Atlas Sports: what do users think?
Michael Coburn: The woman working when I went in was super helpful in getting me a new skateboard and some other accessories. She even let me get my hardware for free because I had already spent almost $300 and remembered last minute that I needed longer screws. She was very kind and I will be coming back the next time I need anything for my skateboard
Elliot Claveau: Stopped by after one of my rear spoke broke in the middle of my journey. Fixed it in no time and even cleaned up my horribly dirty chain. Very helpful and professional people!
Jim Frederick: Great service. Wide selection of stuff - bikes, bike parts, skateboard parts, hockey stuff, clothing etc. Convenient parking in back. A little-known gem in downtown Lowell
Suuna Lawrence: The service is great they were very helpful and very knowledgeable about bicycles,...I recommend everyone to go to them....great customer service
Chris: I walked in with a Fox rear shock to see if I could get a bushing pressed into it. The lady in the front looked at it and said what is this for? A bike? That told me everything I needed to know about this place. Walked out and will probably never go back.
Ben Brunelle: They don't let you in the building right now, but if you knock and tell them what you want they will go and get it for you.
Melvyn C. Velez: Im sooooo NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT I GOT!!! I BROUGHT IN MY MOUNTIN BIKE AND I SAID I WANTED TO REVIVE HER. I SAID PRICE WAS NOT AN ISSUE. I GOT A CALL LESS THAN A WEEK AND I DID NOT GEAT ANYTHING I ASKED FOR AND I PAID TOOOO MUCH FOR WHAT I DID GET!!! IM SOOOO DISAPPOINTED, IS THERE SNYTHING I C AS N DO ABOUT THIS??
Jonathon “JoNnY B” Blanton: Thanks Billy! My 80cc Kokomo Schwinn is back on the road again thanks to you and your family! I appreciate your help tremendously! I'll be back for sure!
John Curtis: Excellent at bike repairs, parts, and accessories! They also have a great selection of bikes, scooters, skateboards and all sorts of sports gear.I've used them for bike service for years and I've never been disappointed!
Jeff N: The old guy is AWESOME! He knows his bike repair and really helped me out over the past few days when I messed up my bike. He got me in with next day service. I don't know his name but he has been extremely helpful and got me some parts so I could do some work myself. I can't recommend him highly enough.
Jake Boule: The owner and his wife were very friendly and able to help me find the parts I needed. Great little place for your cycling needs!
Vasilios Piskopanis: Best kept secret. Great service and prices.
Danny Melendez: Good job on my bike,I have become a regular customer. For my babies.
Stephen Casey: I highly recommend it it has a variety of sports equipment there primary is bicycles they have bikes for lil ones n his and hers
Marc: After walking into the store both men in the store stopped speaking; one then stood up and followed me around as I browsed.Brought my business elsewhere.
chris coughlin: This guy is the biggest rip-off artist. Poor product, abominable customer service and incompetent work. The shop itself is a fire hazard Never buy anything from this "business"!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would
Dan Coughlin: Please put this place out of business!!!!!! The worst "bike" shop ever not to mention fire hazard. Horrible incompetent rude service Don't ever buy anything form this thief!!!!!!!! The only reason there is a star is because there is no negative rating allowed
alex ayala: Tune up not good on my roadbike, still having isue with my shifting,,, going somewere who has more knoledge about road bikes,,, 65$ waisted

Cambridge Used Bicycles: what do users think?
Camila Kerwin: Spiros is the man!! Sooo nice. He made me feel reassured that the used bike I got could work for me. He adjusted my seat, checked out the fit, tightened the handlebars and was just generally so sweet. The shop has a great selection. I’ll be coming back!!
JB Alberge: Used to think it's a 5-star shop but within 2 years of the purchase I managed to break the freewheel, the pedals, the saddle, two tubes, and one tire of a single bike ... Which never happened on my other bikes. So I'm not so sure anymore. Chose your bike well!
italiahill77: Best of the best, Spiros and Ryan are wonderful, they build cool bikes for good prices and have good used parts. Best bike shop in metro Boston I’d say.
nick makemson: Spiro's has moved upstairs! After years of visiting in the antiques mall basement CUB is out of the cellar and into the garage! And a very nice garage it is. Spiro's has done a commendable job of fixing it up. I liked it so much I bought a bike there and still got a great deal.
