reason the old lady at the reception knew my name and greeted me well. That was nice.

Nick: So I've called 3 days in a row 3 days I've been told I'm going to get a call back from the nurse. and finally on day 4 day at 2:30 I got a call. it's a matter that needs attention and to be looked at I've been to the E.R. twice and I have to wait 5 weeks for appointment this is one of the most unorganized doctor's office I've ever dealt with I don't even know if i want to go there hopefully the doctors are better than the communication in the office.now awaiting for a surgical date have called 3 times and nobody knows anything the most incompetent uncoordinated doctor's office I've dealt with in 30 plus years The people you call on the phone are rude and don't have a clue what's going on The doctors and nurses that work for that practice should be embarrassed

Sonya C: Terrible place. The front office is awful. The dr I saw was somewhat in the room being ok. The icing on the cake was when the errors from the staff happened. Oh no way will I go back and I will not be recommending them. -5 stars. If the drs are as good as some of the reviews say they are- but the same reviews say how awful the front office is- then the doctors needs to get rid each and every one of them- start over- with professional people. Not rude and clueless staff. Sorry - NOT sorry.

E C: Excellent experiences with the staff, Doctors Berman and Cohen. Both Doctors listened to me and my issues. Surgery was required which Dr. Cohen performed excellently. I would definitely recommend these professionals.

Jill Gray: First off. No sanitizer anywhere in waiting room....waited over an hour and 10 min for a 3-5 min appointment with the "DR" .... To where she asked me 3 questions not pertaining to my symptoms and was of zero help to me. I tried telling her my symptoms and I felt like I was dpesking to a brick wall.. She then tried to pawn me off on a totally different specialist that I already seen!!! After I explained to her I know it's my bladder.. She then tried to prescribe me a medication that 2 previous Dr's had given me that didn't work for me. so I called the office twice...first time receptionist told me take nsaids for pain which I already told "dr" they were not an option for me so I called back to see what else could be done for pain and NOONE called be back. The dr seemed miserable too which was uncomfortable 😕

Seriously, if you hate your job that much, get a new one. If I didn’t like the doctor like I do, I would find a different place! So rude

Andrew Smith: I met with Dr. Berman who was great.Dr. Berman and the nursing staff were nice, polite and ready to help, the recipients on the other hand were absolutely terrible.The day of my appointment they were rude, and when I called with a follow up question she was rude and then did not hang up fast enough so I heard her extremely rude comments to another staff member about our VERY quick interaction because she could not get off the phone fast enough.While I highly recommend Dr. Berman I would steer clear of this place unless you like being treated like your a burden for the recipients.

Betty A: I just tried to schedule an appointment at this office and a bitter angry woman called McKenzie answered the phone. She kept yelling and asking me what I was saying , making reference to my foreign accent finally without warning another woman called Jackie took over she demanded to know the reason of the appointment and refused to schedule it at the end She referred to some paperwork she needed from my primary doctor . I explained her that I didn’t know anything of administrative stuff , she finally hang up on me. Reading previous reviews I realized that this has been happening to more patients. I really wonder if it would worth to have an appointment with any doctor here.

Eneida Ferreira: If it was up to me I wouldn't even give them 1 star. I had an appointment at 4:15 which was on the appointment card they sent me. I was driving around for like 10 mins trying to find the place ,so I called to tell them I couldn't find the place. The receptionist was very rude and told me I was late either way that my appointment was at 4 and that I needed to reschedule. Still driving around looking for the place. She did the tell me where to find it and gave me attitude about me being late. Mind you it was 4:20 at this point.. SMH