Sunny Qin: Awesome place! Got my first bike here and the owner walked me through every detail and asked all my questions. They have excellent deals on second hand bikes!
Lorna Brundrett: Stopped during a ride for a new tire, Ryan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend getting work done here or shopping for a used bike!
Giselle Aris: I had the best experience with Cambridge Used Bicycles, highly recommend! In addition to the fact that this is a great bike shop based on selection available, the customer service is unparalleled. To give you an idea: I was on my way home from a physical therapy appointment, planning to bike home, 25 weeks pregnant. Front tire was so flat even passersby were catching my attention to let me know. I called Cambridge Used Bicycles - having never been a customer of theirs, this was totally random - and asked if I could come over to get some air for my tires. Not only did Ryan say of course - he even offered to come meet me rather than me coming to the shop! Then, Ryan didn't just fill up my tires (both of them) - he did a bunch of other things to my bike as well that, as far as I'm concerned, was a bike tune up free of charge. You can't take this level of care and kindness for granted. Next time my family needs a bike, I know where we'll be going. Thank you, Ryan and Cambridge Used Bicycles! You made a hard day so much nicer.
Sharon Britton: My daughter and I went here to purchase a used bike for her birthday. Ryan waited on us and was fantastic. He was professional, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Best of all, we weren’t made to feel uncomfortable about our level of knowledge (as can happen in other shops), nor did we experience any pressure to buy. They have a small parking lot (convenient for parking and trying out a bike). We left with a used bike that my daughter loves. Highly Recommend!
Gabe Thornton: Great service. Knowledgeable staff. Great prices. All stores should operate like this.
roy pertchik: I love this classic old Cambridge institution, “Cambridge Used Bicycles,” now in a smarter glass fronted shop. I visited them a year and a half ago, with a plan to by a bike and bring it with me unassembled to Guatemala, where it would become my daily user. They helped me select a great urban 7 speed, and let me try a couple of sizes, and sent me off on my adventure with my bike in a box, and great support for fitting and adjusting it when I got down there. Now, just today, a year and a half later, when I returned to the shop, they remembered me, and continued to be as helpful as anyone could possibly hope for! Kind, knowledgeable, and offering some really cool bikes in all sorts of price ranges. Really an exceptional experience!
Madeleine Schwartz: Really great shop! Super knowledgeable and invested in getting you the right bike and teaching you how to keep good care of it! I tried out several bikes, riding around the parking lot until I found the one. Got a quick lesson on how to oil my chain, which was very helpful too. Came out with a ulock and bolts on my seat post and tires too. Highly recommend!
Ashwin Subramanian: Superb place and really nice crew - I got two bikes from this place, a Bilda Ravenel in 2021 and a Cannondale Evo today for a pretty fair price (it is the cheapest bike store in town for used bikes and for tune ups). Spiros and Ryan (the crew) were extremely patient and let me test at least 4 different bikes, made suggestions on the best bike for price and for the roads in Cambridge and Boston, and made sure I got every little detail on the bike fit to my preferences (seat height, handlebar to seat length, seat and handlebar angle etc.,). Ryan was particularly wonderful and spent an hour talking about to me about bikes as he fixed up my old bike, and offered tips on bike maintenance, and then made sure that my friend got his bike perfectly fit too.Easily the best place to purchase a bike (store has a shipment of used bikes every Friday/Saturday), and for bike service/maintenance. Can't recommend this store enough.
Matt Hirsch: Super friendly and helpful. Thanks!
Megan Root: The people here were great!! I'm not knowledgeable about bikes and needed something for short daily commutes. They helped me figure out what size and type of bike I needed and completely adjusted everything for me once I'd picked one out. $300 for a bike in great condition, way safer than using Facebook Marketplace and way cheaper than buying something new! 10/10 would recommend!!
Moshe Teutsch: Very helpful
Natalie Le: This place is great! There’s a neat selection of bikes, and the inventory is constantly changing (so even if they don’t have a bike for you on a particular day, in a week they might—that’s what happened in my case). The mechanics are also super friendly and helpful. Overall it was an awesome experience!
Huiying Yang: I only write reviews for places that is extremely nice or bad. This one is really really great. My husband and I went there twice. First time he bought a bike. Second time I did. The service here is fantastic. The staffs are very experienced and professional on the recommendations based on our needs. And We learned a lot about bike from Ryan. It was a wonderful experience with great conversations. Highly recommended!
Emma Luymes: My bike is in pretty sad shape. I took it in to get an estimate of what it would cost to make it work again. The guy was very helpful and went over what needed to be repaired with an honest price point. He also oiled up my chain and tightened my brakes just to help me get home. Thank you Cambridge Used Bicycles!!
Patrick Schwarz: An amazing bike shop with an incredibly helpful and kind staff. A true gem of Cambridge-- don't miss out!
Josh Gettings: Highly recommend if you are looking for a used or new bike in the Cambridge/Somerville/Boston area. Ryan was extremely informative, especially for someone like me who knows little to nothing about biking. He let me take the bike for a test ride before buying and he adjusted my seat and brakes before I took off. I definitely plan to return if there is anything wrong with my bike and for regular tune-ups. Would definitely check out the shop if you are local!
Max Hülsey: One of the most amazing bike places I have ever been to. Very reasonably priced bikes with great guys doing the repairs and refurbishments. While their assortment of bikes is somewhat limited they will make sure to get your type of bike as quickly as they can. Highly recommend checking this place out!

CK Bikes: what do users think?
Steve Lopez: Great service and expertise! Craig and the team are wonderful to work with on bike repairs and upgrades.
Jeff Wilson: Great Bike Shop. He teaches classes on how to maintain your bike. The classes are awesome. I learned a lot as he walked me through all the maintenance.
Rafael Sardi: Great shop! Great people!
Teresa Tinsley: Craig and CK bikes are first class. Took care of my shipping needs on super bowl Sunday. Five star service and very honest hard working.
Peter Fry: Awesome bike shop. Affordable prices for excellent technical help. I've brought lots of different bikes to this shop and have never been disappointed with the level of service and friendliness.
Lisa Davis: Took the beginner wrench course with Craig. Highly recommend getting to know your bike, especially how to change a flat!! Craig was very patient, taught a see and do hands on class. Craig is very safety conscious about biking and will show you some tricks to saving money on repairs. Take the course over the winter and your ready to get on your bike and ride in the spring!!
Lianne Learnard: What a great neighborhood bike shop, reliable, trustworthy and they do great work!!!!!!
M D West: My go to bike shop for everything including sales ,repairs and upgrading my cassette and deruiler for my Mt Washington auto road climb! Craig ( owner) has gotten me out of 3 different bad spots and not only picked me up off the road but fixed my bike on the spot. I cant thank him enough. He is knowledge and super helpful. No pressure cool vibe here without the attitude. Other bike shops should take notice. Keep up the good work CK bikes!
Daniel Jackson: I don't know how to start to describe my appreciation of CK Bikes. Every time when I pass it by, there are bottles of water on the table for those in need. This is especially helpful in the summer time. I refueled there myself and saw others doing it too.A few weeks ago, when my friend's bike made some weird noise, we were all puzzled and could not figure out why. When we passed by CK Bikes, we decided to give a try to see if something could be done. To our surprise, he fixed my friend's bike in about 5 minutes. The atmosphere in the bike shop is quite good. Beside his amazing skills, I was very impressed with his love of bikes and his shop. His sense of humor also is something to remember. Thank you for your service!
Mark Montanari: Craig at ck bikes has been great, he helped me purchase an e bikeset it up for me . and gave me instruction on the use and safety of bike riding. i have Ben riding for a month on all the local trails and love it 350 mils and 18 pounds later its been amazing Thanks for all your help .
smore !: I was referred to CK Bikes by a bike enthusiast and now I understand why. They customized the bike I got, taught me how to identify the proper size, seat and accessories. I had no idea I had essentially been riding improper bikes my whole life until today and was so comfy in the one he helped me pick! It's cute, safe and unique! He even test rode it to make sure it was safe and smooth! A real hero!I feel super welcome and comfortable going back for any adjustments, fixes, questions and accessories. It is obvious they know what they're doing and their shop has tons of parts. He also taught me the proper way to put a bike rack on! Amazing! 10/10. Above and beyond.
Sarah Saleh: There is a reason that CK bikes has a 5 star rating. They are AWESOME! Over the past 7 years since we moved to the area Craig has worked on our bikes. He is honest, timely, friendly and knows bikes! We won’t take our bikes anywhere else.
Daniel Waxman-Lenz: Great bike shop!! They saved me in my hour of need. I was dumb enough to over torque my seat post clamp during a ride and striped threads. I walked in, they had the parts and I was on my way in 15 minutes. Also the bike mechanic is very nice and knowledgeable.
Susan W: Excellent service. I stopped by with a minor but extremely annoying issue on my etrike. The screws attaching the display screen kept falling out. Needing tightening several times per ride.I thought I'd need an appointment because they were so busy but I was given assistance on the spot. He (can't remember their name, sry) came out looked at the piece that kept coming apart, understood the problem, grabbed some new longer screws and lock tight. HE FiXED IT! Sent me on my way able to enjoy my ride again. Thanks so much
Mark Poirier: I’m so fortunate to have CK Bikes as my local bike shop. Craig is a stand up guy and mechanic. Services are done timely and with care. The shop also runs a fun group ride on Thursday nights if you’re looking for a good workout. A+
alex brough: Saved me money by rethreading pedal threads on a crankshaft instead of having to replace the crankshaft. Thank you!
Rachel Van Corbach: Great shop with a fantastic owner. We stopped in today to look for a bike for my husband - the owner educated him about different bike models and adjusted seat/filled tires of any bike he wanted to try. He test rode a few. We didn't purchase anything for him due to needing to find the right size, but will be coming back for a tune-up for my bike.
Richard Salter: Chris converted my Surly Long Haul Trucker from a drop bar to an alt bar and nailed it. Perfect placement of the brake levers and thumb shifters, almost like having a new bike and great for riding around town.
John Randolph: Excellent, prompt service in a very difficult situation, after a mechanical breakdown during a long ride. thoughtful explanations and advice. Strongly recommend Craig. John R
Nicholas Sommer: Iv been to ck bikes a few times for simple things like a tune up and have always had a positive experience. Today they really lived up to what a local bike experience should be. I went in to get some play checked out in my rear wheel. Craig spent hours with me trying to diagnose the issue while teaching me along the way. We had to eventually replace the entire wheel but he didn’t kill me on the price and the money I spent was well worth it due to the knowledge I gained. He even threw me a spare tube. Cannot recommend this place enough! Real people with a determination to get you back on the trails asap!
Trish Domigan: I brought my husbands bike in to see if they could replace the crank arm on the peddle. The last shop I brought the bike to ( pre-pandemic), said it was a special order, and it would take them 6 months to get it. Well, they never called me back after I tried to contact them more than once. The gentlemen at CK bikes were awesome! Not only did they let me know that they were going on vacation for2weeks and had to fix the bike the day I brought it in, they had a used crank arm for the bike in stock that was the right length and size. I feel like I should play the lottery. I would def recommend them to anyone looking to buy a bike or fix one! 10 stars in my book!

Bikeway Source: what do users think?
Sara Ansari: They are at the perfect location at the end of the minuteman bike path in Bedford and such friendly people. They let you rest your weary legs with lots of benches nearby and a great selection of bikes inside. I rode the path using a blue bike, but when it comes time to buy a bike, they will be my go-to, they are very knowledgeable and accommodating!
Aaron Landry: Stopped in after riding the trail as I was having a mild brake issue. I was lucky that they were able to help me straight away and even explained how to diagnose the problem myself in the future. Super friendly staff, and my bike works great again. Thank you!!
Rita Cramer: I have been working with Bikeway Source for many years, and have always received excellent service. I highly recommend them.
James Wang: Failed to grease pedal threads when installing pedals on a new bike.I bought a Giant from these guys, and while I got excellent service while picking up the bike, they installed my pedals for me but failed to grease the threads when installing them in (really basic bike assembly stuff). Predictably, a month later, I try to swap the pedals, and the drive side pedal is stuck in (I have tried removing it with an impact driver, an allen key with a mallet, and with plain elbow grease , and with WD40, with no luck)
Yun Li: Bad experience. Selling wrong bike handlebar grips to customer without going out to have a look what size of bike handle it is.
Brian Toomey: Love it here. At the end of minuteman bike trail.
Amirali Fattahi: I had a great interaction with Chris, very patient, and knowledgeable. They also have the best selections of the bikes around Boston. Thanks!
Tom Collins: Been here many times, the owner and his team are the best around. I highly recommend bikeway.
J Michals: Excellent and friendly service for both cycling and xc skiing. Highly recommend.
Douglas Chin: Fast friendly service while I waited
Dane Netherton: They were able to replace my bottom bracket while I waited. So happy they have managed to stay in business in this difficult year. Fixing bikes is an amazing and important skill, and these guys are awesome.
Patrick Lacchia: Always very helpful. My go to place for bike fixes I can't figure out.
Yana Galukhina: We buy skiing equipment and bikes as well as go there for multiple bike repairs; our experience has always been great
Andrea Dinarello: Super great place go get XC ski's!! Eric was extremely helpful and got everything I needed to start XC skiing for the 1st time :)
Karl Hanf: I've had 2 good experiences and 2 bad experiences here. The bad ones involved two rude or dismissive attitudes, and one apparent misdiagnosis.(Too much detail on the misdiagnosis: I asked for replacement of a split gear shift cable; he said he can't do it because I need to replace the shifter and parts are backordered; I ask for an explanation and he just repeats himself without answering my question... I take it elsewhere; they replace only the cable and all is well as I expected.)
Marco Vitti: This place deserves NO stars, Customer service is absolutely terrible and the mechanic and owner are very rude!Me and my friends had to go get his shifting fixed so we brought it in and they "fixed it" and charging $10, only making it worse we then needed to argue for a refund and they blamed it on the bike. We fixed it the day after ourselves. DO NOT BRING YOUR BIKE HERE!!!Also takes way to long and costs much more then places like Cycle Loft and Belmont Wheel works.
Harry Winter: They don’t know anything about bikes, They took my money and didnt fix ANYTHING, DONT GO HERE
Sarah Lynch: We shop here for bike and Nordic equipment. Consistantly blown away by the depth of knowledge and first rate assistance we receive.
John Kenneally: Hit a curb and needed a spoke wrench to get home.
Matthew Stafford: Staff was friendly and professional and they all know there gear. I was only there to see what they have and look around. I will return to make a purchase
Derek Y.: Not much to laud this place for.I went here only because it is around the corner from my house. I will never return. Their Small inventory is one thing, but RUDE STAFF is what bothered me most.True story- I went in for a bike tuneup. The mechanic, Randall, heard my last name and discovered that he once knew my father. He went on to say some disparaging things about him, much to my shock!I left the store being told my bike would be ready later that day (Friday)I waited for a call...never got one. Ended up going in Tuesday to find out it had been sitting waiting for pick up.When I told the owner, Eric, that I was not happy with the mechanic's comments, he apologized and said that he's had to apologize for the mechanic before. I never did get an apology from Randall.I will never go back because of this incident.Belmont Wheelworks is way better anyway. I buy all my bikes there and their prices are better!
